They've done a lot of work to improve their pharmacy supports. The staff are super kind and always remember me and my spouse. Despite being short staffed and dealing with a challenging environment, I appreciate how hard the staff is working to provide good service to all. It isn't a perfect system, but they're doing the best they can and always help find solutions to issues as quickly as possible.

I spoke with Veronica over the phone to get my prescription transferred over to them on 7.11.23 and I just had to write this review about her. She is amazing, polite, cheerful, and went out of her way to make sure that I was satisfied with the service she was providing. CVS has a real winner working there and I hope they know it.

Privacy at the pharmacy and with Family planning purchases for items like condoms, plan B etc offer no discretion. I do not recommend purchasing here or using them for family planning needs. I do not recommend this location for such things.

Casey at the pharmacy is always so helpful and kind! He is the definition of good customer service! I have never seen him without a smile when I am in there picking up prescriptions even when they are busy and throughout the pandemic. He deserves a raise if he hasn’t already gotten one!

My husband went to get his DOT card. He has been in recovery for 7 years and worked extremely hard to get where he is. He had all the proper paperwork from his doctors saying it is safe for him to drive on suboxone. The paperwork he GOT from CVS for this purpose. As soon as he walked in, the NP looked at him and said he was disqualified because of his medication. She made him feel like a penny waiting for change. To be discriminated against in such a derogatory way in a medical setting is one the most unprofessional things I have ever experienced. I am in suboxone and have my DOT card. So it’s a lie. This woman is in the wrong field.

Went to this cvs for vaccine and both shots were done by AMY! She in was awesome. She’s very calming and great at making you feel comfortable if you’re some one like me who’s scared of shots. I’m glad I got someone so nice!! Thanks Amy 😁😁

Amy N is a great immunizer. She was very friendly and knowledgeable with the vaccines . She did an amazing job giving the shot . Her customer service was incredible . She makes me want to go back to and shop at CVS.

The pharmacist in the stoughton, Ma location are absolutely INCREDIBLE!! They are the most professional, caring and compassionate individuals. They go above and beyond for their patients. They thoroughly explain and answer any questions or concerns you have sweetly and patiently. I will always highly recommend this pharmacy!!

I brought my daughter in today for her second shot for COVID and convinced her to get a flu shot as well!! Amy was so kind & friendly… we both felt very comfortable with Amy!! And I left getting a flu shot as well!!!

I have never in my life experienced worse service or seen more disorganization in a pharmacy. They legitimately never have a full prescription or availability. They make excuses pretty much every time you pick up. They will text you every time saying prescriptions are ready and then ask you to wait up to an hour for them. It’s not every once in a while either. It’s every single time. Rude, inefficient and careless staff. The job is simple. It’s as easy as flipping burgers and making sure the right toppings are on it. Whole place should be replaced.

Went to minutecare for Covid testing. I was trying to call their number to tell them I was gonna be late because something came up, but their computer generated call won’t even let me talk to a person.I came there and was late 10mins, she refuse to take me, no patient inside the clinic, no patient in line as well, so she couldve just made an exemption. I’ve done the Covid test before and I know it shouldn’t take long. So it’s just so inconsiderate for her not to just test me if she’s literally not attending any patient at the moment.

I had a prescription sent to this CVS at noon. At 5:00 I checked their automated phone line, which said the prescription was ready for pickup. I got to the store at 5:45 and encountered a line for pickup from the pharmacy stretching back through the aisles. Twenty minutes later, I was finally at the front of the line and was told that the prescription was not, in fact, ready, six hours after it was ordered. They said I’d have to wait 30 more minutes. If you value your time, run, don’t walk, from this CVS. Send your prescriptions elsewhere.

Went into this CVS and ask Cassandra to change $20 for me as am doing my laundry next door and they don't have a change machine, the laundry attendant send to to CVS. Cassandra stated "THAT SHE CANNOT CHANGE THE $20 UNLESS I BUY SOMETHING" ALL these years am spending my money in CVS 's and this overweight girl is acting like she is the owner of the store. How much are you making Cassandra? $10 an hour? You are replaceable just like everyone else, so stop acting like you are Mrs. CVS. The other lady were very nice and wanted to change it for me but did not have change in her drawer. People like Cassandra tend to make business place look bad, learn from your coworker it is not that serious.

5 minutes ago I was in that store to hear one of the staff screaming at a customer over the phone, telling that person that her/his English is so bad that she couldn't understand a word. She was literally talking down to the customer. Other costumers that were shopping were obviously shocked by her behavior. I saw a co-worker roll her eyes while that staff was on the phone. When she realized that I was looking at her, she started giving some explanation on why she was talking tothe customer like that. As I was heading to the register to check out , I asked her if she could ring me up, she yelled at me and told me with a condescending tone, to ring the bell and someone will help me.Unfortunately she didn't have a name tag on, because I would be happy to put her name on here. I believe she is in her 50s, black hair 5'2" probably 150lbs.

If you want to speak to someone over the phone, don't bother calling. They do not answer the phone. I have never been able to get through. When I walked into the pharmacy to ask why they don't answer, they claim they are to busy. Really?!

Jackie would not take care of changing the ribbon in the photo machine when my large Holiday card order was half printed. She left to use the bathroom and when she returned she started helping new customers at the cash register. The other cashier Kernide was wonderful and tried to help with the situation. waand saw what happened and tried to help.

The pharmacy is the slowest ever. And they haven't fixed their money order machine in MONTHS! I get a money order every month and it's been really annoying that they haven't fixed it yet.

I stood in a huge line of 6 people and when it finally got down to three people the guy behind the register came around to personally find something..wich is cool as long as you have a backup ringer.... leaving me and one other person in line Indefinitely with no one to ring anyone out ...it was lunch time and some of us still have to work and get things done..so I had to return to my jobsite without a drink and snack..overall this location is my least favorite

Good luck trying to contact them. I've just spent a futile half-hour trying to get the pharmacy on the line. This is not the exception as my last several calls in the past month+ have taken forever and generally end with my giving up, the call unanswered. Friendly people but service is now officially horrible here.
