They make old people to wait in lines for receipt check even for one who picks up their order online. Asked my mom to go all the way back in line for receipt check. They should understand the meaning of online check in and pickup convenience!! Very good service !?

I am giving Bjs this review based on the fact that they have let inspire energy come into there place of business and scam their patrons. Bjs needs better quality control like Costco has to eliminate problems like this. I was scammed by inspire energy, lost thousands in one month. Not the way a long term patron should be treated. Changes need to be made!

Came to the optical for emergency repair, the optican that help me, I believe that her name is Dani, did a fantastic job in fixing my glasses. She's very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this optical in Stoughton. I originally went to Costco's Optical, they did a poor job and the service was terrible. I will definitely be coming back here.

As a wholesale store, this store seems to be very well stocked up with merchandise and it's easy to find stuff. Their prices are quite competitive too. Some of their produce however, aren't fresh at all. I picked up a bag of onions and most of them were moldy. Check out was quite easy and there is handicap accessible parking.

Great deals and you can use double coupons and clip coupons online with the bjs app also gas is cheaper there if your a member. Bjs has so many perks.

Great staff but some of the worst customers. There is no shortage of parking spaces and people constantly park in the curbside pick up spots despite BJs updating the signage and painting the spots. Customers also leave their carts all over the place in the parking lot. Inconsiderate morons.

Never in a millions years should exiting BJs make me mad. As i was in the longest line to get my receipt checked (even though i'm being trusted to check out my items and not getting paid to do so), a BJs employee was in front of me in the line and a lady tried to cut the whole line by sliding in front of this employee. I thought he was going to notify her that she was in the wrong area but he did not so I kindly said , “Ma’am the line starts back there” and she huffed and puffed then replied, “Oh just go ahead!”. I replied with , “Yeah, I was going to anyways you’re in the wrong place” and the BJs employee then said, “Just go because you think you’re more important than her!” Very rudely and stern. Of course I replied with the same energy stating that I was indeed more important TF! I am a disabled veteran so i can’t be standing long. I shouldn’t have to do every BJs employees job and be spoken to like that in return.

Fine store well staffed etc etc. Worst nightmare pictured dodging the abandoned carts habitually left on islands 5roughout the lot. Need signage or supervision or both this is a danger and an eyesore that never happens at Raynham location our much preferred BJs. Fix this fast please . Ciao

My son purchased the Linwood 5-Piece Bedroom Set and had it delivered on 11/25/2020. Upon delivery, 1 piece was missing (mirror), the 2 dressers were damaged and nightstand was doesn't fully close. We called to get it replaced and was told that they will call us back the next day. No one did. In the meantime, we put a bed on the bedframe and it broke. After spending $1000.00, we have 4 damaged piece and 1 piece missing.I followed up on the call on 12/3/2020, the first rep (Gabby) informed me that someone will reach out within the next hour to schedule a delivery time and that the replacement set will be delivered within 24 hours.I called back and was told by Rep. Valerie that she sees a return/refund ticket. We did not want a refund because the refund process is to wait for BJ’s to come back and pick up the item (who knows how long that will take?), once the item is received it will take 7-10 business days for the refund to hit the bank account. Then, we can order the item again and wait for them to deliver it. My son is currently a college student who works hard for his money and does not have the time for a large retailer to play games with $1000.00 and wait for them issue a refund and start the process all over again.I asked to speak with a supervisor and was put on hold. An hour and a half later, Supervisor Rachel got on the phone and I explained the situation. Frustrated, but politely informed her that I do not want to waste her time if she cannot do anything about this and asked to speak with someone who can. She tells me that she does not want to lie to me. I informed her that I was already lied to by multiple people from BJ’s within the past week so its quite frustrating.Manager Amanda got on the phone and tells me the only option is to issue a refund and process a new order. My son will still be without a bed during this time.We are still trying to get resolution for this thousand dollar bedroom set that is broken and there is a possibility my son will be without his bed and sleeping on the couch through the holiday season. Between holds and speaking with multiple reps/supervisor/manager, I was on the phone for 2 hours and 38 minutes, only for Amanda to tell me that another “manager” will be calling me back within 24-48 hours.Definitely will not be making any more large purchases from BJ’s! Our membership expires at the end of the year. We’re also weighing our option and considering other wholesale warehouse including Costco’s and Sam’s.

The deli is nasty they sell old deli meat in there prepackaged deli area. I also purchased Pearl Franks that had slime in the package. And there meat department sells old smelly rotten st Louis ribs . Purchase those at that store too. Place sucks!!!!¡

Do not waste your time calling this store. Alot of pick up and then hang up calls. The bakery never answers phone. Customer service picks up the phone and hangs it up. The tire service tries to transfer youto the proper station but they get the calls back. Pretty sad. Call Costco for your bakery and party needs they are happy to help only 1.3 miles from this place.

Tires - they never answer the phone so you can make an appointment for tire rotation or anything. They should have an option to do it online since the customer service sucks big 0.

BJ’s Tire store at Stoughton MA really needs the good services at the Tire store.I am so disappointed in the Tire store since last fall I visited . The two guys both are not friendly and no patience . they both use the same excuses trying to get rid the customers who came to the store, :such as, the computer down, come next time.. reschedule, out of stocks, we don’t have that sizes, we have to take mouths order, and offer customers go some other places to fix it …

#sigh! Do not waste your time/money going to this tire center. They have been under staffed for about a year now. My tire light has been on since then and I can get no help there. They said I should go to the dealer. I bought 5 tires at BJs. They come with lifetime warranty. I should not have to go to the dealer for anything! I waited in line for over 30 mins only to be told they do not have the machine to check my tires.Learn from my experience.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Ive had 2 recent negative experiences with this location and honestly I am surprised. First, I got a flat tire a couple miles from the store. When I called to see if I could have the car towed to replace the tire (wasn't repairable) I was told no there is only 1 person working. Today I drove there to fill my propane tank and was told they are out of propane? I am beginning to consider alternative stores to shop at. Why am I paying for my membership again?

Y’all need to check the woman that works at the registers that’s standing there screaming at all the customers like their children. No one wants to come shopping and listen to some loud mouth woman. She shouldn’t be working there if she feels the need to degrade customers and scream on top of her lungs at them about standing in line WAITING for an open register, because you know, WHAT ELSE ARE CUSTOMERS SUPPOSE TO DO WHEN EVERY REGISTER IS TAKEN?

They never pick up the phone, and the website/app are horrid. It's supposed to be convenient using the pick up option, tow people who park in pick up but aren't picking up.

Chris, the tire department manager is disrespectful to customers. It is rare that they pick up the phones for customer help. The staff does not show up for work making customers angry. Low quality service. I don't recommend for anyone to go there tires issues

I don’t enjoy being sold expired and moldy produce. Everything with the exception of my grape fruit that I brought “fresh” was noted as moldy and rotted the next day in the fridge….

I love Bjs but this store is gross. Walking into the store, it looks like you're walking through a dump. There is trash EVERYWHERE in the parking lot. It's disgusting!!! They should be ashamed they allow it to look like that and don't seem to have any intentions of cleaning it up. I will no longer shop at this location.

I order a gazebo a few weeks ago and it came damaged. Some pieces had holes. I also paid extra money for them to install it and did a horrible job. The installation was so poor; they left some of the pieces of the roof wide open. I also found unused screws around the deck. Long story short, I made a claim explaining the situation and sent them images of the item. For weeks, they've been telling me that they are working on. The department responsible for the compensations have supposedly been looking at it. It's been almost a month and all I've received is apologes! With no doubt, this is the most horrible shopping experience. Not only the item came damaged, the installation of it was so poorly done; and now after all that, they're trying to get away with it!

I purchased a set of tires on June 28th.The earliest appointment for the install was July 5 at 2:15pmI checked in at 1:00pm asking if appointment could be moved up.They were actually running 45 minutes behind. I was asked to come back at 3:00pmWhen I arrived I was told to have a seat. I would be next. They just finished up with the previous appointment.Five minutes later they came back saying the noon appointment just showed up and they would have to be next.My response was “No, they need to reschedule their appointment.”They said no. The noon appointment would be first. I cancelled my tires.

The butcher at the butcher shop is always pleasant and goes the extra mile. I just know him as Larry the butcher.The folks at the register are always great. They are always busy but they are always pleasant.It is pretty good experience shopping there.

The store is big and clean. Its right off the highway. Parking can be tricky during busy times. The store has plenty of self checkouts.

Busy, long lines and some lines were more efficient than others. All customers remained pleasant and talkative with each other while I was there. Unfortunately most of the employees didn't share the customer's upbeat demeanor.
