The best place to get health food. The deli guy was great with the slices. You can't go wrong with this Supercenter. Only downside is that floor staff is scanty but self checkout staff are on point.

Did a curbside pickup. It was very busy at 3:30 pm but I didn't have to wait too long. The item I was given was broken though. Friendly people but a clear lack of attention to detail.

This store hires drug addicts and puts broken used products on the shelf with a guarantee. Purchased a off brand xbox remote upon bringing it home and opening the package, it seems someone else had already bought the product and replaced it with their old product, I went to the store expecting walmart to give me an exchange as the item I thought I was getting was not in the box. Juan the store manager proceeded to call me a thief and used a armed police officer to kick me out of the store. In my eyes I was robbed by walmart and the police helped them. What a world?

A very badly stocked store. Many of the shelves in the cosmetics section, the socks and lingerie section, and others are only about half full at any given time. The staff at the checkout are very nice and friendly; however the other staff members in the store look like they don’t want to be bothered or be there. Try to ask them a question and they get annoyed.

More items that are nowhere to be seen than there are on the shelves.Ask an employee where a certain item is and the response is a rolling of the eyes, exaggerated inhaling to make their displeasure with customers known and let's not forget self checkout is overwhelmed and the two living cashiers are enjoying the irritation of said customers.The aforementioned is the usual day at the Boston Road Spfld Ma location.

Unbelievable the shelves are empty…. Not clean… And they have many workers who are not doing their job. Cashiers are closed... In the self checkout area I swear there were more than 10 workers 6 of them were laughing and playing basketball. None of the 6 were doing anything but laughing and playing. I wonder what kind of manager allows workers to play instead of working. Supposed to fire them and hire a new people who loves to work hard.

Its a bigger walmart like a super center down fall is ive gone for clothes boxers sneakers and the few times isles were empty even like boxers 1 whole side isle was bare aybe 2 dz opened turns apart bags but food freezer all other depts were all stocked very busy never enough electric handicap carts but self checkout couple dozen line always looks long couple dz people waiting but you could be last persin and youll have checked out and walked out door in 5 minutes no matter what heavy security presence check reciepts bwfore walking oit doors nevwr interacted with staff so nothing on ir about them

If you're looking for a minimum wage job, this is the place to be. What exactly is your job, meander, chitchat coworkers, look at you phone, sit on the floor, who knows, get creative, no one seems to care.Line here had 60 customers waiting to checkout.Prices were phenomenal, but I guess that's what a company can do when they sell humanity away.

Boston road walmart don't bother they have nothing you want according to the people who "work" there I use that term loosely. Most seem to rather speak Spanish with Co workers then taking care of the people asking for help o got sent to 3 people then someone from electronics came up asked what I was looking for. Before they could even bother to look it up. Just threw must be online only sorry and walked away. People that work there are you lazy to help anyone at all. Just buy it threw amazon. Don't give the boston road walmart. Also avoid the Chicopee walmart they ate just as bad of not worse.

The products are locked up in cases, there are probably 20 self-serve, checkout stations, and eight checking receipts if you go out the door.Here is a good idea. Have the same employees run the cash register!

I ordered tires online to be delivered to this store and installed. I made an appointment because the store is an hour away.. I received a text message the day that I made the appointment stating to pick my tires up after 11:30, but my appointment was at 10. I called the store to clarify but ended up missing my appointment in the process. I rescheduled for later that day. I arrived at the store and confirmed my tires were available. I t took the associate about 10 minutes to check me in, and I asked the associate to let me know when the tires were installed. While I was waiting to be checked in, I heard another associate tell someone on the phone that they could not install her 4 tires because one of her wheel hubs was loose. Since I was an hour away from home, I did some shopping while I waited. It had been over an hour when I completed my shopping, but I had never heard about my car. I went back to the auto center to inquire. I was told that one of my wheel hubs was loose, and the work could not be done. They never tried to contact at all, and seemd to be a coincidence they told another customer that exact sane thing. I questioned the associate and asked him to show me what he was stating. He put my car on the lift and proceeded to pull at my tire, stating it needs repair first. They refused to put my tires on and told me to leave. I asked to speak to store manager, who was on vacation at the time. I spoke to a guy named Trey, who stated he was the acting manager. I explained my situation, and he stated that his associate told him that my "hub cap is falling off, and they could not change the ties due to the problem. I questioned him because that should not be a reason to refuse to change my tires. He restated the same thing and gave me a gift card "for my troubles." I believe that all white staff that worked in the auto center simply did not want to do the work on my car, and that us why they acted so unprofessionally. Being a black man, this is not the first time I experienced bad service at a Walmart Auto Center, but it will be the last. See you in court!!

Joel who greeted me at the door was very nice and went about and beyond. There was no scooter available and after waiting for over 10 minute available. He was kind enough to push me in the walker so I was able to get the few items I needed and to my car. Thanks was I call 5 STAR 🌟 service. Walmart need more workers like him.

They never have everything that I need here .. It seems liked they are always fully staffed, but the store always has empty shelves and never have certain things that I like.Ex.: cereals, yogurts, their own brand of waters.I still shop there because it's convenient, but it's not a convenience.

Update 12/20/23 Still a great place to do my shopping. I can pick up my prescriptions, do a little shopping or just browse around. It's very convenient and it's close to home.Update 9/4/23 : I still enjoy shopping here, employees are friendly and helpful and shelves are always stock with what I need. The pharmacy always has my meds ready for me and prices are very fair. The best time to come here is early in the morning and the self checkout makes for a quick trip.....Update : 8/9/22 still a great store to shop at. Checked out some phones and phone plans and picked up my prescription at the in store pharmacy and also got a great deal on suet for the birds that visit my yard. Great prices and very convenient for saving me time. The staff were friendly and helpful.Easy in easy out. They had everything I needed at a good price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Update 5/4/22 : Pretty busy today, staff handled the rush well. Visited the deli and the pharmacy and got in and out quickly with everything I needed. 10/22/22- Went to the pharmacy tonight, they had my meds ready and we're quick to serve me. I had a few groceries that they rang up for me so I was able to Skip the lines at the main register's. The shelves were well stocked and they were busy.

The only person who was actually nice was the guy who checked our receipts. The parking lot was disgusting trash everywhere seems to me that no one cares about presentation of the store at all. Who ever is in charge needs to really fix it. For out of staters to people come to visit and enjoy their vacation but it really makes you guys look lazy and that you don’t care about pollution or green at all! Also had no options for much vegetables half the strawberries were so small it wasn’t worth it.

It is particularly disappointing to note that the customer service desk closes a staggering two hours prior to the store's official closing time. Moreover, the cleanliness of the premises leaves much to be desired, undermining the overall appeal and inviting concerns. The sole redeeming factor lies in the operational hours, which may be of convenience in urgent situations where immediate access to certain items is necessary. However, given the choice, I would strongly prefer to patronize alternative establishments, as this particular one fails to meet the desired standards.

went in there today to get some speakers and a stereo for my car. waited and looked around for someone to open the case and not an employee in sight or even a press for assistance button. finally found an employee who just told me they couldn't help me. I left the store without buying anything and got them off Amazon instead. I understand that theft is a problem but can do better than that Walmart?!
