Very rude, unknowledgeable and unprofessional Staff at the pharmacy (Carew Street location) These people should not be in customer service if they have a disdain for people and helping patients with their needs. However, I don’t think other locations are like this, but I’ve had TERRIBLE experiences here. I believe that CVS Pharmacy is a much better place!

overall good place good people pharmacy got my meds taking away cause they were controlled and i kept filling em early lol and i lost them from them calling back and fourth they were for anxiety i was abusing em but was treated like i was tbh sucked. I do love the workers

This Walgreens Pharmacy specifically is awful. They don’t even attempt to help out their customers. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been turned away now twice trying to be covid tested. They would rather I continue to walk around while potentially having this disease and spreading it to others. It’s pretty gross that they find this to be acceptable especially after hearing that other Walgreens are willing to allow people to be tested without a vehicle. So, do better.

Staff courteous and helpful. One con they pay way to much attention to the drive~thru than to the customers who actually walked into the store and are now waiting in a long line.

Don’t waste your time they are not professional . Pharmacy Is one of the worst horrible one in the city they never have your medication on time even though that you receive a text saying that they are ready. If you do call they never pick up the phone and if they do they hang up on you . Enough is enough and I switched to Baystate pharmacy with free delivery.

Pharmacy is always running out of my meds, coincidentally during the weekend when I cant reach my doctor's office for a new script, to send somewhere else. I switched a few months ago & they've run out of stock 4 times now. It seems to happen every 2 weeks or so. You'd think they stock more considering this keeps happening, or maybe order more a little sooner rather than waiting until it's almost gone. My doctor is never in office- only comes in for groups- so calling him to sign & send a new script to another pharmacy is just a waste of effort. Just seems like they dont care about patients. I have to walk from Chicopee to this Walgreens because I dont have a ride during the day, I dont trust CVS and Rite Aid is farther away. If I absolutely HAVE to, Ill switch to the Rite Aid, but I really dont want to have to walk any farther. Please stop running out when it's my turn for my medication. :( I only get a week supply, not like Im monthly and taking all the stock. Anyway, as far as the rest of the store, & its painfully overpriced items, there's nothing much to review. My snack mix is occasionally on sale 2 for $6/7 depending on their mood. That's cool, sometimes. I noticed they recently got LOL surprise dolls but every time I ask for one, they dont actually have them. What's that about? Lol.

Extremely rude pharmacy staff. The guy at the drive thru hung up on me after telling me "I'm not the insurance company". Really, you think? When I called to find out why my prescription wasn't filled the pharmacist could have cared less. I will no longer use Walgreens for anything.

If i didn't need my medication so bad I would have left. Been in the drive thru for almost an hour. Couldn't leave cuz i was sandwiched between car's. Need a better system for this drive thru!
