I called the pharmacy as a healthcare provider, and couldn't even get a hold of anyone. I spent 20 minutes on hold and then the phone continued to ring for 10 minutes before the staff hung up on me. My colleague attempted to call and was left on the phone for 45 minutes before they hung up on her. Absolutely unprofessional. I'm glad I wasn't an ER staff member calling to figure out what medications an unconscious, trauma patient was taking because I likely would not have been able to get any answers from them. Completely unacceptable.

I wish I can give 0 starts!Been waiting in the drive-tru over 45 minutes for a COVID test.The line behind me makes it to the street.The lady at the window is taking her time on everything.They hiring anyone I guess now.

Every time I go there they always said the medication 💊 it’s not ready this been going on for long time I hope things get a little bit better with the staff cuz are worse taking care the medication out ready for the community

Waited on hold 1 hour 4 minutes for pharmacy, after 1 hour the phone started ringing, after about 50 rings hung up. Wish I could give less than 1 star.

Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Hold times are rediculous. They always seem understaffed, and they are always out of my medication.

Excellent customer service, the manager is very kind and is always in a good mood, the pharmacy is okay..could use improvement because normally there are long wait lines depending on the time. Overall , everything is good

Literally they got security following you on every aisle like a maximum prison. This is very uncomfortable and degrading. Moved from monson and I never experienced this. Never going back here I’ll drive that extra minutes to a different store

This place is a liability I go to pull in & the driveway has cars parked on both sides waiting for a school bus making it difficult to pullin from the street kids are running around with no supervision like its a playground. I go inside & its just as wild people are stealing right in plain site no one seems to care about children let alone walgreens cusomers. I love walgreens but this location is a bad reflection on what walgreens stands for . maybe a change in management because its highly unmanaged. Was my 1st time at this location.

Find another pharmacy to get you're prescriptions this place has nothing but ghetto trash working there who makes you wait weeks for filling meds they wanted me to call my own insurance Which is they're job to do. Go to another Walgreens or CVS
