The Pawspaw in Springfield MA. Great experience start to finish. They are super busy (for very obvious reasons) and they don’t have a receptionist, so please be patient (I was very eager) I have a young 3 legged cat that needs hygiene help because of her disability. I started having a hard time keeping up, so i finally hunted for a groomer for her. Many people on local pages recommended them. They have a 5 star rating. They are SO friendly and so good with animals. Definitely will be returning.

Erica was really friendly, professional, and is extremely great with animals. I had my dog groomed for his first time and I literally had to drag him out of there. He didn't want to leave. Smells great, fur looks like he should be in a magazine. Amazing place to spoil your dog.

The new owner, my daughter is a very caring and gentle groomer. She does our little fur family. Being a former vet technician at a local animal hospital is such a bonus for your pet. She is very knowledgeable about animals. Erica even picked up a few medical and skin issues we needed attention for. Erica offers a large variety of services, from nails, ear cleaning and toothbrush, different flea and skin treatments to just a shampoo or haircut. I highly recommend her. Because I personally know she will truly care for your pet and have them looking and smelling wonderful!

Today Erica groomed our 6 month old Havanese, who is quite a puppy handful. Erica did a great job, and she’s a lovely lady, as well. She was very accommodating. Our puppy enjoyed her stay so much that she didn’t want to leave.

Have looked around for a groomer for some time now, my cat has long hair and knots SO easily. I know grooming a cat can be extremely difficult compared to dogs and I was so nervous to bring him anywhere. Finally I found Christina’s and all i can say is I’m so thankful I did. The groomer could tell my anxiety over my fur baby and was so understanding. She made the entire experience quick and shockingly easy! He looks great and feels even better. Although he was a little mad at me for just taking him out of the house, I know he is much happier now. Thank you Erica! I would recommend you to anyone. Lou and I can’t thank you enough!

Great price , and prompt. Erica the new owner introduced herself and was very pleasant. She called me shortly after to say the dog was all set. My dogs coat was has never so shiny and soft , my dog was in good spirits and was even given a little bandana that lasted the car ride 😂. Highly recommend.

I cannot speak more highly of Christina’s Paw Spa. Not only did she answer my frantic call at 7am to see if she could see our new rescue, she fit him in AN HOUR LATER. She was kind, professional, and so gentle with our new fur baby. He was so dirty and in desperate need of grooming. He came from a shelter in Arkansas and took a 30-hour drive here. She cleaned him, trimmed his nails, and did a de-shedding treatment on him. We will ABSOLUTELY be back and I would recommend her to any and everyone. Thank you so much for being so kind to Healer!

I have two elderly Pomeranians and I would highly recommend Christina’s Pawspaw. Erica did an amazing job and had the patience needed to make the experience easier for these two old guys. She gave them both the puppy cut and when I picked them up they both looked like they did when they were pups....it’s amazing what a day at the spa can do!
