I had the best experience with the Soapy Dog Spa, Jenn was the groomer who serviced my dog milo and he came out looking super handsome. The prices are amazing, and most importantly the customer service is definitely 5 star.

Our groomer, Lauren, did a fantastic job!! My dog is a huge shedder and very afraid of getting her nails cut. But somehow Lauren keeps her calm and gets her looking (and smelling) so much better!! Will definitely be coming back!

The service was very friendly nice clean spa but I was not happy. Pomeranians are supposed to have wanted two inches of fur left on them if they're shaved The top coat protects her now the top coat's not going to grow back right cuz it's too short. She shaved my dog's legs and I asked her not to and her tail too she barely is still lol. Im disappointed but I acted like everything was fine because I just didn't have time to deal with it My other dog just has passed away.

I took Bobby here for a grooming for the first time yesterday.I am so happy with the excellent job Lucy did on my little guy.Not only was here work superior to any he has had before, but the way she handled and treated him was a thing of beauty.I would recommend this place and Lucy to anyone who wants the best service at a very reasonable price.

I needed a new groomer so I looked around and found Soapy Dog Spa close by. When I went in, I was greeted by a very friendly and enthusiastic woman who took the time to go over with me what kind of cut I would like on my long hair Chihuahua, Coco. When I asked how long it would be, she responded "in about an hour". What??? An hour..sweet! When I picked up Coco she looked like a puppy again! What a great job this groomer and her employees do. I would definitely recommend this groomer to anyone. A nice small business I would support any day. Thank you!

Took my fur baby Nena to SDS for the first time. (My parents recommended) and I was so Happy with the service. Lauren met my timid Chi for the first time and Lauren was so wonderful with my Nena. Fully Groomed, Nail cut, bathed and cut. My Nena looked so fabulous!! Thank you Soapy Dog Spa and Lauren!! I will definitely be back.

I have a rescue dog and he has a very hard time with people other than family members. The staff at the soapy dog take their time with him, they never rush him and they update me on how he's doing with each service they provide for him. I'm very comfortable and satisfied with the service and care they provide. If anyone has a rescue dog I highly recommend their facility.

It was ok. I went only because the person that usually handles my dog was out at the other location in Hampden. I'm used to the Hampden office. This visit, what was asked was done. My dog got washed, etc. I would definitely go if I can't get my regular person.

Horrible communication they cant even call me back about booking an appointment for my dog and they don’t even have a proper schedule as it says on the website. Do not recommend this place for anyone to take their dogs.

I love the way they cut my dog sassy's hair they groomed a really good and and we will and we will be going there from now on so she has her own dogs for that but they do a really great job really great job I highly recommend them to any and everybody that has dolls

Took my Shi Tzu to them for a hair cut this was my first time here all I did was show a pic of how I would like his hair and they got it exactly how I wanted it was perfect they did an amazing job very professional and timely didn't have to wait hours to get my baby back he was super happy when I did get him so I know they took good care of him while I was waiting for him highly recommend them for your dogs or cats for a nice grooming experience they asked of any concerns I may have I expressed what my main ones were and they assured me that we would have no issues and they came through 5 stars from me thanks ladies look forward to see you soon for his next cut and many more .

This groomer has. no idea of how to cut a Bichon Frise. Our dog is brushed on a regular basis and was not matted at all. The groomer was asked to shampoo and brush only. She was specifically told NOT to cut. She gave him a very uneven and short cut that destroyed the Bichon look completely. It will take some time for him to resemble a Bichon again. Could not be more disappointed. We will not return. One star is one too many.

I brought my dog (not my dog but my friends dog) in for a quick groom. Later after the haircut I realized that whomever had groomed the dog had cut him and nobody at the facility said anything about it. There is photo evidence over at @bubba_bailz on instagram

We have had the best experience at the Soapy Dog Spa...when we had our baby girl Lexie....they treated her so loving and kind...they are very professional and wonderful groomers.....the staff are loving and caring and with Lucy at the helm you can't go wrong....you need a fantastic groomer go to the Soapy Dog Spa in East Sfpld.....you'll be very happy you did.....:)
