Prices are comparable with Aldi's, their produce is decent and fresh, however don't be afraid to pick thru items to find the freshest available. The store brand items are good and priced decently, I would like to see more organic items in dry goods, lastly they are the only area store (within 50 miles) that still sell diamond nuts in shell, I will shop there again!

When I got there large quantities of was already bought but the groceries that I wanted it was stocked, the prices were reasonable, but they charge me for something I didn’t buy (I’m thinking from the previous customer) I am thinking these were chips and it wasn’t expensive at all I just didn’t notice until I got home.

What a mess! Everything scattered! Was like going on a scavenger hunt looking for what I wanted. First time in the spfld store. Yrs since in Chicopee location but I do remember there's being more organized!!

Prices on most items are amazing. There re-branded bowl&basket is exactly the same as name brands but 80% cheaper they need a few more cash registers for the flow of people but all in all great shopping

Its not very diverse in there. Some people are helpful but other times they have attitude. They should hire a more diverse range of people.

This is a great place to get your food. Produce is a abundant and we'll prices, as are rice, eggs, and milk.Junk food, not so much, but thats ok. The price is rite!I'll come back with pictures of the produce.

charge different prices than marked. watch out for their produce. was gonna buy a bag of apples some of them were bad. did buy a bag of onions..get home and found bad ones. self check out is horrible and filthy. took half hour to check out because of errors on price rites behalf. was ready to just leave it all.

Sometimes you get nice people and many keep the store very clean. However, there is one of the cashiers long and black hair color that seems to hate work. She has horrible customer service skills. I don't understand why some people like that get jobs if they can't handle it. Go home!

I wanted to share my experience and let you judge it. I proceeded to the self checkout with more than 15 items. At the end, I found out that the total was too much. I asked the lady in charge to review it. 1st answer was, it is what it is. After my insistence, she proceeded to cancel the charges and rescanned it. It turn out that the total charges was doubled than what it was. I almost paid that amount. Be aware of the charges wherever you buy, it might be something wrong with the computer but it is not bad to double check.

Not expensive, great staff, fruits and vegetables always fresh. Great place for bargains and have an aisle dedicated to Caribbean products. In that aisle you can get Jamaican brands such as Grace, Excelsior etc.

Prices here are very good the store itself is very well organized and actually took me by surprise when I first walked in. There is avariety of food in the store which can really please anyone who is looking for any type of product. Customer service here is exceptional and customers are most of the time treated very fairly. Now with the covid-19 pandemic happening they are very well organized and ensure that customers stay within the 6ft limit.

The store looks like it was slightly remodeled since last visit. Relatively clean. Employees as always never greet customers. You can be clearly looking for something and they will just walk right past you. Express do it yourself is open. Might go faster if people could actually ready 15 items or less.

Always find what I need at affordable prices. The only thing I've been unhappy with has been the quality of the meat and selection, lately it has not been good and the prices have went way up. If the quality was good it would be worth it but it hasn't been so I've been buying my meat elsewhere. Other than that they have a great array of produce, frozen, and shelf items.

This store has great prices on most things I purchase. They lack variety in many categories, however, the Price Rite store brand is usually as good as the brand names. I couldn't do all of my shopping there, but I go regularly, usually once a month, to stock up at a great price. Their produce is usually nice and fresh and while the meat department is not well-stocked in my opinion, the prices are unbelievable! I got a 3lb package of 85 / 15 ground beef for only $10. If you have the time and energy to shop at multiple grocery stores, I highly recommend Price Rite.

The produce section is nicer since the remodel, but the rest of the store is oddly organized now compared to the setup a few years ago. Great, friendly staff and stock of most items was good.

My family has come to this Price Rite ever since it opened more than 8 years ago. Their prices are affordable and cheap compared to Big Y's prices. You don't need to spend a lot of money for food if you don't have to!

Last week I bought oranges that were dry and not that sweet the week before that the strawberries or nuts and they did not last 2 days they have vegetables is questionable you really don't know what you're getting until you get it home and open it and taste it

This grocery store ,between customers and employees,, a great establishment,, clean,,organized.. always on top of their work.. the big box places need to take notes on how it's done... I highly recommend price rite bstn rd...

Since the store has been remodeled it is so much better. The traffic flow has helped the shopping experience and it is a much cleaner store. Like getting name brands for a cheaper price and so of the Price Rite brands are good products.
