Alex and her partner were great! Although Bella has been here before, this was her first meeting with Alex. Bella came over to Alex, wagging her nubbage, and went very willingly into the grooming room.Alex was quick and efficient, calling me under the timeline. When I picked her up, Bella was happy, calm and looked and smelled fabulous! Great job Alex! We will be back, and will recommend Alex to friends and neighbors. I couldn’t believe what my poor dog looked like when he left there. He is a two year old Australian Sheppard and his supposed to have longer trimmed hair. The groomer not only cut a big chunk of hair down to his skin, but also clippered him all over which was not what we discussed. . I’m sure because she made the big gouge she had to then shave him to blend it some. He was not supposed to be clippered along his sides, back, or head. I asked her to clean up his paws, back of his legs, his back end and his underside. Told her to just trim his back hair and his mane a tiny bit. She said she would use an a clip and just barely take much off. He came home clippered short enough all over to feel prickly when you pet him and now has a bald spot n his side where she went to the skin with the clippers. I was so upset when I saw him. I won’t be returning and won’t recommend anyone to take their pet there. I was extremely disappointed in his appointment with Erin.

Mavis has been going to petco for close to 2 years. The employees are all amazing and even if Mavis plays dead and doesn’t want to go she gets excited to see her familiar faces and somehow gets in. She came out perfectly. Soft coat clean ears and trimmed nails.

My Bentley loves to get his nails done here. He is getting older and can't jump like he used to and the girls always lift him up (he's 100 pound pitbull) to get on the table and make sure he is OK and then they help him down. They take their time with him and always compliment on what a "good boy" he is. The extra care they give him means the world to me because he is my world. All smiles from him when he is done, which turns into all smiles for me too 😀

All the crew at our Petco are terrific. They are very attentive to our pug Lila and she always looks great when we pick her up. Lila can't wait to get to them, she knows where she is when we get to the door and is a very happy dog.

We have a box turtle (Mr. T), who has been with us since our son was in the 6th grade, he is now 33 (our son). We decided to upgrade his tank that he lives in. The advice and recommendations we received from the staff there at the East Longmeadow location was above and beyond what we expected. In particular we want to thank Theresa, Ashley and Frank for all their help in making this transition as smooth as possible. They pointed out things we had been doing that were incorrect and now Mr. T is as content as he's ever been. Thank You Guy's so much!!!!
