I was looking for turtle bone, but there were none in stock like usual. Did get a nice piece of cholla wood for an amazing price compared to everyone else's prices. No basking platforms for tanks bigger than 40 gallon, but my tank is a 75 gallon. Very limited selection of products. Not very impressive. Guess I'll have to keep shopping competitors at this point.

The store is good, my issue is with the outside, within 10 feet of the door, there was broken glass, q tips, and busted open batteries leaking acid , not great things for dogs. Watch carefully where your dog walks if you bring him here. I know its not petcos fault people are slobs, but why has this junk been there for months!

The staff here kept passing me off to another member that worked there. When someone finally came to help us with a green cheek conure that we had health concerns about, we were told it was normal and that was that.I am a bird owner and that bird was not normal. It was visibly shaking, and their tail feathers looked shredded. At the very least, this bird was stress feather plucking and should not have been on the floor. Avoid this one if you can.--------------------------------------------EDIT: I ended up calling their hotline and let them know my concerns. I got a call the next day from this Petco and was told the bird was checked out by a vet and said he wasn't sick.So we bought him.He's at home with our other conure and he is so lively now! The stress of being there was obviously too much for him. I'm glad we got him out of there, but I'm still concerned with the care of their birds. I wish employees were trained better to actually know how to distinguish when an animal is in stress or at the very least not okay.

My two dogs were serviced today for a nail trim, they’ve never had issues until today. The groomer who cut both of their nails ( Erin) did a HORRIBLE job!!! Cut them wayyyy too close to their quick, was very sloppy and she made one of my dog’s nails bleed and handled them very poorly, they’ve never whined nor yelped all the times I’ve brought them for a trim except for today!! She had no care in the world whatsoever even when I made a complaint to the manager about her she still had no care in the world about it!!! NOT happy, horrible handling as well of my dogs which made me inflamed as well. Terrible, do not have your dog serviced by her unless you want your dog to be in pain and then pay full price for a terrible job as well!!!! Never again will I come back, ridiculous!!

I wanted to write a review in honor of Diana who works at the grooming salon at this location… As all of us pet owners know sometimes it’s hard to trust a grooming salon and the people who are taking care of our dogs who are our babies while we’re not around.Diana has been a Golden star since the day I met her and has treated my baby belle As her own giving her the cuddling and the love and attention that she deserves and every time she comes out of the grooming salon she smells and feels impeccable and Diana always goes the extra mile with bells as her own giving her the cuddling and the love and attention that she deserves and every time she comes out of the grooming salon she smells and feels impeccable and Diana always goes the extra mile with belle.I will be moving to Tampa in the next month and will dearly miss Diana and the staff at this grooming salon because of their kindness and care that they have shown my animal.I wish I could write to corporate about what an outstanding employee she is because she is more than just a groomer at the Petco salon.... she’s an angel 😇The store itself is always immaculate fully stocked and everyone on the floor is very helpful and very friendly and the manager Joe is a super relaxed understanding individual!HIGHLY recommend this locationI will truly miss them .

My dog genuinely seemed to enjoy her experience here. Her groomer anticipated she should get special attention, given her advanced age, and it seems to have made a big impact on my dog. I will be back and I would recommend others to the grooming services here.

The store did not have the dog food I needed, they carry many breeds in Royal Canin, just no bulldog. I alternately use Pro Plan chicken and rice, only two small bags were available. There’s no one to ask for help. Probably won’t go back.

Lady with the leg tattoo is the rudest retail associate I have ever come across. I don’t even know how she managed to get hired with horrible manners, ignorance, and rudeness. I stopped shopping here because walking in and feeling her misery was just so depressing. I go to petsmart in Chicopee even though I only live 4 minutes away from this location.

Over da phone the staff-Girl wit Blue Hair was very polite an offered options for da best time for our visit, once there she greeted us an was tentative in our order, after service she explain why “Boo” couldn’t get full service but the quality of her attention makes her job shine!!! She demonstrate knowledge and over all very Compation wit our “Boo” an suggested to get a discount kuz the service was not completed…but we just paid as we wer very greatful to have her take care of Boo while grooming an so I was content wit da service provided dat I just paid an walked out!!! Wen I got home an inspected da job was not completed only to a 60%…. If I can get a Discount for next visit I will appreciate it….Thnk U!!!

I use to work for a Petco many years ago and Restocking was weekly seems you cant get puppy formula for a month here these days i hate to say it almost hurts because when your shelves are full your customers cant count on that product being there in the future certainly not the case and not just at this petco at others aswell there bigger stores like Holyoke are better at restocking stores need dramatic renovations newer state of the art just missing that good old WOW FACTOR
