Very well organized store with a wide selection of pet supplies, whether it's a chew toy for your dog or aquarium rocks for your fish tank, they have it all. I love how clean the shop is and the staff is always willing to help with anything you may need.My favorite part of this location is the self service grooming station. It's become a life savor for me and my Shiba. Medium size dog that can shed and make your living space look like Christmas all over again, so you can imagine what my bathroom looked like during shedding season. There stations are always stocked with clean fresh towels and multiple options for shampooing your dog. $25 for 5 visits to clean your dog, I think that's more then worth the value to save me hours of cleaning out my bathroom after every puppy bath. This alone is why I keep coming back!I haven't had the chance to try out their actual grooming services so I can't speak on that but as far as pricing goes, things are fair. I do find myself skipping purchases after finding things a little cheaper online but I always grab a few treats or a toy for my dog on the way out.

Great selection, decent prices, friendly and helpful staff. They do have a self dog wash station which is great. I love their reward systems and hope it never goes away. I like that it’s locally owned too.

Great place to give your dog a bath. There are always plenty of towels to dry your pup off and they have waterproof aprons to help keep you dry. They also have a huge selection of natural treats for after the bath.

Took my Cody to be groomed by Jessica at Pet Supply today. She was very kind and was able to wash, brush and de-shed in about an hour. He looks and smells amazing! He is dry! She cleaned up his paws and took great care of his needs… Jessica did a great job😊 I usually use the wash station myself. I brush my boy pretty regularly but needed a break as it can be a lot. I decided to book another wash with Jessica in a month from now. Thanks Jessica!

Dog wash is awesome the Dog Treats isle was loaded with all kinds of treats to choose from fair amount of Dog Foods they even had a Taste of the Wild food that Petco does not sell the Grass fed also the only pet store that I ever seen had coffee and donuts for the customers even if it's only once in a blue moon that's super cool

Went to get crickets for my critters. I have Never had a problem getting crickets at pet supplies plus before but when I asked for my normal 200 supply the attendant said no they would never bag that many for me and she could maybe do 50. When I told her I have been coming to pet supplies plus for over a year and every week have gotten 200 with no issue she said they could do 100 tops. Again, I have NEVER had an issue here getting the number of crickets I need. I will Not he coming back to this store.

Great store! Helpful associate right when I walked in. She helped set up an account and showed me where to go to wash the dog. The dog washing area is clean and large with 3 bays; 2 for large dogs and one for smaller dogs. It's stocked with everything you need from shampoos to towels to a blow dryer. Awesome store! I'll definitely be back! The associates in the store all seem very professional and pleasant. I had a problem with a grooming appointment, but they were quick to reschedule me. UPDATE: Went to wash the dog today and the wash stations were filthy with dog hair. I'm not sure how often they're maintained but the stations were fairly dirty. Also, the blow dryer for the small dogs was out of order. Shampoos were running low, and the towels as well. Seems like the quality has dipped a bit. Still a great place to go for a dog bath, just disappointed this time.

Although they could use some extra attention to the dog bathing area for the customers that pay for their own dogs, my dog Snoopy, enjoys his bathing while he's there in the middle stall as he is a short-legged dog. Other than that the store is very neat and clean and workers are always on top of everything that you need.

Great place for self swrve dog wash. The deal is $10 a wash, but if you buy the plan it's $5 a wash. But the best part is we have a double coated dog and the blow driers are strong enough to get she well dried!

We just moved to the area and brought our big pup for a nail trimming. He has separation anxiety and they did such a great job with him! He’s been having belly issues and they really took the time to talk to us and give us excellent advice. We had a pet supplies plus where we used to live and this one is 100% more helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!!

Had my fur baby Chino groomed by Chrissy and she did a fabulous job! This was my first time going to Pet Supplies Plus and will definitely be returning. My previous groomer at Petco took twice as long for the grooming service and my baby never looked as good as he does right now. I appreciate Pet Supplies Plus and will highly recommend!

I took my frenchie to get groomed today. And Jessica was absolutely amazing with my knoxx. I wish there was more stars to give her. She is amazing at what she does. I placed an order for curbside pick up and had a wonderful experience! I pulled right up, checked in and in a matter of seconds an associate was placing the items in my trunk. Service was prompt and so friendly, they even included the cutest little drawing and thank you note! I will definitely be back to support this local business! I went with my friend to the pet supplies store in Springfield mass and I was very impressed with how the employees keep the store and the aquariums and equipment clean and the aisles clean and the shelves stocked with items and I would recommend the pet supplies store plus in Springfield ma for good customer service.

Took my dog in for grooming and very specifically asked if they could handle a dog who doesn't like to have his nails trimmed. They told me it was no problem and that they would absolutely get his nails done. They didn't. They took a grinder to one or two of his back nails before he sat down. They broke one of his front nails and didn't bother to trim it. Then they had the nerve to charge me full price for a nail trim. The woman who did it also later admitted that they dropped my dog off the table and they didn't even bother to apologize. A horrible waste of money and a traumatizing experience for my dog.
