Do not answer there phone but when I got to the shop I realized they are just super busy with these pups. My appointment had been rescheduled because my dog needed a muzzle which surprisingly they didn’t have. I was annoyed at first as my dog was well over due for a grooming session and but I understood it was for safety reasons. On the reschedule date just a couple days later, drop off was smooth and the communication was great as they called me to make sure certain things were okay to do. After picking up my dog I was happy with the result and I would def bring him back again. This is now my go-to groomer, super friendly and great service.

Mike not only took my Xl breed dog in last minute but he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with the process. My Saint Pearl was a happy pup upon me entering. Great point program he has, and for all of his experience just starting a solo biz…it’s worth the chance! Here’s a before & after pic!! You won’t be disappointed. Prices are reasonable too!

I swear Mike is the Springfield dog whisperer. He took great care of our two dogs. He was able to trim their nails, which one of my dogs was scared and defensive when other people cut his nails. When I arrived after the grooming was complete, I loved the way they looked. I'm looking forward to Mike taking care of my dogs and making them beautiful!

Mike was great with my cavapoo. She has curly hair and got matted pretty quickly, he did a great job with her and was super kind. He also provided information on maintaining her coat. Definitely recommend 👍🏼

We brought our Roxy girl to Mike today for the first time. Roxy is a 3 yr old German Shepard who is very protective, doesn’t usually care for anyone she doesn’t know and can be hard to handle at times. It took her a few minutes to warm up and calm down and didn’t really want us to leave but Mike did great with her and was very patient!! He did a fantastic job on her bath and she looks so much cleaner! We will 100% be going back and would highly recommend him to anyone, Roxy usually only lets one girl wash her but she isn’t around anymore, I am so happy we found someone who can build a bond with Roxy so we can have many more baths done!! Thank you Mike!

Mike did a great job grooming our maltipoo and havanese! They were both very matted and he managed to keep a good amount of their fur while still cleaning them up. Mike is very friendly as well! Highly recommend.

I was turned down by Petsmart, because my dogs hair was too matted. I called Mike, he was able to groom my dog on the same day, twice as fast and with much better quality. Great price and professional work.I will never go to Petsmart again. Thank you Mike!
