Fantastic store.Jasper has gone above and beyond to help me get a tank going from scratch. They repeatedly told me to shop at other stores that would have a better deal for specific items. At every point they have provided perfect service and help with all my needs.Amazing store. I see why it has such a loyal following. They also have some really nice fish at great prices.

Cool store but I don’t feel comfortable bringing my family to this location. It is in a very very dangerous location in springfield. I had went to shop there this week and was stoped walking in by a local somebody pan handling outside the door with a bottle of vodka, this frightened my young daughter and she was scared we were going to get robbed or attacked. We didn’t end up buying anything as the salesman did not greet us or show any interest in making any sales. Very unfortunate example of business, I hope it soon improves but until then my family and the local aquarium club I belong to will not be giving business to this location.

Great owner and great place. We struggled to get our 10 gallon tank going but after a few weeks of assisting from this place it is looking really nice. I highly recommend for anyone trying to get a fish tank started!

I come here for most my stuff and fish. Extremely helpful and kind and don't try to oversell you. Jasper helped me figure out how to set up and pair my 29 gallon and his fish are happy and healthy. I recommend going here especially for interesting and even strange fish

It's a great aquarium store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are the best I've seen. It's a small space that packs a big punch. I'll definitely be back when ever I'm in the area

This store definitely have a nice selection of fish. However the majority are sick. After spending a few minutes in there, I saw everything from ick, to ammonia burn.I ended up buying 2 fish just to try them out and they both died shortly after.This store DOES not have a warranty on fish so is more of buy a fish and pray it makes it.

Great Shop! The owner was friendly and knowledgeable. There was a nice selection of livestock and plants, very clean and well organized. I bet you see some fish here you've never seen in a store before. I enjoyed looking at the puffers and discus, and I went home with some nice guppies and plants. I'll be back soon, I hope.

This place has officially become my dad and I's favorite place to go to for our fish needs now! The place is clean and the customer service is always on point every single time we visit. The staff that work there are very knowledgeable and give their honest recommendations. They are always restocking their fish and other exotic aquatic animals so sometimes we like to go just to look around. We've bought a few fish from them already and they are all very healthy and active! Their prices are also very fair compared to other places I've been to. I am very happy we found this place and I recommend this place to all my family and friends.

I came all the way from NYC to see their shop and the fish they had there were much nicer then I expected! Not to mention the quality and rarity of fish stock that they have but also unbeatable prices for the quality! You really can't go wrong coming to visit or buying from them. Highly recommend Imperial Aquatics for anyone getting into the hobby or advanced hobbyist. This place is way better than any other pet shop nearby by so much.

Of course we know you guys close at five that’s why we tried to rush there 20 mins before closing. The staff that didn’t care for our entrance started to sound like a broken record after only a few mins.“Just to give you fair warning the shop is closing in 10 mins”“If you have question I suggest you ask it now so there is enough time before we close”Nope. Not really interested in buying anything after hearing that.

Quality fish store, I have traveled far and wide throughout New England for tropical fish stores and by far this place blows all of them out the water. Odd balls, monster fish, community fish and nano fish of all sorts you name it. They can basically get in any fish you want. Very good customer service, and they know their stuff. Would definitely come again, my fish are healthy and thriving.

If you’re looking for a VERY different fish store other than any normal pet smart/pet-co, then this is YOUR go to. Very great In price point, lots of diverse and different types of fish. I recommend this place for anyone who loves fish! I bought $50 worth of fish from there and I don’t regret a thing!

This place is my fish heaven!!! Owner is incredibly knowledgeable, and was genuinely eager to answer the 5 million questions I had - including the questions I asked on Instagram after I left the store. He helped me set up a beautiful nano tank, as well as helped me extensively to transition my 20 & 35 gallon tanks to planted tanks. Prices are amazing, and there are so many deals! They offer a WIDE variety of fish, from beginner level to rare oddballs. I will literally never go to another fish store again, I love you imperial aquatics 🐠❤️

Stopped in today to check it out. Mainly interested in shrimp and the high quality bettas. The bettas didn't disappoint. Gorgeous quality and they look healthy. Can't wait to go back in a few weeks when they get the shrimp in. It will be a gorgeous shop when fully set up

Very helpful staff. I know nothing about fish and this guy made sure I got the right fish in the right numbers for the tank I have. Plants, gravel, the whole thing. Even told me why so I understood. Definitely will go back.

Great selection of fish and dry goods even with the pandemic going around. I was able to pick up an albino cory cat here to add to my school of corys and he's doing fantastic. They also have a great collection of high quality betta fish that I saw (my favorite)- I will definitely be back to pick one up!

Great Place to get some beautiful aquarium fish. They carry a good selection of fish including fish that you won't normally find at the big chain pet stores. Definitely a good place to check out for the aquarium fish enthusiast. I also want to add that they carry both Freshwater and Saltwater fish and supplies. Check them out.
