This dollar tree is managed so poorly.Yesterday morning I went to the family dollar store, and a lot of items were out of place and barely organized then all of sudden I heard the manager and the customer arguing, it got out of hand to the point where the customer called the cops on the manager. The manager from that dollar tree is very problematic, and apparently that isn't her first time being very disrespectful to customers AND her coworkers. If HR doesn't take care of this situation this family dollar will never be maintained properly and that brings down business!!

This is the worse Family Dollar I've been in the 25 years I'm living in Springfield,very unorganized,very unprofessional staff (workers)And now it's been 2 months without card machines they should close this location

I walk in there today try to get something to drink but unfortunately their service is awful because I had a medical bag and they told me leave it up in the front they're not responsible for my medical supplies I don't see no note or any notation about not bringing a medical bag inside their store please for the love of God do not go to this store location rude and awful people that work there 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎👎👎

One thing that gets me uncomefatable is when you see employees smoking marijuana at the front door of the entrance. Yeah it legal but there's people that don't smoke the marijuana trash . Instead of creating a family environment they created a geto one. Never again will I go to this store again 🚭🚭🚭🚭👎👎👎👎

This store is always out of service I went there and bought many items and they told me we only accept cash because the system is down! !!😡And this didn't happen once . but countless times .

Worse store I have ever walked into. Just the parking alot alone is disgusting and trash everywhere. Walk inside and you have boxes in every singe aisle covering all the shelves! How can you buy anything when shelves are either empty or blocked by boxes and totes! I have never seen a store with so much unopened merchandise through the aisle blocking aisles and its such a hazard walking through the store. Place is totally disgusting and so unsafe. You have people coming in robbing the place infront of you and drug activities everywhere. Not safe

It's a new experience for this neighborhood to have a Family Dollar around here. They are doing a great job running it. It's quite new so they haven't much to improve. I like the way the store spruced up the front of the store...looks elegant.

I don't know what to say about the Family Dollar store on north main street. There's always garbage scared in front of store.Can someone clean it?Also expect to find emptied shelves. Shame on them.

Store is always cluttered with unstocked merchandise still in boxes,not enough cachiers,and a couple of them are VERY unfriendly..like they do not want to be bothered. I gave store 3 stars only because we needed a Family Dollar in this neighborhood..

Store looks dirty & there was a spilled that looked liked it’s been there for a while..i told one of the female associates & she proceeded to tell me that they just cleaned it,but obvious it looked like noone had cleaned in a while..not to mention as i was leaving the aisle i heard them laughing & clearly it was at me..rude 😡

They usually have everything I need which is good, but I feel like they don't care about their store appearance at all and the safety of their customers they always have open and unopened merchandise laying around in the aisles, which it becomes a nuisance and a hazard
