I had been having a really bad day yesterday and I woke up today saying that it was gonna be a better day. Shall I mostly dawn down to the Family Dollar over here and me not having much money, II had to get my little kitten that I just got a couple days ago a litter box. Some food and I want to get a matoid. Well, I wasn't dollars, something short and the manager. I believe he was a manager just now. It happened. The kindness out of his heart, I told him i'd be back for the food because they didn't have a quick enough and you turned around and told me to go ahead and have a very good day, and just that alone made me feel like today was gonna be the best day ever cause someone actually. Was good to me. I've been having it so rough this past few days and everything's been going wrong and for me not to be a honey, even get my cat. A litter box and food cause I'm kind of hurting for money. I had fourteen dollars and this Gentlemen, kindly went ahead and made sure that I didn't go without capital. So he just really made my day, I just wanted to give AAA rating which was totally all 5 stars, and a review cause that man was very sweet and I believe I'm gonna have a better day today. Thank you family dollar for hiring such great employees

This store is decent, the only problem for me is that there is never any shopping carts and barely enough shopping baskets to carry your groceries with. I have to carry around two baskets full of groceries because there are no shopping carts and it was way too heavy. I also had to wait for a basket because there are not enough. I have never seen a store that literally only has one or two shopping carts that are always taken and a few shopping baskets. It makes my shopping very difficult and I could not get everything I wanted because I could not carry it all. Hopefully they can fix this because it's really inconvenient and makes shopping more difficult than it needs to be, especially for people with disabilities.

Some of the staff is nice. Very few actually. This rude lady acted mad sarcastic and made a show, towards my sister, just because she was trying to look at something near the cash register. Block the whole area there if u don't want people there. Saves any of you from being petty. Take a suggestion. I was tired from 3rd shift, I defended my sister a bit upset, does not give the cashier lady the right to act sarcastic and throw my items out of the basket with an attitude. Mostly everyone treats the customers like thiefs. They treated my mom awful. The customer service there sucks. At my job, I keep my cool, even when our patients literately throw us bottles of urine. Work on ur attitude and pardon my tired outburst. Ur supposed to ignore that and keep it moving.

Poor customer service. Associates walk around the store and look at the line while one waits for someone to show them how to use the cash register. Better of going outside of Springfield if you want decent service.

The manager, Sori, is a great guy. His staff respects and listens to him, as he does in return . Keep this man

Brought my e.s.a dog in with me asked nicely not to pet dog is in work at all time they began to rudely talk in Spanish which i understand perfectly fine. Cashier use alot profanity.

This the raggedyest store ever...they don't answer the phone the shelves are always empty..they don't give out change or cash back

Very inconsistent with the service. Good prices but staff isn't friendly and usually long lines. Staff is very unprofessional as well.

Everything is a mess.Workers sitting down not attending any customers. And when you ask them for something, they give you bad attitude and sarcasm. Smh
