Once I figured out how the store was organized, I found what I wanted. Well, I found the store version, but they are very good cough drops. Nice staff, relatively clean and usually has what I want. I got some nice shirts and a scarf marked down too!

The store seems to be undergoing a complete decorative revamping - there were several "contractor handymen" working in the various details.As such, the store is temporarily in pretty deep disarray.Until I went to the register to pay for the baking pan I'd stopped in for, I hadn't noticed the handwritten "cash only" sign.Since I rarely carry cash, I was planning to use my debit card. However neither that or paying by check was an option; the head cashier said it had been about a year since she last accepted written a check. She couldn't remember how to put it through!The two staff people at the register were both professional, friendly and very apologetic.Meanwhile, one of the contractors stepped forward and insisted on paying for the item. It was $5 + plus tax, of which I had $2 of my own (I rarely carry much cash). The kind man wouldn't even accept the $2 or the change from his money. I also asked his phone number so I could reimburse him, which he also declined.Had this not happened, I simply would've gone to the Wal-Mart nearby, but his generosity saved me a trip. There are still good people in the world. That made my day!

I stopped in there to get a couple things. while shopping, I seen white zip ties with no price. I grabbed 1 package of 8 and went to both self-scan price kiosk provided. Neither of them recognize the product prob. because the SKU (barcode) had never been entered into the system. Seeing they weren't ever entered into the system, I asked if I could buy that small package for a dollar and/It three packages for $3.00... the manager would not meet me on common ground at ALL!$3 is the price take it or leave it...(Manager)... Needless to say, I did not purchase! I went on their website and seen a case of #36 for $36.00. He should have had no issue selling that unit for $1.00 to me considering the name is 'FAMILY DOLLAR'then correcting the issue after I left. After all, it's his job to keep track of inventory, not mine!

Management need to do a better job. Store is untidy, employees unprofessional and need better customer service training. Do not like going to any Family Dollar store. They all seem to Lack training, cleanliness and organization...Poor Management!!!

I used to love this store, close, convenient, friendly staff. However, lately the smell of either a cleaner or an air freshener you are using is so overwhelmingly strong that I have to say I can no longer shop here.

It smells like feet in the store and I had told them some of there sugar cookies were molded and they didn’t do nothing about it.

F dollar sign! This Place is your usual hood store. Hood workers and hood customers. I only shop here on a emergency. About every time i come here someone is stealing some random items. Lol
