Great customer service, however check your receipts when using coupons because for some reason this location coupons do not always work. Even if it’s advertised in store their computers do not recognize it. For example the swifter wet mop refills coupon ($2 off) did not load yesterday and the manager could not figure out why even though they advertised it in store and online.

Family Dollars are an appreciated addition to the community. They have a wide and affordable selection of most things people really need on an everyday basis. The staff is rather attentive to their tasks and the inventory is often well stocked and shelved. The store is tech savvy and allows for pay using cards and your phone. Would be nice if they added a self check out, and stocked more organic food options.

Update to 2nd review:The outside parking lot has seen much improvement since my last review.(I couldn’t believe the dirty diapers)The staff is great, the inside is always clean and prices are competitive.My stars go up again.PLEASE, summer is coming, don’t let the parking lot trash overflow.____________________________________________________________________________________Update to 1st review:OMG how things have changed here in the hood.I've never seen so much trash at any business in all my life. Every single garbage can seriously overflowing, SO much garbage/trash all over the parking lot and gathered along the curbs and the fence, stuck inside ALL the shrubs and all over the grass..WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED HERE???Down to 2 stars instead of ZERO, from 5 because the staff is so friendly and helpful.___________________________________I went in here last night, my third visit since opening a couple days ago. It’s very new so it’s still very clean and organized.They have recorded voice that comes over the intercom inside and out, saying that everything is being recorded and is on video, that’s great because it’s a high crime neighborhood, and you can hear it loud and clear from the parking lot. Hopefully it won’t turn into a Meeting place for local dealings.I hope the cameras extend a little further backwards in the parking lot, the police are always asking anyone in the neighborhood with cameras to register to help deter crime.The cashier I had last night was a Hispanic girl, great attitude, very cheerful and friendly. We actually laughed about stuff, unlike some of the other places you go where they don’t even smile.Because it’s located in my neighborhood, it’ll become a frequent quick stop-to-shop place for me, so long is it doesn’t turn ghetto.

I come here quite often I usually can find everything that I'm looking for. And the staff is very helpful when asking for products that they may have they will help you find it.

No carriage and I went to do a large grocery shop but turned around and left. Your loss of business because of no carriage available. Not the first time this has happened as well.

The parking lot is filled with glass, the aisles not stocked but plenty of help standing around. 2 girls behind register talking to some guy hanging around took cashier 3 minutes too notice me handing her money!!!

Best one I've been in. Clean very neat you can find everything but it's very new place Saturday is grand opening. Its a convenient place where I will go if it stays clean.
