I have choose to not go back to this store again.I waited in line for quite a while today.There were a lot of customers lined up.One male cashier dealing with more than twelve customers is ridiculous.He was very fast and efficient.but when there's that many you can't keep up.He was calling for help.they finally showed up first girl went rear cash register,she called for next person in line,so someone goes to there,then another girl comes,the guy in front of me said he was going to wait for the first register.He was the only one ahead of me at that point.So I went to the newest cashier located right behind me and proceeded to put my items on the counter,and I was told to remove my items as I had not been in the line.i told her I was the next person in line, at that point she said I quess I have to wait on you.I know you were not in line though.So I had bought ice cream and so I left.went home and went back after I left it in the freezer. I talked to the manager.I believe it was very rude and racist towards me.i will never go in that store again they have lost my business.

Well. I am a little mad. Because they don't let me go in with a backpack 🎒. Because they think I'm going to steal or rob. But they don't know that everything I buy there. I put it inside my backpack 🎒 after I pay for it. Because I have to walk. And I don't drive a car.

Staff is racist. They try to restrict how much you buy, but my white fiance has no issues buying how much she wants. Yes, the devil in sheep's clothing. The staff are black, but treat white customers differently...the privileged.

If i could i would rate zero stars. I purchased some things only to not get my change. Then the manager had me wait 10 minutes for her to check the cameras to tell me what i knew. To top it off i still didn't get my right change and im calling to let them know their error and getting no answer. I will never go back to this particular family dollar ever. Horrible service.

This Store is always a mess, unorganized and there employees give extremly poor customer Service. Today i was with my daughter buying some things at this establishment when the store manager and his male cashier procedeed to talk inapropiate things about as i turned around to walk out the store. Employees never greet you nor they never know where things are in their own work place

I had an awful experience at family dollar after waiting 15minutes for a manager for a simple return I had to go find her once I did she was very rude she oopened the package an airlock deodorizer dispenser said the can was half full it was not I was returning it the way it was bought I was told that I couldn't return it because I had waited to long it was bought june 18th today is the 24th there is a 30 day policy mind you so because she was to lazy to do my return...or whatever the case may be I am stuck with something that I that I neither want not need. Needless to say I will no longer be spending my $ at family dollar I go there on a weekly basis mind you. Never again

I tried family Dollar on State Street again and they're just as bad as ever- a mess, prices are not clearly marked, one person at the checkout counter. I feel bad for the employees

My experience in your store was neutral the place is empty accept for a few people, but your staff was busy it being the end of the month stocking shelves employee everywhere but none offered us any assistance and there was stuff all over the floor it made the place seem crowded and unkept me uncomfortable so I was only in there for about 15 minutes

Slow service. Everytime im there there is only 1 person on the register. And a line stretching around the corner. Spend at least 7 min in line everytime and employees dont evwn know the correct prices

Very unsettling to go there, coustumers arguing with staff and staff looking over custumers thinking to catch someone stilling like everyone stills there... Everything is out of place and very unorganized.
