I adopted two long hair Chihuahuas a couple months ago. I had to find a groomer. I'm so happy with Amber and Dutchess Pawsome! My fur babies look beautiful. She's so sweet and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Great communication. Clean shop. Wonderful experience! I would definitely recommend Amber. Before and after photos.

I have brought my two dogs to Amber for years. She is kind, patient, and honest. I can have a bratty dog and she always knows how to handle her (even when past groomers couldn’t). She is convenient and always flexible if my needs change with scheduling; especially with two dogs! I love her honest feedback on how the dogs behaved & how excited she is to see them when we arrive. She truly treats your pets like they are her own which is always a great feeling. Both my dogs love when we pull up to her establishment, it’s like they know it’s a spa day. I am truly grateful for Amber; her expertise, kindness, big heart & her trade.

I've had great experiences here! I've brought my cats to Dutchess Pawsome Parlor twice now to be groomed (after messy car rides—I'll leave that imagery up to you). The team always goes above and beyond in affordable care and has been reassuring, gentle, and amazing throughout the whole process. They're so empathetic and thoughtful about the animals they groom, and very responsive to the needs of the owner. Would definitely recommend and will return again!

Best out of home pet grooming service I've ever experienced. Amber is truly special and the sweetest. She takes care of her animals and loves them as her own which is very important. She is genuine her space is clean and she is very laid back and great to work with.

Absolutely love how gentle Amber was with my Maltipoo and his super sensitive skin she was very gentle and knowledgeable with guidance towards which is the best products to use for him. Never had such a positive experience at the groomer where he now actually enjoys going to see her! Great experience for a first time groomer visit for my husky, it takes a lot of patience when it comes to huskies and I'm glad I didn't have to deal with all the hair this time 😂 Awesome small business.
