This dollar tree is a sad, sad story. This store looks like it's been ransacked by looters. While I was there I observed a white Hispanic walking away with hidden items,and no one confronted him.I then asked the employees if they had some kind of security,and she said nope . I then told her what had happened, and she said theirs nothing she could do. 😱😡 What's America's come to this days..

I went here on Wednesday, September 20th. And they're closed, and there's no sign out, there's no nothing. This dollar store is bootleg if anybody comes in here. Good luck because they only have one register

Good place to shop. Need more cashier's. Sometimes long lines. Today I ask for another cashier and I got attitude from the female working their. I think that if the line starts getting long call for another till line goes. It's their job. She needs to know that attitude looses customers. Sorry but this is true.

Employees are very kind, they do their best to find what you need; or tell you when it is expected in. They are constantly working the floor and keep upbeat when some customers have no respect for them being humans and legally and humanly need to take a break. The parking lot is awful and needs to be paved, but thats more a property management issue.

Dollar tree on state st in Springfield mass hasn't been opened in 3 days what is the problem the. Even called the police on a few of us they were just fooling around in the store there was about 8 ppl in the store doing nothing

There is this new lady in the store kicking people out if u dont have a mask claimind is the law and As Far As I Understand Store need to provide mask for costomers and that is the law for example wallmart they do have mask for everyone my advice “dont go to dollar tree in state st Springfield mass customer service sucks

As of Monday 2/12/18 this is a store were the normal accessories for the house can be found at a affordable price. Compare to the other dollar tree stores I shopped at in Springfield; I would say this one is my favorite. Why 4 stars? Just needed more a tad bit more variety.

Stores always messy if your in a rush dont bother because it will take you forever to find anything. Nothings ever where its suppose to be. Customer service is ok I prefer the Dollar Tree on Allen street its always organized and great customer service. This State Street Store Location needs alot of work.

Pay attention to shop before high volume days like the 1st and 15th, Fridays, and just before holidays and storms to be able to get the food you want, otherwise the essentials are sold out. Best time to get frozen food and dairy is Tuesday. Otherwise their stock is light but they are not a grocery but for the community at large without a car and low income it's treated like one.

They have been closed for like 2 weeks you know which is not good especially for people who don't have cars and walk down there to see people in there you know sweeping and mopping and doing this and that but then you see a handwritten sign that says we are closed until further notice and then when you ask somebody you see like if you know when they're going to be open or whatever they ignore you like if you were talking to the wall I would give zero Stars if I could which is completely unacceptable because this is my favorite store

(It really deserves a no star) Besides the fact that this store is always a mess.and hardly have anything. The other day my elderly mother went in there to purchase some few things just a few days before her birthday, and asked if she may use the bathroom and they told her it was out of order. I went there 3 months ago and it is STILL out of order?! The store is probably still a mess😳.. So where do the staff go to relieve themselves?? Actually I only went in for a happy birthday balloon soon as I walked in they showed me where they were and already had the one I needed inflated so I got in line and bought it for $1 I love this place

They had alot of great holiday stuff. And actually more than the other dollar trees. Only at night though there was one panhandler. People if your going to go there dont give the pan handlers money. Instead give them food. This area they will end up buying drugs. Have better judgement on 🎄. However this place is good to go to after going to the dentist or before.

Staff was great, very helpful and offered to go out of their way to see we got what we were looking for.Huge assortment of various items like cleaning supplies, toiletries, snacks, dishware Etc.This location has a refrigerator/freezer section and the food keeps flying off the shelf
