Took my cat Poe in to get groomed. They did an amazing job. I never knew I had to get my cat periodically groomed with the changing of the seasons so he wouldn't get matted. The pricing was awesome and they got back to me so quickly go make an appointment. They brushed out so much hair and he came back looking so handsome and happy! He is glowing and his temperament is so much better now. Can't wait to bring my other cat and pup here!

The groomer is a magician! She transformed my beautiful Sheltie Mix into a short haired collie (🤬) FYI, she admittedly doesn’t like dogs and doesn’t own one. That should have clued me in right there. 😣

I wanna preface this by saying I don't typically leave reviews at all unless to troll however,My cat was getting natted bad, first time ever having a long haired one, long story short every groomer In Springfield Including professional named company's labled my meatball of a cat as aggressive ,which in no way shape or form is the truth. This made me anxious to bring him anywhere. I stumbled on this beautiful soul as I was desperately trying to find anyone willing to trim him. I called and explained my story and she said no worries. Brought him in and she managed to do the trim, which he looks absolutely radiant now even managed to get him washed and his nails clipped which I never thought would even be possible to perform. When she says she had experience with cats and grooming them she truly means that's she has a beautiful gift of calming cats cus I forsure was not calm and on the line of an anxiety attack the entire time being a first time cat parent. She's extremely educated on cats and really explained to me all the proper ways to care for my longhaired baby.If I could give a million stars for this I would truly truly would. Would highly recommend anyone and will recommend her services to anyone that has an "aggressive cat" a chunky cat and every cat in-between.Also the shop cat is definitely the second best employee there

I was told by another supposably groomer that my dog needed special handling cuz he bites & let me tell you. When I brought him to Dee's not once did he bite anyone or the other dogs there. I highly recommend Dee's. Fast service & decent price & great people. I was able to be there with my fur baby. Which was less stressful for him.

I’ve been taking my dogs to Dee’s for 20 years. I love her, I love her, I love her. She went out of her way to identify things on my dogs that I did not bring to her attention. She is very professional and goes well and beyond to make sure that my dogs are well cared for. People making negative comments about her business must not know her well.

The shop has existed for a long time and always had good service. The shops owner is also a groomer and she's really good. The other groomers do a good job as well, and the animals are treated well while there. Full disclosure: I know the family that runs it, and I've also worked there in the past. So I know quite well how she runs the shop and what she expects of her employees, And thereby the type of service you would receive. Pracing is about average for this type of service, depending on the size of the pet. They also wash and groom cats.

Ladies and Gents, you know when you find the perfect stylist, and you feel comfortable sitting in the chair, letting the stylist style and take excellent care of you….. Well Dee’s Grooming did that for Benji & Layla! We will never ever go back to Petco for grooming!

This place is awesome. We started bringing my dog Roo here after he came back from a big box groomer with a mystery dog bite on his stomach that they never mentioned to us. I was really hesitant to get him groomed for a while after that. We found Dee’s though and it’s been great! Good prices, a caring staff, and people I can trust who do a great job and clearly take pride in their work. He comes back with the cutest cuts. I’m really happy we found Dee’s and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer.

Loved their service. They booked my Oddie in within 2 days notice. They were good to him & trained me on brushing him. They also found an ear infection & let me know so that I could take him to the vet. Definately recommend this place & will continue to take my puppy there.

If I could give them no stars I would. There is nothing professional about these people (I would call them animals but that would be insulting to all of our pets). After aggressively man handling our 15 year old dog the woman said he should be put down soon. I'm sorry but I don't go up to you and tell you that your grandmother should be put down. These people have no sense of what it means to take care of a family member. Stay away from here if you love your dog.

Dee's is a great family/pet orientated place for your pet to get groomed. The staff are very friendly they also wear facemask. Also, they mandate customers to wear mask or customers aren't able to enter.👏👏
