I wish I could leave 1/4 star, I was abruptly greeted by hobos and junkies upon arrival, security wasn't present or any form of a controlled environment, the experience inside said establishment wasn't any better, the cashier was rude and very short upon checking out my items, for future reference I'll make it case and point never to return to this particular CVS, I prefer to be treated as a human being. STAY CLEAR OF THIS CVS.

Edward and the other men working were WONDERFUL- they were all so helpful and available!! I was very pleased. Very polite guys!! I will go there again! Plus the store had everything I needed, as with other CVS stores that don't.

The pharmacy absolutely sucks they hade me on hold for over an hour and then hung up on me and had me on hold again for 30 minutes what in earth is wrong with them!!!! Worst pharmacy ever!!

I just sat on hold for 40 minutes and 15 seconds. Just wanted to know if they had my script in inventory as there is a backup and Walgreens can't seem to get it. 40 minutes. Finally hung up. That right there my friends, is the story of my life.

Very understaffed. I’ve been waiting THREE DAYS for my medication. I call and they tell me it’s coming, I call and ask for my prescription status a second time and then someone says they just started making it, and the third time I called the guy asked if I REALLY needed the medicine!! The nerve!!! I still don’t have my medication, and walgreens can’t get through to this awful place to help me either. DO NOT SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE!!!

CVS is a nightmare. My husband is constantly getting calls from patients having trouble filling their prescriptions here for really basic things because the techs don't read the full instructions. I can see why he hates CVS in general because I had the same issues at another location with my seizure medication. And, if you can only pick up a small amount of an expensive one or if your dr prescribes a change, forget it, they only fill what's "recommended by insurance," which often contradicts what the patient actually needs. Talk about nuts. Then time wasted with verifications and I'm not even referring to controlled medications. I'd hate to see what drama a controlled medication might cause. As far as a store itself it's ok but EVERYTHING is locked up behind plastic. So forget about comparison shopping for anything with a price tag over $5 as a clerk is required for almost everything you need to buy. There's always an armed guard there which is good but makes me question the safety of the location in general. Coupons work about 60% of the time. The store staff is nice enough tho and it's open 24 hours to shop, albeit with the assistance of clerks to unlock your selections from behind plastic. They never have good selections of holiday sets tho probably due to the theft rate here, I have to travel to FL to shop decent deals that time of year.

Very bad and rude cashier!I asked to go to the bathroom and one of the attendants said I should ask the cashier for the code, when I asked, the girl was pretty rude to me, she started to make such a drama (She was probably upset with the attendant, the client has nothing to do with this tho). She went over me offending me for nothing, I’m a customer of cvs but I’m done with their employees treatment, that’s not the first time..A lot of people is looking for job and this is someone who should have her position given to someone else. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

I want to thank CVS employee, Julius. From the minute I enter CVS he’s friendly and welcoming. Eager to help and knowledgeable on products. During these difficult times of Covid-19, Julius is frontline. Protecting himself and our community by wearing a mask and following safety guidelines. This place is always insanely busy but never have the staff to handle the volume or scripts and phone calls. My average wait is always over 15 mins. The head pharmacist is a super nice guy but most of the staff is aloof or in a rotten mood. Changing all my scripts to Walgreens. I’ve had enough of them either not having my prescription or having to wait hours to have it filled from when it was sent over from the Doc office. GET MORE STAFF CVS! Get it together

CVS is an excellent store, many deals every week, all in stock wen u go to get, store help are awsome (friendly,knowlegable, will let u know if u have xtra bucs or coupons ) ya store section Top NotchNow the Pharmacy Section thats whole nother ball of wax, past 2yrs wait times getting longer and longer, (and they have plenty of help) but wen wait time goes from 15 mins to 2-3 hrs ,somthing wrong with their proccess, me,, i think takeing on way too many new customers without concern for inconveinace it causes Bottom line looks great,lol so i think time for Pharmacy Consultant

Have same prescription filled every week and every week they put it on hold so every week I have to wait in line to pick up then wait in line to speak to someone then wait a minimum of 20 minutes for them to recheck the prescription. EVERY WEEK IT'S A DIFFERENT ISSUE. I strongly recommend not using CVS for anything unless you have time and energy to waste

There have been a couple times now this location has turned away a prescription after receiving it and, not only should these issues have been caught and dealt with during the drop off, but also a remedy existed the whole time that didn’t require me driving back to the md for a brand new script, yet they turn you away with no solution regardless. Several times I’ve felt like have had the run around with this location, yet when I visit other stores there seems to be no issue at all. All it would have taken would have been a phone call the the “provider”, or in other cases an override. Whatever the case, the staff here can be completely unhelpful at times.Thank you

This place is despicable! Never answers phone and the automated voice seems determined never to let u talk to the pharmacist. When I go to the store I watch the employees listen to the phone going (one pharmacy call: two pharmacy calls: twenty pharmacy calls) AND NO ONE PICKS UP THE ****ing PHONE! PICK UP THE ****ING PHONE! This has been going on for years so it’s not a staffing issue. It’s a lazy issue.

Called 4 times to see if there would be an interaction with a sleeping pill and medicine I was given today. If I waited for someone to answer my call, it would have been the morning and I wouldn’t need the sleeping pill. Ridiculous. Looks like I’ll need to google interactions. Fingers crossed its correct information.

The employees I am very unfriendly with the clients they are left with the cards of the medical plans ,to pass for several people to be able to recover the card. Doctors send the pharmacies the recipes and when one goes for the medicines there is to wait according to the employee they did not serve it because the plan does not cover them leaving without medication . the plan does not cover it but our pocket pay them. The recipes are not only a luxury but is necessary because one is sick, there are never staff who can attend to people who speak Spanish, send messages to elderly people who when they go for their medication do not have any having to return another day to pick them up, It is not fair and it seems to me a discrimination. The mannagers of cvs put litter more attention to the problems that are occurring exclusively in this pharmacy.

Walgreens is cheaper and this location changes their sales price on a whim, similar to the bait n switch scam. Ive been made to leave for fighting a price that was advertised.. I was told it was a mistake and that ppl f up as he was taking down the sale sticker, then i was escorted out by the same plain clothed employee.

Normally CVS is okay but this CVS is horrible. It's happened too many times at this location so I avoid this store. Walgreens across the street is much better. CVS stores in Chicopee and Ware are excellent.Must come down to the store manager; if they don't care, the whole store amplifies it.

4am... no one in store... I go in for Allegra D from pharmacy and 1 can of Redbull. I tried to take redbull to Pharmacy to pay for both. Clerk insinuated that I would try to steal the red bull and made me pay separate

After visiting a walk in clinic, I went to pick up my script for pneumonia, only to be sent away THREE times from this store. To make a long story short, my script was sent to 2 other stores, none of which was at my request! Thankfully, the Longmeadow store on Bliss finally got it right. Next time I’ll visit a different 24 hour CVS after hours if needed. Certainly not this store.

Picked up a prescription and a few other items...the girl at the counter say "oh I'm really sorry, we don't have any bags" so I paid for my stuff then went and got a bag from the other registers...One would think someone would just get some bags

I really really hate this cvs okay, every month when i try to refill a prescription they don’t even answer the phone, i was sitting on the phone waiting for 15 minutes already like seriously i even did it through the app last month and i go in to pick it up and it wasn’t even ready. This is the most unprofessional and unreliable cvs i have ever been too. I am definitely gonna go somewhere else that is worth going too. I suggest everyone to choose a different location than this one because they won’t even answer your call and this isn’t just once in a while it’s everytime you call in they don’t answer, and then when you go in they aren’t even busy i went in and they just let the phone ring.

Went in on Christmas day 4 am.. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly !! Was buying last minute stocking gifts for a family member whos house caught fire and was very grateful for the customer service I received
