100% waste of money. Stopped to get carwash at night on way home. In morning noticed car looked exactly as dirty as it was. $16 to rinse my car...what a rip off. Roads were completely dry.

Well I would give it 5 starts. Unfortunately meadow road is under construction. Weekdays are impossible with all the trucks and cones in the way. Not good for Business!

My favorite car wash. I typically used the automatic car wash as I get the coupon books which is a great way to save some money in the long run. The staff are very friendly and I always have a great experience. I typically see the same guys when I go and they're always so friendly.

Always a quick and easy way to clean off the salt or pollen off your car. We get the multi wash passes by mail. Never had a bad experience here.

Trying to use the soap foam spray, barley sprays and not a steady stream at all. It forces you to spray your vehicle slowly and by the time you’re done 3/4 of your time is used and all the soap is dried on your vehicle. I tried to use a card to finish the rinse and it doesn’t read either of my cards. Have to walk over and grab more presidential dollars?? Would not return to this wash even for touchless. Just not worth it if they don’t maintain the regular spray wash, what else are they not maintaining?Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Our brand new truck went off the track halfway through the car wash 2 days ago and The left side of the 4 ton Ford Ranger vehicle was dented and scratched in multiple places.The management said that it was my fault for the accident. $5000 worth of damage and they accused me of causing it. I’ll never go there again and you shouldn’t either if you have a nice vehicle. They have zero respect for the customer versus the fault of their machinery. Don’t go there!

Staff was very nice, but I paid $18 for the best wash they can give, and my car is still full of dirt and dust. It literally just washed mh car with water for $18. If you go, id say do the self wash instead of the touch lessService: Auto detailing

Suuuuuckage. Couldn't use credit card to get coins, unclear instructions on dispensers, broken, beat up equipment. Bad experience

They do a great job here. At the start of the wash they have a couple guys work on your rims and lower car for though dirt. Same price as any other. The others just don't go that far...

I know this post will say 11 months ago. Today, March 1st, 2019, I go there again. This is the 3rd time in 11 months. Left with a dirty car, again. None of the wash bays won't read my card, again. So, 11 months was the last time they worked. Tired of doing bay roulette.

3/4 ton van running passenger running board hits carriage last few times going to spencer ernies. Never did that before and been going there for years. They must have replaced parts and needs adjustments. Plastic cap has big holes it it now. If you have a van with running boards don't go unless they fixed problem!!!

Very disappointed, Ernie was not on the premises. Towel machine didn't dispense the towel and then ate two of my quarters when it returned my money. Car and motorcycle always come out clean though so I guess that's what you go there for.

My first time getting a car wash in my new car and I decided to get the most expensive one which is $18 dollars. I read online before I went there to check prices and they advertise that if you aren't satisfied with your car afterwards they would fix it. I checked my car afterwards and found bird poop that was on there previously and white stains that were there as well. Very dissipointed.

It is definitely touchless! It did not wash 90% of my car. I also had strange marks on my car after the wash. I'm curious if anyone else did also.

Not the worst place for car washes, self serve seems too expensive for the time you get, the workers don't seem friendly but washes your car pretty well

For some reason everytime I go here, If I use my debit card regardless if it's a $2 dollar wash I get charged $18, I was just recently here and my wash said it was $11.50 and now my bank statement says I was charged $18Service: Auto detailing

It's a car wash that doesn't touch your car. They also have a ton of bays open for you to wash and vacuum your car as well. A great place to get that sort of this done.

After having problems with ernies in Auburn damaging my car.... I came here to vacuum a car i am trying to sell...... WORST WORST vacuum i have ever used... Grrrr.... Don't know why i bothered after the other problems in auburn
