Extremely difficult to write or bash a fellow medical professional when you are also a medical professional. The tone, demeanor and flat out sass that was verbally directed towards myself, when I simply was calling to ask a question regarding a medication status for a patient. Damien, is BEYOUND rude and unprofessional. When I expressed what the patient had stated, he started to laugh and state “I did not say anything to that nor why would I tell her she’s not a patient anymore with CVS” Damien would not give me his name and I ask it again for the 4th time during our conversation. He expressed that he told the patient to call the doctor’s office and get something else since her medication was on back order. Patient is not hard of hearing and is mentally competent, of what he told her. None of what he stated today was what he told patient yesterday. I was in the back seat during this pharmacy pick up. To speak to a patient who had witness with her in her vehicle who heard exactly what this man said is upsetting. Does he speak to all patients over 65 years this way? Or all the patients who come to this pharmacy. I hope that he should understand being an educated man that most medications people are on such as INHALERS for asthma is a NEED of a medication to help that person live daily without having an asthma related issues. Glad he finds it funny to laugh at a simply question and dismiss patient’s needs.

Here they have assembled the most useless, lame, inept group of incapable morons in a single building on this planet. The only other group close to them is not far away at the Spencer Post Office. Take the time, buy the gas, take the bus even but please find yourself another pharmacy, any pharmacy it will be worth it to save yourself the grief and aggravation they will inflect upon you for no extra charge.*** Take This Advice Strongly, You've Been Warned ***

had my prescription entered at 12:15. took me half hour to come back to spencer, spent 20 minutes in price chopper and STILL my prescription wasn't ready. will NEVER come to cvs pharmacy again

Something as simple as transferring prescriptions that have been in place for over a year should NOT be this difficult…. I had to walk the pharmacy tech through how to bill for it….she was nice at least

Brand new store, only down side is the entry/exit is tight, both use the same area on rt 31 south, area on rt 9 is enter only. Confusing signage when it intertwines with their drive through pickup.

Some staff at the pharmacy are very sweet and individually deserve 5 stars, others deserve 0. I had an incredibly difficult time getting my prescription mood stabilizer. My new psychiatrist put it under my middle name by accident, and the curly haired staff (didn't catch her name) was very unkind and rude. Shouldn't be a pharmacist. The whole situation was very stressful for me and I am thinking of switching pharmacies now, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt for now.

Extremely toxic staff. Unwilling to help. Rude. Unprofessional. I needed my Lipitor refilled. Dr prescribed 1 3 month refill. Pharmacist basically called me a liar. Mind you, all he had to do was say, “ I’m sorry , there obviously was an error, let me confirm with your PCP and I’ll get right on that” But no. Lord forbid you admit you made an error.

CVS is the worst pharmacy you can go to. Have the staff has no clue what they are doing! It has never been the same since Mario left .I only go there for convenience because I don't have a car,or I would definitely switch pharmacy. There is one girl that has worked there for years and she is awesome cant remember her name unfortunately but that girl needs a raise

If I was only reviewing the pharmacy, I'd have no complaints. The woman who did my young daughter's Covid vaccines was great, I wish I got her name. However, I do have complaints about the store itself. The aisles are very narrow, it's difficult to push a shopping cart down them without being in someone's way! The self checkout registers ALWAYS have problems, yet the employees cannot explain why this is & you generally do have to wait quite awhile for assistance, if you are using self checkout & have any issues. They usually seem understaffed also. Not my favorite CVS location. Prices aren't the greatest, but they do sometimes have decent sales & they do offer the extra bucks program, which gives you money saving coupons on items that you buy often.

Extremely Friendly service today by a Customer focused staff. I was terribly wrong on my appointment date and time, yet they were more than sincere in helping me out . All the staff members in the pharmacy were all accommodating while being attentive to others. Thank You again !

Kristina and Tabetha of the pharmacy, you rock!!! Not only did I go in on a Friday night, 8:30pm, they greeted me with a smile. I had a question about a prescription that I did not get filled and found out it was not covered under insurance. I needed it, so of course I asked them to fill it anyway! Less then ten minutes later it was filled and they surprised me with a coupon! I got my $60 prescription super cheap! They were so nice and sweet. This is the best CVS Ive ever been to! They also laughed and joked with me. Thank you ladies! You made my night!

Don't trust this pharmacy if you have prescriptions you HAVE to take daily. Every time I've gone there I have had an issue with an important med. "Not in stock", and a girl entering in the wrong med, telling me to pay out of pocket was double the price I had ever paid, realizing she entered the wrong med, then not entering the 3 refills that go with it causing the store to ultimately be "out of stock" again. I won't ever come here again. Not like the staff cares much; I am sure they will be happy with less to do.

I’m usually really patient and understanding. But the last few times I’ve been here the curly haired cashier has been ignoring customers. When she’s working you can guarantee you will be waiting a good 5-10 minutes before cashing out. And she will be super rude about it. What turned into a 2 minute run into getting a drink turned in to 15 minutes and me being 10 minutes late to work thanks.

I usually try to be considerate with others and their behavior in the stressful climate we live in, but Kerri (or Kerry, not sure how to spell it), was very rude to me. I accidentally selected cash back on a self check out that wasn’t accepting cash today (even though it ordinarily does and even has a sign above it saying cash or debit). I told the woman at the front counter what I did and apologized and she was very sweet, informing me that she’d have to get someone else to help. Then Kerri came up and very rudely told me “It says no cash on the screen,” to which I apologized once more. She then took the 30 seconds to resolve the problem and aggressively placed my money on the counter saying “Here’s your money.” I said thank you and walked out. I’m not sure if it’s because I am young and seemed like a stupid kid, but I work in customer service and even I know to never treat a customer (or person) like that. Again, I’d like to reiterate how sweet the lady at the front registers was about it. I didn’t catch her name but for the past few times I’ve gone in she’s been working there and extremely nice.

No bathroom, the pharmacists are very rude! Your job isn't very hard at ALL 😂One of The administrative pharmacist is definitely by far the worst I really believe he thinks he has a God complex of some sort 😂. He's a horrible man that makes up his on rules dismissing policy.

My son is prescribed a controlled substance class medication to help with his behavioral issues due to a mental disability. Every month I must call the dr to send the prescription and call the pharmacy to make sure it's in stock. Last month he had to go unmedicated because the script was sent to a pharmacy that didnt have it and it was a nightmare for him and I. Today I call the pharmacy for the refill and the man refused to tell me if it's in stock. This is after I've already been hung up on. He had me call my dr and he he dr call him just to find out. Mind you my sons been on this for 2 yrs and it's never been a problem! So frustrated!!

The male pharmacist ( worked on 10/15/19 at around 7pm) is extremely rude. I call quite frequently for work (verifying medications for patients) and he hung up right in my face. Learn some customer service if you want to work in healthcare.

I keep my birth control and probiotic, CVS network in case I am out and about being 20s. I have a spinal cord disease and injuries. My doctor s design my med plan to never bleed to reduce inflammation, and less injury to my spinal cord over time. but CVS thinks they know better than all 14 doctors and can't manage to fill them on time every time. I keep my pain meds, and immune meds else where, I would be in a wheelchair or dead if I left them at cvs. Finally order from pillpack. Done with the bs !

Some of the staff at the pharmacy are very kind and helpful but the rest of the staff here could be much better and kinder employees. Only 3 stars since this store really isn’t that great selection wise with items and aisles are so small and crowded and the pharmacy is a hit or miss depending on wait time.

I once got a really nasty burn on my hand from working at a pizza place. I came in and was unsure what type of burn medication I should use. The pharmacist himself came out and pointed me to a bunch of different options, not just the most expensive. Thanks to his time, I can barely see the scar left behind!

Every time I go here it's an issue. They tell you your script is ready and then you get there and it's not. Your doctor shows you proof they called something in and they claim they never got it.
