Extremely professional and knowledgeable place. The staff are fantastic and Marc is truly a great guy who knows his craft inside and out. Cannot recommend them enough. I would not bother going anywhere else. Marc helped me purchase my wedding bands as well as create my engagement ring. Made me feel very well taken care of and answered all my questions with such detail and time. Marc is great at making you feel like family and wanting truly the best for you. Cormier has been great, but we had an unpleasant experience with one particular staff member. She was very short with us, and made us feel very uncomfortable. We had put down a payment to hold some rings, as we weren’t ready to pay for them at that time. The wedding was several months away, but we were pleased with our choices and wanted to save them. So, we put a payment down to do so. When we returned 8 weeks later, we were told rudely that our conversation 8 weeks ago regarding discounted prices, and costs, was no longer eligible. Without any warning, discussion, or communication, we were belittled and made to feel bad for thinking we were still eligible for these promised costs, and what was written on our receipt. We were never for warned or given any idea to return sooner than we did. Otherwise, we would have! I feel the customer service and communication/ expectations was poor. Otherwise, other interactions have been pleasant, and this was our only concern.

My now husband surprised me and got my engagement ring at cormier's! I love my ring so much and I was so happy with the one he picked out! He said everyone was so helpful while picking one out, and he mostly worked with Jenny. When we went back to pick out wedding bands Jenny was so easy to talk to and work with. She is very friendly and everyone there would reach back out to us quickly if we had any questions. She helped me design my wedding band and think of different designs, and everyone there was just so friendly and helpful. If you're looking to buy jewelry I highly recommend supporting a small local business, because they were wonderful! And I couldn't be happier with our rings.

I bought a ring not from Cormier and I wanted to make I didn't get scammed. They were great and checked the ring for me. They were so helpful and friendly they even tighten one of the prongs that was loose. I will definitely be going back. I had the chance to browse around and they have an awesome selection of jewelry. I will recommend anyone to go to Cormier jewelers in Spencer for sales or service. And if anyone from the store reads this just know you have some good people working in your shop. Thank you again.

It’s too bad you can only leave five stars on this review because Cormier Jewelers deserves ten! I have routinely used Cormier for my jewelry needs and sizing and have always been pleased with my pieces when I get them back. Recently I purchased an intricate piece that would need to be sized and looked at carefully. Mark worked with me and knocked it out of the park! When he heard I had a wedding to go to the ring was sized perfectly, sparkling and ready to go in just a couple of hours. If that’s not wonderful customer service than I don’t know what is. Everyone I’ve spoken with at Cormier Jewelers has been professional and pleasant. Already looking forward to coming back for my next purchase!

The staff at Cormier Jewelers was very courteous and helpful while I was shopping there. I was buying gifts for my grandchildren and they helped me so much, did not rush me , and checked everything before the order was sent.The jeweler engraved them all perfectly and when I picked up the merchandise I checked them and then the staff offered to wrap them. I was gifted a diamond and needed to put it into a band. I wasn't completely sure of what I wanted. Jessica took the time to show me many different settings and to explain the benefits of a bezel vs. prongs. Wonderful experience, from start to finish. Open communication and quick responses to any questions. Jeweler is in the store, so your jewelry never leaves while being made or repaired. Another thing I enjoyed was the store has art and estate jewelry, lots of different jewelry. I won't be going anywhere else from now on. I absolutely love my ring!!

I can’t say enough nice things about Cormier! I have worked with them on both small jobs (engraving and resizing) and a big job ( redesigning a family ring that wasn’t my style into the new, custom wedding ring of my dreams from scratch). I found their prices to be very reasonable for all three jobs. Their staff is knowledgeable, patient and kind and they will make sure you’re happy with their work. I love my one-of-a-kind piece and it came out better than I could have imagined. A good reminder that you can only get that kind of customer service at a local business, and this is a great one. This is a family of professional jewelers. They perform repairs, can change jewelry from yellow to white to rose gold, and do re-setting right on the premises so that your precious heirlooms never leave the security of their building, and that meant so much to me, as most jewelers send their pieces out to have the work done elsewhere. Their personal integrity, value and competency are evident from the first encounter to the final transaction. A big shout out to Jenny, who catered to every requested detail and earned my complete trust in this experience. The repair and color change on one ring, and upgraded re-set of the other were not only done with precision and expertise, but well within my request for before Mother's Day. Excellence in communication and workmanship have impressed me beyond my expectations, and just a perfect experience has earned them this five-star review. Marc and everyone at Cormier Jewlers are wonderful people who truly care about their customers and the gems they hold near and dear. Marc has taken care of my jewelry needs for many years. He understands the strong sentimental bond of the few pieces I have of those no longer with me. Marc did an absolutely exceptional job, tirelessly searching for the perfect piece, to bond my husband’s wedding band with mine for what would have been our 25th wedding anniversary. I had asked about whether they had a particular ring in my size, but turned out they only had a smaller size of that ring available. However, the person who helped me was willing to size the ring to my fit, in a very timely fashion & only charged a small amount to do so. I was thrilled to have it in time for Christmas, as this was my gift & an engagement ring! After having worn the ring for a short while, I realised it was a bit big on my finger, so I asked whether it would be possible to have them measure my finger & again resize it. They were happy to do this & again only charged a small & reasonable amount. Unlike other jewelers I've dealt with in the past, these people are genuinely sincere & don't try to pressure customers into buying from them. But if you like what you see, they're more than helpful in informing you more of the piece that you are interested in. They know their stuff & have something for every price range! Wide selection with lots of variety, no matter what you're looking for. Gorgeous rings, earrings, bracelets & more! I highly recommend them, if you're looking for quality jewelry that has a variety of prices, not just extremely expensive...I would highly recommend shopping here. I know I'll definitely return to this business. They treat customers with respect & help you if you're looking for something specific within a certain price bracket.

They were able to repair a silver cross for me that has been in our family for many years. They did an amazing job on a very delicate item - couldn’t have been happier with the result. Great family run business with very personalized service. Also bought a beautiful Saint Florian medal from them for our firefighter son. Highly recommend.

“Outstanding” is the first word that comes to mind. My husband and I worked primarily with Jenny. Though when she wasn’t available the rest of the staff was so helpful.
