I had a 4:20 appointment for a covid shot. I never got a confirmation email or text. I called 9 times to talk to someone and each time I was disconnected. I show up for the appointment. It wasn't clear what to do or where to go. Pictures of directions. I had to wait 40 minutes. The shot hurt a lot and I am not afraid of shots. My husband had to wait 15minutes, at CVS, to make sure there weren't any side effects. Nope not here. Not impressed.

10/24/22, this past Monday evening I was there at Walgreens for my Covid booster and flu vaccine. Nina was the one who administered the shot for Covid and I didn't feel any pain. I hope she believed me, because I've had many shots in my lifetime and every one of those caused some pain. When I told her the Covid joke she had a smile that brightened my whole day. Mary was the one who had to give me the news about the flu shot, the vaccine was not in stock, but she gave me her best guess as to when it should be in stock, and her best smile. She made some quick inquiries, but no one new for sure. She apologized with her smile again. Today I went back to check on the flu vaccine, and as I passed through the door I heard Savannah say, "Good morning!" I quickly turned around to see who said that. Of course Savannah had a smile. Many thanks for all those smiles folks, I'll be back!!!!

Don't schedule a flu shot appt at this Walgreens! Two years in a row, I schedule a flu shot appt and they can never get me when scheduled. Last year and this year I had to walk out, because unable to assist me for 30 mins. I take time out to drive up and they act like I am inconvenience! Don't schedule vaccines if you cant do them when scheduled. Never will I go there again. CVS here I come! Sending over my prescriptions to another pharmacy now, which is hundreds of dollars every month!!

I come here regularly to drop off packages at the FedEx register. I also come here for basic needs like bandaids and eye drops. However their prices are higher compared to other stores. So I only come here when I need something in a pinch or they are the only ones that carry it. The store is clean and well stocked. They also have self check out, so it's worth a stop of you need something quick!

Rude assistant manager who talks to customers like her job is secured enough to do so. God forbid you ask her a question, which I thought was part of the job description, she acts like you're terrible for doing so and goes out of her way to make you feel stupid. This is at the Southwick, MA location and personally I think she really just hates her life if she takes a job in retail and can't handle someone paying at the register who asks for a price check simply on one item. I'm not one to take it up with the higher ups I just put people in their place kindly but if this happens again someone really should know who can give the job to someone who would appreciate it. Two stars just because they had what I needed in stock!

Didn’t have my common prescription in Stock. Had same drug in half doses. Pharmacist (mr busy) took fifteen minutes to scream at me for suggesting combining 2 equivalent doses. I’m retired nurse. This store is complete =€|<%#%£>>!!!!Find another place.

I've never been to this store but I don't think they deserve such low reviews based on the subjective and egotistical logical positionalities these other two gentlemen are whining about, I looked up a product on Google looking for places near me which may have it, and this store has an unfair 2 or 3 stars immediately causing a concern for people who see that if they ought to go there or not. Honestly, the whole review and star based system is a little hasty and unfair but I suppose you can't expect people to read every review and do away with the whole star thing. Maybe people should just go and see for themselves more often.

This team does not wear masks while working and depending on who you get, transactions are often rung up mask-less. It's concerning that someone dealing with sick patrons is willing to further create Covid concerns.

Dreadful pharmacy.Loses prescriptions. Other issues as well.I had to pay for another doctors consult in order to get a refill. The pharmacy should be investigated.
