Worst service I’ve ever had in my entire life. They need new staff

Store needs some work. It's not very stocked and has some clutter. However it's important to realize that they barely have Staff and no one seems to want to work here. I've applied but it doesn't seem fitting and doesn't pay aswell as surrounding stores. It is a good place to come when you need something in a pinch. But so is the dollar tree which family dollar is owned by.

Nice inexpensive store. Employees are very courtious, your greated upon entry. They offer to help you find stuff in the store. Store is very clean with lots of parking.

The Assistant Store Manager & associate working were most helpful. I wished I had their names so, they could have been addressed personally. They helped me with my smart coupons for laundry detergent. Above & beyond awesome customer service. 😊

Was at Family Dollar today. Did not know about downloading app and coupons. Found out by downloading the app I could save 20 bucks. The manager Kristofer had to do a complete return. He had to ring up all my items as returned and ring it up all over again. Took a while to do and appreciate all his effort. He was nothing but kind, pleasant and very helpful.

I have worked with this Company in years past.... I hae neer seen such a disorganized store as I did today in Southwick MA. I was extremely disappointed in this store although the young man who cashied me out was very pleasent, I may not go back again.

Typical family dollar. We went in for some school supplies. Expensive and not a lot to choose from. This is not the place for that type of stuff.The staff was okay.

ALOT of items are NOT priced. The employees wont let u know of any coupons. Also they do not know how coupons work. Management sucks.
