This CVS is fantastic! Always extremely well stocked, organized and having everything I need. More importantly, the staff is so wonderful. I never thought I’d write a review for a CVS but when you really receive above and beyond service, it makes it worth it! The store manager is really genuine and makes the store feel like a local store. He is happy to help with replacements and your bags if you need it. Really excellent customer service all around. Keep up the great work and thank you for being a great store in our community! Thank you!

Prescription refill was suppose to be ready on Saturday. Waited in line for 45 minutes only to be told it wouldn't be ready until Sunday. Called before coming out Sunday, was told it would be ready by 2. Then got a call saying they wouldn't be refilling it. The pharmacist literally said she "knows better than your doctor" and refused to fill it because she didn't like what it was prescribed for. Then said "too bad - I'm the boss" and hung up.Upon going into the store and pointing out state law requiring her to refill the doctor's prescription, she then said "your doctor doesn't know what he's talking about and I'm not filling it because I said so and if you don't leave I'm calling the cops".MA law requires she fill the doctor's prescription. Unfortunately she's decided that her politics take precedence over someone who actually knows what they're doing.She should be terminated and lose her license. Don't ever use this store.

Most polite and helpful customer service reps I've ever encountered!:) Thank you so much for your ongoing friendliness and attentiveness! My pharmacy for prescriptions is the Granby CVS, cos it's closer, but everything else-I come to my fave CVS, even though it's a longer drive:). I wanted to maybe make this location my go-to place for prescriptions but after reading reviews, I decided not to for now. It's sad to see how the pharmacy staff ruins it for the whole entire store:(.

We arrived in the CVS in Southwick, Massachusetts we entered the store no one was there about 8:15 we were late coming through we had hoped to pick up a prescription, we did not know Pharmacy was closed at eight, no problem with that but a employee named Diego. Came out from a back room and announced he was the only one there and was extremely rude and I called him on it he responded something under his breath. Both my husband and I heard it. Just bad attitude. This is the second time my husband encountered him. Very unpleasant experience. I had a return he handled ok. But certainly not a pleasant experience. I previously reported a woman at the pharmacy was rude to us, when asking a question about Testing. We had recently changed Pharmacies and wish we did not. This Pharmacy needs a general attitude adjustment when it comes to customer service.

The pharmacist that works there is wonderful. That being said some of the pharmacy techs are rude and insensitive. As a tech your job is not to judge a doctor's prescription. The thing that really had me was the day that this woman had the audacity to tell me that my doctor was irresponsible. I haven't reported her yet, as I'm thinking perhaps she has an addict in her family or something going on in her personal life that she would be so simple-minded to say such a thing. Just giving you all a heads up the pharmacist is wonderful the people who helped her not so much

I agree with everyone stating how rude the pharmacy staff is, especially Walt & I wish I knew the name of the pharm tech who is rude to everyone!! The only nice person is Gene. There is no excuse for the way they treat people who are just trying to pick up their med. They constantly say your doc has not sent the script over which is an outright "LIE". They were also faxing the wrong doctor!! It has been 5 days & I still do not have my med. They really need to get their act together. The front check out girls are fantastic but of course they are eliminating them for self-check out. Call the Corporate Department and make a complaint!

Today 3.17.22 Sarah didn't open the doors until almost 830. She was hanging out with the delivery driver instead of opening the doors to the store that opens at 8am. There were 3 cars waiting in the parking lot and one lady said "I tried knocking". I called the store multiple times until someone finally picked up at 817am. The person who answered said "oh, I forgot" in response to me asking them to open the door.Sarah seems distracted with the driver. He even had to tell her "you have a customer" when they were talking by the entrance and I was walking to the counter. No apology, nothing. Just attitude towards me for her lack of ability to do her job she chose.

The main store staff at this location is excellent...very friendly, attentive, and willing to help. I wish the same could be said for the pharmacy staff. They will have you waiting at the drive thru window for 20 minutes with zero contact...no "sorry, we're really busy, I'll be right with you..." Nothing. Make an attempt to get someone's attention and they'll open the window long enough to tell you to leave. And when you go inside to call them on it, they will treat you with extreme disrespect. The pharmacist just stands there and allows it. Unacceptable. I highly recommend you go to Walgreens or Big Y...avoid this place like the plague.

This is strictly about the pharmacy. I had to wait for 5 minutes, without acknowledgement, until I finally walked up to the counter and said hello. Three people there, all obviously busy. Someone finally came over and after helping me apologized for the wait and told me how busy they were after the long weekend. I told him I don’t mind waiting- I really don’t- what I don’t like is being ignored. Look up from what you’re doing, say hi and I’ll be with you in a minute. Pretty simple.

Southwick CVS Pharmacy called my PCP without my knowledge to have one of my medications changed!Apparently my current medication was out of stock. They obviously did not check with the company to see when it would be available. The audacity to make any changes without notification to the patient goes beyond entitlement! I have left CVS and gone to Walgreens.

I was in absolute shock today at the way the pharmacy tech treated my handicapped client. The conversation was on speaker phone and I heard it all :(She behaved very rudely and as if she was not wanting to be bothered. Even though they were at fault .And my client was extremely polite. That pharmacy Tech should be ashamed of herselfTerrible.

I have never seen so many rude people in one place..they don't know what busy is. The pharmacy personal is horrible..to the point I literally live 1 minute from there but fill my scripts at the westfield shops because they are do much better to deal with and ten times busier.I only gave them a 2 because the store manager that just left was a good guy..bottom line if you can go somewhere else you should!!

I have been very satisfied with the pharmacy service. They willingly handle communications with physicians and fill scripts promptly. I rarely wait in line at this particular CVS.

The pharmacy is completely useless. They have never failed to screw up a refill, they don't relay information given to them from the doctor, and have no interest in helping resolve issues that they created. I've never come across a more pathetic collection of people.

CVS pharmacy in Southwick is borderline criminally negligent. If you need a dependent pharmacy do not go here! You will not get your prescriptions on time and the staff is very rude!

Do not use this pharmacy the worst I have ever seen Thay are so confused and disorganized slow and seems to always be out of what you need. The store part is ok but very high prices I give one star because of pharmacy

Most incompetent pharmacy staff ever assembled. Its easy. a Dr calls in a prescription. You fill the prescription give it to the patient. Its not that hard......except at CVS Southwick. Awful!

Would give it a zero if possible. From pit of state, wouldn't fill or even call the doctor to verify saying they are too strict in mass. Told me to drive to Connecticut. No attempt at helping. Unbelievable
