I’d do 0 star the store manger in the Southbridge store the worst he’s rude and impatient when he rang me up And very sarcastic very odd atmosphere walking in there the cashiers don’t even acknowledge or say hi to you when you walk in or greet you in any way the only two that have have been a lady named Tina and a young man at night called Jamie both were super pleasant other then that def not going to this store until the manager removed he should not be in. Retail talking to a customer with the level of sacarism in his Voice I don’t care how long he has worked for you he’s a employee like the rest of him and his actions need to be dealt with unless you guys don’t care about your customer and are. Money hungry in that case I can insure I you I will able to have some very frequent shoppers take there business to cvs Fix your staff or learn how to properly train a 3 year old could run a better business

The pharmacy helped a family member receive life saving medication. CVS in Charlton (and CVS within 100 miles, too) were out of insulin prxn needed. Southbridge Walgreens stepped up and saved the day! Shout out to Declon for handling the prescription transfer and fill.

The pharmacists are too rude and never bother to receive the call, always putting the calls on hold for more than 17 to 19 minutes. Pathetic customer service!!

Do not EVER try to speak with a live person via telephone!!! They put you on auto with music and never answer. They called me several times and asked to call them. Impossible. Poor customer service. I switched to them because I was receiving similar terrible service from their competitor next door. Not surprised people are switching to places like WalmartJust went today and again horrible service.I used the drive thru. What a joke, ended up shutting my car off I was there so long!!!! Someone came on and said we will be with you shortly!!! Seriously if you have time to say that, get my meds!!! 7/20/23

Terrible place to get your prescription the pharmacist is rude they act like they discriminate against patients on pain meds or people they think have substance use disorders.

Very busy and short staffed. I understand to be patient even if it’s inconvenient. I work in healthcare as well and patience goes a long way. Harley seems to only be the one running the front cashier position and I appreciate him for helping

This pharmacy is ridiculous everytime I call it doesn't matter the time of day they don't pick up and quickly put you on hold. Not even a “Hi, please hold” it's just straight to hold. And always 20 minutes plus on hold.

This pharmacy has been decent. The only issues I've had is with the Walgreens app telling me a prescription is ready before it actually is. I uninstalled the app and went back to calling in to check and haven't had anymore issues.

this store went from rite aid to walgreens and has fallen down the rabbit hole ever since. total incompetence with their new computers. i have been a customer since the 1990's when it was a brooks pharmacy. they currently do not have my prescription and my doctor is sick and tired of calling it in every month. I have come to the conclusion they have found a way to double dip and bill the insurance company while not delivering people's meds. There is no other logical reason why a store consistently fails to sell it's products to consumers.

Called them to ask the pharmacist a question( My Dr. had called in a med. for Me at abt. 3pm) I called at 4:15 to see if it was ready and it took them 40 mins to answer the call just to tell Me it wouldn't be ready till 7pm they don't check their fax to see Dr's orders. smh

My fiance’ constantly have bad service with one of the female pharmacist. she switch to Walgreens pharmacy because she was having the same problem with the CVS pharmacy lady while back but she switch to Walgreens to get better Service witch she was and still is just not from that one pharmacist lady.

I have attempted to speak with the pharmacist waited on hold the first call for 1 hr and I hung up out of sheer frustrationI called back requested to speak with the manager was again placed on hold told just prior to that they would let them know I was calling only to wait again for 30 minutes have them pick up and pick my call back on hold I hung up and called right back waited again for 20 minutes only to get disconnected

Today's visit went great all my scripts were ready at the time the employee said they would be ! I will be one happy customer if every visit goes this smooth like todays visit !
