I See some Negative reviews up here. Thought I Should Chime in, since I've Never Had a bad Experience Shopping in the Southbridge store. Not many Places these Days are Fully Stocked for Whatever Reason, but like I Said I've Always Left a Satisfied Customer. So Keep up the Good Work and Don't let the Negative Vibes get ya Down!!

Those little Bells that they put on the counter for you to ring when they're stalking shelves so they know somebody's at the register what's the point if they don't answer or even acknowledge that they're ringing even though I know they can hear it.... Then when they come to the register they don't even look at you or speak to you start ringing up and look at you like they expect you to know the total.. Customer service is so poor in this store it should close. The only one person that is the best Worker there her name is windy.. I give her 5 🌟...

This store is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! The manager is incredibly rude and very lazy. Just because you put a tiny bell on the counter for people to try to ring, doesn’t mean you can sit in the office. Customers could just walk out the door, and probably do, after standing and waiting 5–10 minutes at the counter with no one coming to ring them out. Very unprofessional staff! ZERO STARS FOR SURE!

This store used to be staffed with polite friendly and welcoming staff. It was clean organized and inviting. Stock was well kept and updated. Sales were noticeable and staff always a pleasure to meet with and knowledgeable. Since the dudley staff took over I now see a major difference. Uninviting ,miserable, lazy management, attitude shows why dudley location was closed. Unorganized stock, nothing is kept clean and god forbid management have to run a register. Lines are down the Isle while this lady sighs and says you people can wait. She's too busy trying to hide the fact that the cat liter is half full at regular price and too anoid to deal with the customers. I miss the old days where the staff took pride in their store. While some of the same staff still remains they are no longer allowed to provide excellent service instead the manager and apparently her family now run the show and will end up getting this location shut down too with their miserable attitudes.

It's the worst family dollar i have ever been. There's no shopping carts and all of those shopping carts full of new merchandise to put away and that's not the right way to do it. You owners should have some other carts that it could be use for employees only not shopping carts and there is a mess on the floors with merchandise. Very dissapointed..

Always waiting in long line! Always!!!! It's so annoying that they only have 1 cashier in the store at all times! And when they have more than one ,100% of the time is like 2 more and they're out on the floor putting away merchandise instead of jumping on the other empty register to ring people out! Makes me want to scream!!

Family dollar in Southbridge is a place where you feel welcomed and have great employees who do there best to make sure there customers are satisfied and welcomed...the employees do there best to keep place nice and presentable ...keep up the good work !

If you need anything, they just might have here. They carry a little bit of everything! I feel it to be a little cramped quarters sometimes... but they try their best to keep it neat.

Show up at the store today 9:30 am ya the doors were locked there was an employee in the parking lot trying to contact the store manager i guess that didnt work out here it is 10 am n someone with a key shows up great store
