This CVS pharmacy saved me over $400 on a prescription by asking me if I had Good Rx. The CVS price for my antibiotic was several hundred dollars less than the other leading pharmacy. This was wonderful.

Talk about pathetic. One of the men at the pharmacy counter told me to get better. You never tell someone that. They have all been such snots and its the truth. I can't even seem to be there at the right time even if the place is empty they are still not even at least half way kind. They usually have my prescriptions ready they are just rude about things they shouldn't even be mean about. I even told them my birth date and the woman said she was going to die. Ok I honestly think those people working in there are the ones who need the pills. I just don't get it. You could just be polite yourself yet they look down on you like you are just a loopy pathetic person for walking in and actually need something. They need new staff that is for sure.

This pharmacy is very slow. Be prepared to wait over 30 minutes to hour. When you call ahead and order prescriptions they are not always ready when they say they are. Also when I went last month, they said they were switching drug companies and that I had to come back. This is a 20 minute ride for me to get here. Now this month I went there I was told they did not have enough and that I would have to come back for my thyroid medication. How can a pharmacy run out? Everything is computerized, they know how much they have in inventory to order ahead of time. This has happened numerous times before. I am getting fed up with this pharmacy. I have noticed they are slow with reviewing telephone messages from doctors or myself. This delays my medicine pickup also.They have long lines here to wait to cash out.

I have lived in Southbridge for 18 years and used CVS in southbridge for all my medication for my family and I because of the convenience. The pharmacy is the rudest I've ever dealt with! There are several pharmacists who take it upon themselves to NOT FILL some of my pain prescriptions. Over the weekend I was diagnosed with a large kidney stone and I went in for with a prescription for a different pain medication. They told me that they called the hospital and the hospital canceled the prescription which was a total lie! The pharmacist took it upon herself, it had nothing to do with my insurance or my doctor or the hospital, she decided for herself that I didn't need the medication for my kidney stone! I will never go back ever again not even for shampoo! A horrible store and I'm taking it up with CVS corporate office!

I thought rite aid was bad but CVS is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The staff including the pharmacist a women which I just started seeing there for about a month now. A Spanish women that always seems to be mostly in the drop off side thinks she is just above and beyond everyone. I go to fill a prescription which she never gives eye contact nevertheless looks at me. I noticed because of what the prescription is for she makes you feel worthless and looks at you in degrading way. This is supposed to be a professional an non judgemental place that you would think be without stigma. That I feel like I'm being judged and rudely say's, your 2 days early and cannot fill your prescription with snotty look. I told her she was wrong. She then tells me stand over there like I'm a dog or something, while she gets the pharmacist. Last month the same Spanish women with the women pharmacist that was holding my prescription because I bought some due to a pre-autherazion that I needed from my insurance. I was leaving for Florida that weekend and needed them before I left. I called my insurance the next day where they told me I was all set and CVS should have my prescription ready. I called CVS and they actually told me I had to wait 3 days because I bought some. That made me feel like I was being treated less and a nobody. When I said oh I never heard that let me call my insurance the pharmacist quickly changed her tune and said oh yes you can get them matter fact we will refund you that money you spent the day before on them. I have to say if someone was struggling and trying to change their lives and went into CVS for a prescription, I guarantee you might not see them again with the way CVS employees make you feel. I went to another pharmacist and without a question was able to fill my script today. I am a woman in society who works hard I fight to end world without stigma. I am a productive women I own my own home I provide for my kids to be treated the way CVS treated me was inappropriate. I know there was a couple great employees Brian the pharmacist and Melissa a cashier, they were the most helpful and kindest people CVS has. I will not be back to the pharmacy. 4 year customer they made sure to make feel like dirt.

Worst CVS pharmacy I've ever been to. I had to transfer a prescription from RI to the Southbridge location. The pharmacy tech told me they couldn't do that because of the type of medication. I called my doctor to ask if there was something that they could do ....new script, etc....My doctor told me that prescriptions written by a doctor can be transfered anywhere in the USA.I got so frustrated with that pharmacy that I kept my prescriptions at my regular, and extremely helpful CVS location.CVS headquarters should really look at what's happening at this location.

They say they will have your meds ready...but it doesn't happen all the time. Either they need to hire more pharmicists or there needs to be communication between these pharmacists. Always make sure you call ahead to make sure they really have it ready for you or you could spend 30 minutes to 2 hrs sometimes to pick up medication because they have to fill it even though they said they already were going to.

Jennifer Wilson is in need of some customer care training. Living in a town like Southbridge she needs to know how to keep her tone professional to every ethnicity. It wasn't a language barrier issue, but the way as a manager she was willing to confront a customer with an aggressive tone in front of a line of customer and not only that when I call to have her name she was still confrontational. I'm definitely calling corporate.

Worst CVS I have ever delt with. The staff in the pharmacy is rude and unhelpful. They have messed up my prscriptions almost every time i have had to have one refilled. Go anywhere else to refill your prescriptions. Not here.

Terrible. They say one thing then turn around and change it. Lines were terrible. Even though there are 3 registers and only one person on them. Ugh. The list keeps going on about bad things and experiences ive had here but if someone reads this i don't want them to be reading only my comment for like 30mins lol because its so long. The pharmacy staff is extremely rude, I always have a problem everytime i use this pharmacy, they dont do their jobs rite, they dont want to help anyone, and its just always an unpleasant experience when u go there

Doesnt matter if your meds got called in 5 minutes prior or 3 days, you'll always be told it's not ready and be forced to wait or come back the next day.

Horrible wait time always no matter when u come in..then wait in line for 15 me in script not ready..get told have to wait in line again..another 10 min at least ridiculous.....same thing again and again..switching all our meds to rite aaid
