I ordered a screen door online to pick up at this store. After waiting a week, I got an email that the door was ready to pick up. When I arrived, I was told that the door had been damaged but the manager was too busy to call me and let me know about it. I was told that the manger wasn’t in but he would be there in about an hour. So I made a trip in for nothing, and the person handling the refund didn’t know what he was doing so it took a long time and was very frustrating. I wish I could have gotten a refund on my gas and time when a simple phone call would have saved me both! I would love to give them zero stars!

It can be slightly intimidating at times to walk in and try and figure out what’s needed. But the level of care and customer service here is unmatched! I can’t remember her name but a female employee saved me a great deal of time by recommending a graphite powder to help fix a sticky door lock. It worked like magic!

The staff really knows their store and they were great helping me find what I needed. Go local and leave the big box stores. Aubuchon has most of what you need from a hardware store.

The manager was very helpful in assisting me pick the best lawn fertilizer for this time of year, and the next one to get. It worked out well. I applied it the following day, before it rained for 2 days! I'll wait for 3 weeks & apply the next step.

Very friendly and welcoming shopping experience! Unlike the big box stores, they treat you like family and you don't have to wait forever for help, which saves lots of time!

I went in hoping to find an item that I couldn’t find at Home Depot, or even Amazon, and was helped by Jessica, who was not only friendly, and professional, but knowledgeable as well. Jessica also gave us helpful suggestions, and I enjoyed talking with her. A true example that there is still great customer service.

I walked in needing two items. As the gentleman at the register finished with a customer, I asked him if he would copy a key for me. I selected the color key I wanted and asked where the bags of potting soil were. He pointed out the nearby aisle and let me know where in the aisle I would find the item. A second employee that was at the register finished up with her customer, and the next thing I knew, she walked up the aisle to ensure I was finding what I wanted. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes with my two items and thanked both employees for their assistance. They were awesome!! I love Aubuchon Hardware stores! They always have what I looking for and their employees are the best!!

Cathy (the manager) always does a great job taking care of the customers. She is knowledgeable, attentive and professional. A few days ago I tried ordering online for in store pickup and it went flawlessly. I enjoy Aubuchon and prefer to shop there over traveling the extra miles to Home Depot. I do wish the store still carried gutters and related supplies. They were recently discontinued and that was inconvenient. Other than that it's a very good hardware store.

Excellent place to shop. Store is well stocked with things you need to do home repairs and everyday supplies. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and very polite and helpful. I shop there weekly and highly recommend it to all my friends. Plus they offer a veterans discount to show their support to our veterans, who put their lives on the line for our freedom.
