The team at Southborough vet is amazing. They're kind, compassionate, communicative and take excellent care of my pets (who are like my children!) I am so grateful that I found this team after moving away from my previous vet for the last 16+ years. The staff had big shoes to fill in my opinion and they did!! I've never met such a genuine group of people. 5 stars because I can't give 500!

I had a wonderful experience at Southborough Veterinary Hospital. Zoe at the front desk went above and beyond to get my medical records from previous vets, to the vet technician and Dr Ogden care. The experience for our pup was a very positive one too. Happy to have such a great vet in my neighborhood!

Recently moved away from the city and needed a new vet. Referred to Southborough Vet by a friend and I have absolutely ZERO complaints. The location itself is so cute and you don't even feel like you're walking into a vet's office (my dog loves the vet, but for those that are anxious, it's very comforting). Most importantly, they were so accomodating and informative! I have "post-pet loss anxiety" after suddenly losing my senior dog to cancer, which has made me hyperfixate on every move my dogs makes. Not only did they address every concern that I had, they didn't make me feel crazy and validated my anxiety as a normal part of the grieving process.I loved my old vet, but I am so happy that I found another vet that I can trust! Looking forward to bringing my other dog here :)

I took my dog Nacho to these guys during the pandemic. They were excellent with us. I had to wait outside for him because of Covid restrictions, so I was a little apprehensive since it was the first time ever that he went to a vet without me. They checked him all over and made sure he was in good health before they let him go. It didn’t take too long, and he came out very happy. They said he did great; which was unusual for Nacho; because he doesn’t usually like going to a vet; especially one he never went to before. What more can I say, we trust them and would recommend them to anyone.

I've only been here twice, once for treatment when my dog was very sick and once for boarding. When my dog was sick and we thought she might pass the staff here was so compassionate and great to work with. Ultimately they got her on the right medication and she made a full recovery, which I am eternally grateful for!About a month later my husband and I needed to go out of town for a couple of days. We decided it was best to board our dog here, where if needed she'd have access to veterinary care. Sometimes she can get a bit emo when we board her, but the staff said she was super sweet and playful (and gobbled up all her food) the whole time! She was happy to go home when I picked her up, but still gave the staff goodbye kisses before leaving.I'd definitely recommend Southborough Veterinary Hospital for your furry loved ones!

Absolutely wonderful experience with Southborough Vet. They are always professional, helpful, and welcoming every time we come in. They always take the time to fully explain in easy to understand terms what the diagnosis is, and encourage questions if you want to learn more! Our Melody has had a few health issues come up in the 10 months since we got her, so we have been fairly frequent visitors which has never been a problem. They also have an app where you can message them directly, schedule an appt, or view when your pet's next shot is due! Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Hands down the best vet clinic in Massachusetts!! We are visiting from out of state (CA) with our two dogs. One is elderly with kidney disease and cancer and when she suddenly took a bad turn Dr Ogden took care of our baby and got her feeling better again ♥ The staff is amazing as well!!!

I can't say enough about this practice, they have treated my elderly cat who lived to be 21! They have cared for our various cats and guinea pigs, and now our Golden Retriever. the office staff is wonderful, the vet techs are exceptional, and the Doctors are skilled, brilliant, caring, compassionate and easy to talk to. I hesitate to give them 5 stars only because I want to be able to get an appointment in the future and not be booked up due to all these exceptional reviews. :D Our dog loves coming here, has no fear, and thinks it's his own personal fan club. We love you, Dr. Ogden, Dr. Westphal, and Dr. Cummings.

It can be difficult to find a vet who is well-versed in rabbits. Well, I've certainly found it here. I love Dr. Ogden and her team. The staff is friendly and accommodating as well. I'll be taking my bunnies here for as long as I'm within driving distance. :)

From Martha Marie's first visit December, 2018 until she took flight from her poor little body on September 20, 2019, everyone at Southborough Veterinary Hospital were truly part of our "pack". By far one of the best vets I have ever been involved with! They truly listen to your concerns they take care of your animals As if it were their own. They have been there for me through numerous emergencies.. And literally have saved the lives of 3 of my animals.. Outstanding customer service outstending people.. This is a new veterinary clinic to us, and by far the best I have ever taken my toy poodle to. I have a new toy poodle puppy, took her for her first baby visit and shots last week. The whole staff was warm and welcoming, and Dr. Cummings is terrific. Thought the welcoming sign with her name on it in the exam room was the nicest welcome that any practice has ever given any of my dogs. My baby couldn't stop giving everyone kisses. I will be bringing my adult toy poodle for her annual visit in a couple of months. Please don't hesitate to bring your pets here. I couldn't be happier.

This is the first vet I have been to that showed emotion. Of course I think my pet is great, but so did the staff here. We took our old pit mix here twice when our vet wasn't open. The first time they brought her back from the edge of death, doing some fairly serious critical of care.The second time she did better for quite some time, it may have been purely psychological. I think our dog really enjoyed visiting this office, which is a tribute to the staff and their caring. Can't say how much I appreciate what they did for our family.

The best place to bring your pets. They are so compassionate an helpful. Hands down the best around, I wouldn't go any where else. Extremely helpful filled with compassion from the receptionist, techs an doctor's. My dogs are very hard to work with an they always find a non stressful way to help them. My cat has diabetes an they have helped me in so many ways manage his diabetes an it has been almost a year. They have a very calming way of handling the pet owners who are upset an put them at ease.

I have been bringing my animals to Southborough Veterinary Hospital for over a decade and can't say enough good things about the practice. Over the years they have cared for 5 of my dogs and my only cat who is very healthy at 19 years old. They've seen us through good and bad, through the loss of three of my dogs, at ages 15, 15, and 17!They are so kind and compassionate with the animals and their owners. I also board my pets with them when necessary and my dogs are always excited to return as they know they are safe and loved at SVH. Aside from emergency services after hours, or specialists, I will never go anyplace else!

Dr. Ogden is amazing! We started seeing her for our bunny, after a lot of research to find a bun savvy vet in our area. After seeing her for the first time with our bun and speaking with her about one of our cats, who is an anxious ball of fury when it comes to vet visits (he has been asked more than once by vet offices to not return) we hesitantly decided to bring him in for a check-up/exam. It went great, for the first time EVER he had a full exam. She listened to us and him, and moved at his pace. She even reassured us that he was simply scared, and not a bad cat like we heard from other vet offices. We felt she cared for him like we do, and wasn’t just trying to rush through the appointment to get him out. At the end of the appointment she gave him a treat, and I had to fight my strong urge of pulling a treat out of my purse for her too— they both deserved it! making it through a full appointment might not sound like a big accomplishment to some, but for us it was HUGE! I happy cried the entire way home from the appointment. I would give more than 5 stars to this vet if I could!

As always everyone is friendly an they provide outstanding care. My cat has Diabetes an they have been there for me an my cat numerous times. They handle everything with the utmost care while calming you down. If you don't go here, you should. They are the best group of highly educated people.

The staff was very professional and caring. This clinic is not just professional but very caring. Also, the prices for services were reasonable. Furthermore, I have been to some clinics where they " suggested services because they care" when really they just are out for the money. Southborough Veterinary clinic is quite the opposite- realistic, practical, and compassionate :)

I have an older cat, and I'm always worried about him. Both the veterinarians themselves and the staff make me that my worries are valid, they are just as invested in his health as I am, and they make me feel confident that I am doing all the right things for him. They always make us feel welcome, and they make an effort to get to know my cat, his habits, what's normal for him, and what's not. I know that when his time comes, they will grieve with me, and I won't be alone. I also know that when I eventually care for another pet, I will come to them for its care, no matter where I am in MA. The staff are truly wonderful.

Must agree with everyone who has mentioned the staff are not only professional but also very caring. When our cat got sick last winter, and it was hard to know what happened, they took a conservative approach and while he did need to get more care at the 'big' regional hospital the team did a reasonable set of things & had us call whenever we felt necessary. Always feel welcome bringing him back for routine stuff!

Excellent as always. Tucker is as good as new after getting a nasty wound right by his left knee. Stitches, antibiotics, and pain meds did the trick.
