Adrian is awesome. I spoke to him over the phone a few weeks ago and he was very clear about what to expect. When I got here today it was super easy to scan the qr code and check the vacuum in. I had driven from about an hour away and was expecting to have to leave the stick vacuum and come back for it another day but he assessed the issues, explained them to me (basically everything was clogged and needed to be cleaned and filters replaced), gave me a quote and fixed them all within 15 minutes. I highly recommend him if you need your Dyson fixed. We tested it together before I left the store and it works perfectly now! Adrian does not waste your time. Will come back if I ever need to!

Drove 45 minutes to beg for help with my less than a year old Dyson that seemed to be malfunctioning. Adriane and Nick were extremely professional and friendly and willing to "take a look". The result was my V10 Dyson came out looking brand new and working even better. I would highly recommend coming in here if you're looking for a new vacuum or are having an issue with your current one. You won't be disappointed!

Great experience having my 4.5 year old Dyson multi ball repaired here. Walked in and had a repaired and cleaned vacuum for free within 30 minutes. Will be back for regular servicing to help prolong the vacuum’s life. It works better than ever! Thank you!

Excellent customer service. I took my cordless Dyson in because the power wasn’t working. Adrian was friendly and knowledgeable, and fixed the unit in a matter of minutes (replaced the electrical unit, under warranty yay!). He gave me tips on how to maintain it going forward. I will stay with Dyson forever and have told all my family members, relatives and friends to buy Dyson. We have been using Dyson vacuums for close to 30 years. Recently my 3-year old vacuum (the model for animal hair) stopped working. I dropped it off for service. A week later I was told to expect a replacement by mail. The 5-year warranty carries on for this one. So worth the money!

Popped on a saturday morning around 10, without an appointment and was helped within 5 minutes of walking in! The technician was very friendly and helpful and fixed our problem in just a few minutes.He also gave us tips on how to best care for our v8. We are very happy customers, thank you!

Not impressed with my phone call and subsequent arrival. I called to see if I should drive an hour to investigate one brush not spinning on my DC40 vacuum and I was convinced to do so, very understandable. However, I was given a quote of $280 all told. Replace, not fix, the head of the vacuum, replace the two filters, and "clean" the vacuum. I've watched a guy on youtube actually fix the issue in the head of the vacuum, the only difficult step for him was finding the right part from Dyson, and I figured this Dyson shop would have that part on-hand or could order one. The labor would be like 30 minutes. But no, this guy at the shop said, without taking it apart, that the full head needs to be replaced ($50 bucks used on Ebay) and that the filters ($14 on Amazon for both) need to be replaced, and that he'd clean the vacuum out (apparently worth $280 - $50 - $14 = $216). The head price I found on Ebay was used but he quoted me at $90 not even saying if it was brand new or not. BE WARY! A guy before me was quoted a very high price and he limped into his seat like he had no backbone and said ok. Yikes

My Dyson vacuum was under warranty. I shipped it to this location and not only did he not fix anything. It was returned in worse condition with more problems than I sent it off with. Also had to hunt it down as they were unresponsive for 3 months.

I brought my hair dryer in to get repaired. Yes! They do repair all Dyson equipment and I have to give a shout out to Joe who was really helpful in giving me insight as well on properly caring and maintaining my dryer. It gets a lot of use as I'm a hairstylist. I thought I was going to have to invest in another one as it overseeded it's warranty. I'm really glad I called here and stopped in. Thanks again Joe!

We love our 65 Animal Complete Dyson. When the hose had a small hole or tear, I called this South-borough, MA store and they recommended that I contact a store that was closer to me and gave me the part number I needed and their phone number. When I called the other store, they happen to be out of the part I needed, I called the South-Borough store back and they placed the part on hold for me, I drove to the store and with curb-side delivery, they brought my vacuum into the store repaired it within a minute or two, and I had it in my hands again. My service rep was JOE and I feel he did an excellent job. I highly recommend this store and Joe!

We have a Dyson high price hair dryer. A dog chewed the cord. Tried to call the repair store. No answer for a day. On second day was told if no one was available they would let it ring and we should just drive up cuz there was always someone there. We drove 1 1/4 hours each way to be told that we had a knock off and that Dyson does not replace cords even if it was not a knock off. The gentleman we spoke to was very polite. Advised he was the only person there. They are looking for another tech but nobody wants to learn the trade and work there and he is there alone responsible for 4 states. I personally will never buy another Dyson product.

I went to the Dyson Shop today to have my vacuum repaired. It was losing suction and I had taken the whole thing apart, spent several hours and couldn't figure out what the problem was. I arrived at the store for my appointment and Joe came out right away and greeted us. He was immediately ready to help and had a smile on his face. We asked a lot of questions about the products on display and he was very patient and answered every question. He took the vacuum out back and within 5 or 6 minutes came back out to us. He had replaced the parts that needed to be replaced and had it fixed quickly. Joe was fantastic and I would definitely return. We appreciated the convenience and the customer service provided by Joe.

Ordered a part for my Dyson vacuum, after calling the store several times, I was told they would call back. I never heard back. Called Dyson several times requesting a refund since the part that was ordered is out of stock & no time frame of when it will be in. Still no refund no response. Dyson needs to do better. And people need to buy a different product. Not worth the customer service hassle. At this point I’m out the money & no part

Extremely difficult to get in contact with anyone at this center. I have called multiple times a day for 3 straight weeks within the operating hours. Finally, when someone did answer, they said they needed to locate my vacuum and would call me back. They never called back. I have tried calling, but it's been several days and I still cannot get anyone on the phone. I had also called Dyson's main customer service line and all they did was reach out to this center to let them know "my concern". They have my vacuum hostage at this point. I am at a loss of what to do. Stay away from this place!

AMAZING service, so impressed with Joe! We called ahead and we were informed that it would take 7 to 10 days to service our Dyson vacuum, no surprise there. At drop off, despite being swamped with a back log of repairs, Joe took the time to ask a few questions. From which, he quickly diagnosed the problem. Within 5 minutes of crossing his threshold he had us on our way with a fix and a new filter in hand. He also gave a quick tutorial on how to keep the machine performing, to optimum capacity. He was so pleasant and professional, highly recommend! Thanks for being so kind Joe, can't wait to put the family to work, 🤣!

Excellent Service, nice team !And my Dyson V8’s is and detached, I was looking for someone like a handyman to fix it. I was avoiding the Dyson service center because I didn’t want to pay service charges that I expected because if it’s brand name. However I went there on multiple recommendations, and I honestly have to say that their service was above par. Adrian, who helped me was on time for my appointment and fixed my vacuum right there and then, he was so pleasant to interact with. Great customer service ! Best part is that they don’t have initial service charges. They review the issue and ask for your consent on the service cost before fixing. If you don’t like, you are free to leave it.This will be my go to place for Dyson appliances repairs !

I was amazed by the speed of service and white glove manners of Adrian. I came with my Dyson 11, pet that was completely not working, he changed the motor head right there in 5 minutes, and I was out with my machine working in less than 30 minutes. Although, you should call Dyson first and get an order repair number first, then just bring everything to him to test. He will perform the test and fix (if fixable) quick. No laisse-faire service.

Adrian provided fantastic customer service to me! I had an eight year old HP-01 heater that was performing poorly. With replacement parts for it being unavailable, Adrian quickly found a refurbished HP-02 for me, which was a much more desirable alternative to purchasing a new HP-07 heater. His communications were timely, clear, and informative. I am a very happy customer.

My Dyson had a suction issue so I made an appointment to have it looked at. When I arrived Joe greeted me and after looking at my machine he said to be upfront, due to the age of my vacuum replacement parts weren't available if it needed any. He took it back in the repair area and after a few minutes he returned and said there was a clog in the head unit which he removed. He said there was no charge. It works great again!

Went to get our Dyson vacuum repaired and the technician, Joe, was fantastic. He looked at it and was able to repair it in no time. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with as well. We went home with a repaired unit and a brand new one that was reasonably priced! A deal we couldn't refuse! We highly recommend this repair center and Joe.

Adrian repaired my animal to Dyson vacuum and did an exceptional job. I took the machine into the service center in a very embarrassing condition. It was clogged with hair, there were several broken parts, and I was convinced the machine was beyond repair. I thought if the machine was repairable it would take at least a week or two. Much to my surprise and deep gratitude, Adrian fixed my animal 2 to in less than 20 minutes and had it looking brand new. I cannot recommend the Dyson service center highly enough. I also highly recommend working with Adrian.

Top notch. Highly recommended. It's so great to be able to schedule a while-you-wait repair and then have it be so brief and successful -- and free under warranty. Joe really knows Dyson equipment. He diagnosed the problem with my V11 Torque vacuum within seconds of my handing it to him. He returned in under 5 minutes with the machine repaired (with new part) and cleaned.

I visited because my Dyson hairdryer was turning off after a couple of minutes. They were very cordial, explained that the issue was caused because of not proper cleaning of the filters, but even though the problem was caused by me (not giving the proper maintenance) they were able to help me and solve the problem. They took the time to explain what I need to do so that I don’t have this issue again. I will be back to bring my Dyson V7 vacuum for service. Having this service center available gives me confidence on the Dyson brand, because I know I have them as a resource and it is such a big plus that they are customer focus.

We took our Dyson ball vacuum to the Southborough Service Center in April. The section that rolls along the floor had stopped working even though the Unit still seemed to be creating suction and the handheld still worked. Joe took our Unit in to diagnose the problem, and came out within 10 minutes with a repaired vacuum. They honored the warranty even though it had technically run out 1 month ago. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the support provided for our Dyson, and the speed with which they were able to fix it for us. It's so rare to find a company that really knows how to provide excellent customer service these days...When this one does eventually die, we will definitely spend the money for another Dyson!
