Just plain unreal in this time, they don't respect patients, they don't seem to have that deep down, want to help. One asked me to be "respectful when I requested that she tell me a location that does have it in stock."I was talking to one who called themself the pharmacist.The one with glasses and beard there is phenomenal though

This is directed at the pharmacy. They consistently drop the ball, openly talk about customer’s medical issues after they leave, and then love to blame the customer for any things aren’t ready on time. From what I’ve seen, the women with red hair that checks people out at the counter is the center of their problems. She is extremely nosey with what other employees are doing, even ignoring what the customer in front of her is saying so she can ask what other people are doing. She’s also quick to cut you off and then is surprised when she doesn’t hear the entire story.Switching all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Deeply upsetting experience here. Went to get COVID and flu shots. They kept us waiting for almost 40 minutes past our appointment time even though nobody else was getting vaccinated before us. The man who gave me my shot must have done something wrong while giving me the second one, because it was incredibly painful and there was blood running down my arm. He mumbled a quick apology and rushed me out of the room. I’ve never bled from a shot in my life, nor have I had one that painful. Also, while we were waiting, we could hear people in the prescription line, and EVERY SINGLE PERSON who came to get a prescription had some kind of issue with it - either the pharmacy had messed up or some important communication was missed. I’ve truly never seen anything like this. Avoid at all costs.

I would give the young man and the woman who are public facing 5 stars if I could. They are polite, professional and friendly. Walgreens does them a disservice by leaving them understaffed at all times.The Pharmacist leaves something to be desired. I waited days for a prescription that the app indicated was on hold. I called the store to find out what was going on with no answer so I went in person to request the information. When the clerk asked the pharmacist about my prescription she sighed, rolled her eyes and told the clerk she just didn’t get to ordering it. I went a week without my medicine.I have never been able to call through to the pharmacy. I get the message that they are busy and there is one person before me. I sat on hold so long last week I drove from Northampton to Southampton while still on hold. I walked into the store, still on hold. I talked to one of the pharmacy staff who works directly with the pharmacist, still on hold. No phones were ringing and no one was talking on a phone. I asked the employee if they answered the phones when they were busy and she said they have to take care of the customers in front of them. I asked the clerk who rang me up the same question and got the same reply. The only conclusion I could reach is that they do not answer their phones if anyone is in line. The people on the phone are customers too.Last year when the Union street store lost its Pharmacist the College Highway location absorbed the customers. The lines were 20-25 people deep to pick up prescriptions. Waiting, though a pain, was more understandable.My conclusion is that Corporate Walgreens does not care about you or me. I’ve transferred all my prescriptions to the CVS in Easthampton. They are friendly and efficient and somehow manage to answer phones with the same number of employees and a drive through.I don’t blame the Walgreen’s employees except the one pharmacist who seems like she really needs a vacation. I have 3 times now been to the store to pick up my prescription. Called first. Told I was 3rd in line. Then second. Then next. Never got an answer. One hour and 7 minutes waiting. Last time I stayed in hold until I got to the store. They seemed humiliated. Today I got upset and used my husband's phone to call the front store. The pharmacy was once again closed. A medication needed the day it's due. Mine was due yesterday. Last time it was on a weekend and I had to wait from Friday to Monday. I almost ended up in the emergency room as I couldn't reach my Dr on the weekend to re send the prescription to a different pharmacy. I'm a 28 year customer from when it was Rite Aid before Walgreens. Every single pharmacy person has left and is leaving. I'm losing what I consider family, friends and professionals I've grown to love. When I asked why in tears to the tech I adore, she told me " we are 931 scripts behind and no corporate to help. I'm devastated. Health wise and mentally. Now I'm left today to go to a stranger pharmacy and I'm upset. 2 days late. It's unfair and I feel duped. I've called corporate, I've done all I can do. This is my last straw. To see a girl I've known for years go to Cumberland farms at minimum wage willingly makes me ill. I want my review to mean something. I've lost two amazing pharmacists and now every tech I loved. Always a first name basis. I'll never be back. I can't go through this every two weeks. What about cancer patients? People who need pain medicines? Unless your Dr calls in a new script you're screwed. It's disgusting and I hope Walgreens goes down.

This pharmacy has gone downhill since Becky left. I am grateful that I normally go to CVS in Easthampton where they are professional and courteous. I was quoted a price for a prescription. I arrived and waited for 45 minutes to only be told that that was incorrect. I will not return to this pharmacy. Unfortunately the good attitudes there are overshadowed by the poor ones.

What a great overall experience with this Walgreens pharmacy location. The pharmacist is definitely for the customer and I loved her sense of humor, which is a huge plus. I just transferred from a different pharmacy that I had for years and I’m very happy with the service, the pharmacist, the pharmacist technician, the front cashier, etc. at this Walgreens in Southampton, MA.

Scheduled a Flu vaccine+COVID booster a couple weeks ago for this morning. Showed up to a huge line, biggest I've seen at any pharmacy, it happens I guess. Asked a worker to make sure this was the line I needed to be in and they said yes.They came back a few minutes later to say they cancelled all vaccine appts until further notice and I should've gotten call, which I didn't. Would gladly show my Google Voice call logs to prove it.So now I'm out 1.5 days of pay, plus probably another 1.5 for whenever my next appoint is. Been on hold for 45 minutes waiting to talk to someone to confirm the appointment cancellation. Between the phone wait and huge line I'm thankful I don't have to use this pharmacy as my usual one. I'd never be able to get my prescriptions filledEdit: gave up after 1.5 hours on hold and got another appt scheduled at a different pharmacy online. I would never use this place. Ridiculous.

The rudeness, ineptness, incompetence, poor attitudes, and unearned narcissism of your midday pharmacy techs and counter personnel in the Southampton MA pharmacy on October 17, 2022, have seen the last of my patronage. Too bad, as I had been a client of the store since it was Brooks. Tom must be rolling over in his grave, bewildered at the low level you have set the bar for your clients. You got one star only because there is no mechanism to give you zero stars. Seeing as how you already shuttered the nearest local Walgreens store location your issues are systemic. Either way, you have lost my patronage because of your employees, the individuals working the pharmacy looking kind of dumb with their fingers and their thumb in the shape of an "L" on their foreheads.
