Shout out to Sarah for her assistance today in the store, she’s friendly and knowledgeable!I think I might start shopping here more often as they seem to have a good supply of concentrates and vapes! The store has a wide range of other products as well. Great displays and pieces showcased.

I thought i would only come to this dispensary as a last resort as its 30 minutes from where i live. But ive had 2 really good experiences and with this one now today i think dreamer will be my first choice for a dispensary. I Had a great experience with everyone in here. Every employee was super respectful and polite, and extremely helpful. We all talked about a strain called novarine and we were all saying that we wish there was a way i could give a review on the flower itself on your website but there isn’t (its really good btw, i have a high tolerance and been looking for a strain that would give me that energetic, super focused and smiley high again and i think might have found it but i need a few more days to tell). Also special shot out to Quinton (i think was his name). He was the employee that helped me out 1 on 1 and got me checked out. Dude knows his stuff and was a lot of help and went above and beyond to make sure i knew as much about my flower before i even purchased it. Plus the prices have been worth the drive so far. Would give 6 stars if i could.

tl;dr:I'm a professional budtender and I highly recommend this place. Excellent people, prices, and products.Full Review:I've been in the cannabis industry for a few years now, but this was my first experience at a dispensary outside of my home state. I had been visiting friends in the area and wanted to try somewhere local while I was in Western Massachusetts. Based on reviews, selection, prices, and the general vibe based on their website, I chose Dreamer, and I couldn't be happier with my choice.First impression was that the store is very clean - both in style/branding and upkeep - yet it was also engaging and stimulating. The staff were exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable. I worked mostly with Sarah, but also chatted briefly with (I believe his name was) Max. Sarah was wonderful; working with a deep menu, she had a very solid command of the products, and was referred to by Max(?) as "the person for rosin," which I had expressed an interest in. And I was not disappointed. We chatted about terpenes, product labeling, and other industry talking points. I also overheard yet another budtender dropping a reasonable amount of cannabinoid/terpene/endocannabinoid knowledge with another customer.This is a review for the store, but I can't help but mention that the Pineapple Slapper live rosin from Bountiful Farms was fantastic, up there with a really good Pineapple Express or Sour Pineapple. Additionally - though I assume Wiz Khalifa is doing just fine without my input - the Khalifa Kush was excellent as well. Dreamer's in-house drinks - CQ - were also delicious. I had a mix-n-match 4-pack, and all the flavors were great.While I am the type of person who will want to check out other dispensaries next time I have the chance to make it down to the area, I will be hard-pressed not to default to Dreamer overall. They set the bar high for my experience and for products, so even if I check out other places, I'll likely pop in here each time, both to check in and say hi, but also to get some more live rosin... at the very least. Thanks to Sarah and the other budtenders for a great experience.

I've always had great customer service here. Excellent products with lots of choices in all categories, with fair prices too. I really do love this place. I travel from the Ct shoreline to shop here. I would highly recommend!

I am a medical patient who holds a medical cannabis card in the state of Connecticut. They legalized cannabis fully in 2021, and dispensaries only just went live around a year ago and they handled the process of full legalization so horribly that there are only four (about to become five) cultivators to service the entire state on both the medical and recreational side. Their standards of quality are low while their prices are cost-prohibitive even for the average medical patient without taxes.Thankful to live in a town that is a two minute drive (barely one mile) from Massachusetts eases my mind. I found Dreamer purely at random, and despite the fact it's a bit of a drive(~30 minutes) even the tolls from Ludlow to Westfield on the Mass Pike and cannabis tax still make up for what my medical dispo charges for their second cut flower!I would like to take this time to give a huge word of gratitude towards the employees and owner/manager of this facility as everyone has been friendly, knowlegeable, and kind! Bozcka (wrong spelling, most likely) is an absolute diamond in the rough, among the more patient dispensary workers! She never pushed me away or got annoyed by questions or concerns. Everyone else there, I'm better with face than I am with names, but I've truly had such positive and amazing experiences with everyone there! The prices are solidly stellar, the facility is immaculately clean, and the employees are the best in the biz, and I've popped into a few shops along this journey to get my medicine in a safer and more affordable way than that of which is offered in Connecticut. Thank you all, and I truly hope you have a cool boss that will see this and recognize you guys!

this is definitely one of my top dispensaries to go to. I went here for a deal yesterday and now just opening one of my joints that I received there is a nice hole in it. besides that fact, some of the weed pouring out….definitely 10 out of 10 recommend coming here

Used to frequent for the good prices, won't anymore because of the rudeness of employees. Not the only place around and much better customer experience at the others.Edit: it wasn't that I wasn't allowed in, I completely understood the reasoning, it was the manner in which we were treated about it. Another dispensary was helpful, upheld the law and the other person with me felt the friendly staff could help her with her purchase. You lost the sale to the other customer that was able to purchase today because of the attitude about it. Got that you were upholding policies but you don't have to be rude 🤷🏼‍♀️

As far as recreational dispensaries go, Dreamer cannot be beat. They have excellent quality bud at the cheapest rec prices I have seen in MA. I have bought from them multiple times and have been very impressed with the flower/vape quality, selection, and price. The staff is kind, helpful, but not overbearing. It is a comfortable and easy-going experience throughout the ordering process. Having worked in the industry myself I highly highly recommend Dreamer cannabis for anything you may want.

I walked in wanting a vape that was Sativva based and the people working in the store were very kind and helpful! They suggested a lemonchello vape by Papa herb's and it was perfect! This is an in house brand and I highly recommend it! Welcoming and friendly environment with top notch products.

Best prices in the area on live resin and rosin, hands down. I drove out from chicopee because their prices were so low.Got 2 live resins from different brands and a live rosin; none of them were older than a few months and they all slapped. The name brand rosin (Southie Adams, Garden Rem, etc) was like half the cost of what other people are charging in Mass.

One of the best dispensary experiences I’ve had. Brett was super knowledgeable about all the products stocked. They even had edible drink concentrates which have been hard to find. Prices were very comparable if not better than places around. This will be my go to spot going forward.

I visited Dreamer for the first time today and was very impressed by the amount of attention to detail that was put not only into this shop but especially into the menu. The affordability and amount of choices to choose from between flower, edibles, to pre-rolls and many other different varieties of products were by far what stood out to me. I loved all of the unique types of pipes and bongs they offered, definitely items you wouldn’t find anywhere else in the valley. The staff was polite and engaging in my visit and I would highly recommend Dreamer to anyone in the Pioneer Valley! It’s a great addition to Southampton, Mass and a beautiful boutique cannabis dispensary to visit! I can’t wait to visit this shop again soon, thank you Dreamer!!

Staff is very friendly, and the place looks nice inside, but the shatter and badder I bought were horrible. Doesn't taste good at all and leaves black residue in my nail! Very disappointed with the quality, wish I could get my money back....

I Bought an ounce here today, it was the worst bud I’ve ever smoked, it tasted like burnt wood despite the awesome sounding description, supposedly rated 26% tac and it had zero effect and just gave me a huge headache, it smells and tastes like cbd to me.Response to Dreamer response: I can’t open it in the store to look at it and I can’t do anything once It leaves the store… so basically ppl can’t do anything at all to ensure they get what they paid for. It’s sad because the stuff I received is unusable, I’m not exaggerating, it tastes like I’m inhaling smoke from a campfire, and I can’t afford to buy more so I’m screwed till I get paid in 2 weeks… 🤦

first time going today and this places has one of the greatest selections at a dispensary I’ve seen (they had like 15+ strains, a variety of edibles and drinks as well as concentrates and vapes too), and the whole experience was great from when I walked in. Staff was knowledgeable and nice, prices were reasonable. Even has a big display area to see and smell all the strains up close

Had my first visit to the Dreamer Cannabis Dispensary today. They are having their grand opening this weekend 6/19/2021. But are open for business now!
