Love Walgreens. Cvs is so rude and impersonal and you cannot call to speak to anyone. Unless you have a good hour to waste. I will Only go to Walgreens, period.

Love the people at Walgreens but now these new plastic bags and very large rx bottles are Soo unacceptable. The printing on the bags with personel information make them unrecyclable. The printing on the bottles are unreadable because of small very light print. Bring Back the paper.

Vacationing on Cape Cod, I had a need for prescriptions and a prescription transferral. Everything was handled professionally and quickly. The young lady at the Rx Counter (6/25-7/9) was understanding, sympathetic and took care of everything. As I walked around the store, I could see that this Walgreens is a well-run store with abundant stock, cleanliness and outstanding management. Thank you for helping me out in my time of need.

Walgreens has generally gone bad on the cape. There is no help and how can there pharmacys be constantly closed cape wide. I gave it one star because the few employees working there work doubly hard. I've switched to CVS.

I switched to Walgreens pharmacy from cvs a couple years ago and it was such a day and night difference. Debbie, Rebecca, Makayla and all the ladies who work there are not just helpful but they CARE. Sometimes there is an issue with insurance or the doctors office and they could easily say sorry can't help ya. Instead they choose to go above and beyond to figure out a solution. I've dealt with countless pharmacists who clearly don't care that not getting your meds can mean death for some! Thank you all so much for all that you do.

I had a few problems with the pharmacy:To begin with, the automated phone messaging system left a vague message telling me there was a problem with my insurance, but it failed to tell me the issue was only for one medication (which I did not even want). I didn't know the other medications were ready for pick up; I just decided to visit in-person because I did not want to deal with their tedious phone system to discover what the problem was.One of the workers at the pharmacy wore her mask under her chin. When I asked one of the other workers to tell her to pull it up, she explained that it was not required by the state for vaccinated people. But this store requires people to wear masks inside. These workers are serving primarily sick and/or old people, and the workers could still pass along COVID even if they got the vaccine. When I was able to talk to this worker who did not wear her mask, she did not listen. No one enforced the mask requirement among customers either.After that, I tried to pick up my medication, and they told me to wait. I waited for probably an hour while they served other customers. Eventually I went back up and a different pharmacist gave me my medication within a few minutes which had been in a cubby behind her this whole time. I think the first pharmacists I spoke to went to lunch and did not tell their replacements that I was waiting. I don't know if it was intentional to get back at me for asking one of them to wear a mask or if they were just incompetent.While I was waiting, I witnessed another pharmacist give a man attitude for asking a reasonable question. It appears that customer service is not a priority here.Another problem I have with this pharmacy is that they automatically give you all the medications in the prescription, including ones that the doctor said to fill only if needed. I don't like to support companies making opiates, and I have been lucky enough not to need them. But Walgreens just puts them right in the bag without saying anything about it being optional, which it was in my case.I have been to this Walgreens a while ago and it was mostly OK, but after this experience I will stick with CVS and their mile-long receipts.

We went into the Walgreens on 6A in Yarmouth & were disturbed to find that many employees - including those giving the booster vaccines - were unmasked. Not ok, particularly when they are encouraging people who are immune-compromised to come in for shots.

The pharmacist Paul goes over and above for his customers and the wait time for your prescriptions are far better than CVS! The store as a whole blows CVS away there's no comparison. I have a CVS a minute up the road from my house and I'd much rather drive the extra distance to be treated kindly and have more variety to shop with. Love this store!
