I was helping a relative with a project on his cottage and not from this area. Hands down this is the best hardware store that I have ever been to. The clerks took the time to help me decide on the products that I needed on every visit. If my “go to” person was busy they were able get another person to help in short order.

Good selection and the prices were typical Cape pricing. Staff was cranky though. I got there at 9 when they opened and an older gentleman was very short and cranky when asked a question.

Awesome! These people are very helpful and friendly. They recently rented the space next door which doubled their already impressive inventory. The staff are experienced in many fields, and don't have a henweigh if you ask them a stupid question. (What's a henweigh? About 5 pounds.)

It would have been 5 stars but A grumpy old man who asked us if we needed help was Rude. We asked how much something was that we were holding and he says " Go back and look at the shelf. It's right there. Really ? Is that helping? Time to retire😳

Consistently unimpressed the last year we have been using this location. You are never asked if you need some help, when you do ask for help it seems to be a bother. Lost our business for year round 2 properties in the immediate area, we will travel farther for our weekly hardware projects.
