Employees are great with the dogs. They work very well with them even though they can be difficult during nail trims. They allow you to help comfort your pets during nail trims, which really helps me lol! The self wash is great, too! I really love how they treat our fur kids!!!

Cannot recommend them enough!! Best dog groomer in MA! We recently moved from Weymouth to Nashville, TN and literally make sure to book an apt for our mini goldendoodle to get groomed every time we come home. They’re very reasonably priced and do an amazing job, grooming doodles isn’t easy and we’ve experienced other dog groomers just shaving him down completely because they were too lazy to take care of his hair, but the soapy dog pays such close attention to details and perfects his cut everytime!! Great local business that takes care of dogs. We have a poodle who requires grooming everytwo to three months and we take him to Soapy Dog. He comes back looking great.

I loved using the self serve cleaning station, my dog needed a quick bath and our bathroom was being renovated, Soapy Dog was right up the street. Prices were VERY reasonable. I also brought my dog back for grooming and he came out a little gentleman. It was a great experience, I can't believe I lived so close to this place for 3 years and never knew about it!

I bring my dog here for his grooming. The people who work there are friendly and definitely care for the animals that come in. Great service and for a reasonable price. It's best to pay in cash since they charge you the credit card fee if you pay with plastic. That would be the only draw back and also maybe getting out of the parking lot is a little tricky. Besides that, the Soapy Dog is great!

So disappointed! Did a great job but pricing for same dog went from 80- 120 dollars for same service! Won’t be returning! Can get grooming much less expensive!! 65 dollars an hour is a bit much!

Most unprofessional grooming experience we've ever had, don't waste your time. Just go to Petco down the street for professional service.We brought our dog there once before and had a good experience. But this last time was horrible - we showed up having made an appointment the day before and they gave us a hard time saying we didn't make one. Then when we went to pick him up, they claimed he was mean to other dogs and too difficult to control, and even growling at the staff... even though we explained ahead of time that he is great with people but is very nervous around other dogs! They let multiple dogs roam around without leashes, and clearly didn't listen to our dogs needs. There's no doubt he was properly petrified the entire visit.Then they were rude and said it's best if we went somewhere else... sorry for giving you our business! Literally every other dog grooming place since we moved here has loved our good boy.We would love to support local business, but we'll just go to Petco since they are professional and will listen to their customers.

Best groomer I've had in all my life as an animal owner! I've been a customer for 14 yrs. They are consistingly awesome. Customer service over the top. I go in in to get my cat's nails clipped and I'm out. The price is right. My cat looks and smells like she came out of a salon. A real "feel good" experience.

The young women who works with Dasha is unprofessional ! and cruel to dogs should not have veterinarian license. She squeezed and brought pain to my dogs feet . Do not bring your dogs here ! The level of cruelty is wrong the women needs to be fired you don't treat animals that way . My German shepherd was howling in pain .

A great place to take your pooch for a wash. I frequent this place quite often. Friendly and helpful staff, reasonable pricing, good discounts and above all their high power blow dryers which is a bliss for me to walk out of the store with a sparkling clean and dry 90 pounder

Place is a tight fit and they hover. 23 dollars for a dog wash. Save yourself the money and go to tractor supply and wash and dry your dog for 10 bucks
