The staff was nice. But my dog was shaved to his skin which I was never aware or told of. We agreed to trim him half the hair length and they cut all his hair off after she texted me telling me only his legs were matted and she would cut them shorter. I’m very upset that she didn’t tell me she would do his body way shorter than we discussed. I probably will not come back due to this experience and spending 100 to shave my dog bald.

The young woman who helped me - I think her name was Katanya, but I am not sure - was exceptionally proactive in comprehending what I needed right from the start. It was Happy Returns. She asked careful if I had the QR code for the cost I was returning to LandsEnd, and she helped me find it on my phone. She then went out of her way to tell me that I had a $10.00 credit at Petco, but that it would expire in a couple of days. She got a carriage and led me to the kitty litter section. She found one that had $5:00 off! Having asked if I would like that one, she loaded it into the carriage. She said that after ringing it up, she would help me take it out to my car!Such friendliness and kindness to an 84 year old woman! She told me about all the animals she takes care of at home.It was an amazing experience to be given such practical help, to have saved so much money and to speak with someone who genuinely loves her job, loves animals and people!!!

The staff was super helpful on the phone when I got stuck trying to book the visit on the website. Once we got to the store, that didn't change. The front desk clerk made my son and me feel like we just arrived home, in spite of being in a lot of pain from a recent ankle sprain. The girl who took my dog out back was super friendly too and actually took a minute to say hello to us before taking my dog out back for his trim. Both clearly knew how to handle dogs. The girl doing the trim was able to kindly control a 70 lb mutt, up onto a table to work on him. She was kind, gentle and thorough throughout. I loved the fact that we could watch the whole thing from the windows. My dog is a nervous wreck, but she had him calm in no time, even through the claw cutting. She even buffed his claws down so they weren't sharp after having just been cut. My dog was happy and calm coming out, not scared and looking to bolt. This was a great experience and we'll definitely be back for more, not to mention...recommending to friends.

From the minute I walked into the grooming area I was greeted by three friendly associates and was at ease. They listened to my concerns and assured me that my dog would do well. I loved my tech and already booked with her again. She took the time to bond with my dog and that meant so much to me.

Abby in grooming is an absolute delight. My foster dog Tess came out smelling like rose petals. Abby was very through. Great job!Besides the exceptional grooming my dog received, it was the best customer service ever received. I wish she wasn’t moving!.

I don't understand what happened but I went in for meal worms and 60w red reptile light. I've bought both of these things before usually 15 -20 dollars. Paid with card and never took the receipt. I understand I should have but when I check my account later I found the charged me 45 dollars. This will be most definitely the last time I use this location. This is just a fair warning.

These people absolutely butchered my dog. They cut him without giving him a bath and made no attempt to remedy the issue (as stated in their online policy). They cut 75% of his body and just stopped…He looks like he should be in an sarah mclachlan commercial . Anyone saying these people are good are probably russian bots or paid reviewers. These people are crooks. If you love your dog DO NOT BRING THEM TO WEYMOUTH PETCO!!!

Incredible people work here. I forget the name of the guy who helped. But this man was so kind. He was great with my daughter and made us feel welcome. I loved how much he cared for the animals and wanted to make sure our new feathery friend got a loving home. He answered all my questions in detail as dumb as they may have been. Thanks guy. I need to commend Gary for all his genuine advice to help out my bearded dragon. He really knows reptiles and shared personal anecdotes about the care he puts towards his own pets, which made me trust that he has my pet's best interest in mind. I've been to many pet stores in the past where employees either had no knowledge about certain animals or they gave out inaccurate information just to answer the question or make a sale, but I definitely didn't feel that way here. I also appreciate that Gary gave realistic advice and wasn't trying to sell me the most expensive, unnecessary products possible - he gave me options which helped me make a financially sound decision without compromising on my pet's safety. I'm very grateful for the help!

an excellent experience really, had ran into one of the employees, randin, there that helped me when i had first gotten my cat and he remembered my name and everything. he gave some excellent advice and we chatted about his sales pitch which i understood it’s his job but he was very genuine about it, talking to him felt like i’ve known him for years

This place is fantastic for your dog or cat or toad a mouse they seem to do a great job every time I bring my dog in my beautiful Greyhound every other place my dog's been scared because there's so many other dogs in other places at the same time I think it's because they board them I don't like places that board other animals because it scares mine all the barking and confusion but this place does not do that the woman that did my dog was very attentive actually my dog didn't want to leave LOL I certainly recommend this place and I'm going back there this coming Wednesday again highly recommended thank you

This is more a review of the manager rather than the store/company as a whole: Gary was incredibly polite, professional, helpful, and considerate! Highly highly recommend reaching out to this store should you need anything pet related. Gary is highly knowledgeable on any pet related subjects he knows, upfront and honest about any pet related subjects he doesn't know. Yet is willing and able to research and learn any nessisary information in order to assist you better.

This location in particular goes above and beyond for me and my pets. I have 2 large dogs, one being a Rottweiler, who are not always the easiest to deal with when being groomed. Danielle is my absolute favorite and always takes care of us. I appreciate all of your efforts! Everyone in the store is always super friendly as well. Highly recommend!

I went in with my really matted dog. The lady at the grooming desk was very helpful. She asked if we wanted anything specific, we said no. She then said she'd try her best to get the matting all off and she did. She was super friendly and very efficient. My dog was so happy.

I've been coming her for nearly a year, and I have never been disappointed. Staff is courtesy and professional. My cavachon enjoy her visits here for her bath and haircuts. Danielle is wonderful! We have all our appointments booked with her. She always lets us know of any promotions and discounts and always check in to see which haircuts we want. My puppy has been coming back to see Danielle ever since she is 9-10 weeks old. Mochi comes home smelling great and looking fabulous.

Laura was amazing. We brought in our Fancy male that passed away. She was so helpful and even showed us how each rodent was as far as behavior. We ended up getting a gerbil family with a mom and her daughters. She really wanted to see them end up together. I was so happy to have this experience today. They have been great since we brought them home and we look forward to updating Laura on their progress❤️ I’m glad that we could fulfill her wish to have them adopted together ❤️ She really loves her job and it shows. She also helped my mom with our male hamster that we still have and she even remembered her. I will definitely be seeking her out for any future additions to our little furry family❤️❤️

Great store, very helpful employees. Well stocked store, although they did have some popular items that were sold out. However, the employees are extremely helpful. They will always check the back for a product I need, and they are more than willing to answer questions. I don't know much about what my cat needs, wants, or is cost effective. The employee who worked with me explained all three of those things in details, and pointed me to the right food and treats for him. They also sell fish,birds, reptiles, small mammals and I have seen some limited water-plants.
