I have always loved going to this orchard, but this year I was extremely disappointed. The animals are kept in haphazard poor condition and pens. The bunnies have barely enough room for 1, and the chickens are forced to perch because of the wire on the bottom of their cage which is not good for their feet. The pigs have no grass, no proper house, and the fencing is falling apart. The paths are muddy and deep with tractor marks, and there are bins of rotting apples everywhere.I hope for the animals sake you get them some proper pens or remove them.

I don't want to share this hidden gem because one of the things I love about it is the lack of crowds, but George Hill is one of the best local orchards. The people who own and run it are very kind and laid back. They have a variety of apples, plus peaches, blueberries, pumpkins and probably some others. They also have a gorgeous property that's great to stroll around and enjoy peacefully on a nice day. Plus, there are a few animals to visit (goats and sheep), which the kids always enjoy. Follow them on Facebook for all the updates. Don't forget that they are closed on Saturdays.

I recommend George Hill Orchards!! It was a fantastic day. Apple picking is one of my favorite things to do, and this was my first time at this orchard. You Definitely should check out all the varieties of apples, sweet treats and cider :)

Amazing place to pick apples, pumpkins and other fruits. There are also pigs, goats, and chickens you can see. The shop has amazing pies and the donuts are the best!

Gorgeous family farm. Had the best morning picking delicious blueberries with my son. Great prices and the owners couldn’t be nicer - amazing humans. All in all a great experience - I highly recommend.

Worth the ride to this beautiful location and meticulously cared for orchards and fields. The fruit was tasty and the host family was very helpful. Prices are very reasonable. Great place for the family.

Beautiful apple orchard, nice big sand area with all kinds of toys for the kids to play with!Great little petting farm, goats, pigs ect.Fun picking your own apples. Very sweet women greeted us, helped us with the interactive map. Finished in there small store with hot cider donuts. Saw fresh apple pie that I would have tried, if my wife weren't making a pie when we got home. Will definitely return!

An excellent place to take a family apple picking! Unfortunately, this season's apple crop is not very good due to the weather we've had. I can also say that the blueberry picking earlier in the season was nothing short of awesome, so many to pick and the berries were jumbo!

Wonderful experience pumpkin picking. Loved the down to earth atmosphere and the unusual gourds. The cider donuts were the best I have ever had. I will definitely visit again.

I am not posting this review for the farm as a whole but for one VERY disrespectful employee. We went in this morning on our way home from church to pick up some fresh apple cider donuts. As we went in we told the lady at the front what we wanted and she was very friendly and said hold on let me get Cory. A few minutes later Cory came out and very rudely stated he was not going to make any until later and said “I have stuff I need to do”. His tone was absolutely rude and did not even bother to apologize. The lady at the counter tried to sell us donuts from 3 days ago half price. Although I do appreciate her trying we ended up leaving. We originally wanted to go apple picking here but they were closed on Saturday so we said let’s go to a local farm and then stop in Sunday for some donuts. I know it is just a donut and I will be just fine without them but we were very excited to check the place out and after seeing how Cory treated customers we will not be going here anymore. We were going to try to come next year but his attitude turned away potential customers. I work as a manager in the food service industry and this was just such a disappoint to see people like him treating customers that way. I really hope the managers will see this and handle the situation. I understand what it is like to have stuff you need to do but it should not have been an inconvenience to make the batch of donuts 10 minutes earlier than intended. We would have gladly waited had he just politely said he needed to finish something first.

A great place! Beautiful grounds to stroll through, as you pick fruit. Don't leave without getting some of the apple cider doughnuts! Enjoyable for kids and adults.

The apple cider donuts are the BEST!!! The apples were very picked over this year and hard to find enough to fill our bags. Might have just been everyone out looking for a good socially distant activity though.

Went with a school on a field trip and it was a great experience making apple cider, hay truck ride, scavenger hunt. The apple cider was very good however I have had better cider donuts.

Went blueberry and raspberry picking today. 12 pounds of yummy blueberries and two pints of amazing golden and red raspberries later, had a great time on a beautiful morning. Friendly and helpful staff pointed out the best spots on the map for picking today. Looking forward to revisiting during the fall for apples.

Great fun! Look out for runaway bratty children smashing pumpkins in the orchard. Plenty of tasty apples and family activities.

It's a great orchard to pick fruit at affordable prices. You can drive your car right in and use your own container. The fruit is easy to reach and tastes very good. The only thing is they are closed on Saturday.

They have a delicious variety of PYO fruits - great place to take the little ones - very friendly staff - scenic and quiet. Well worth the trip! Check hours though - they may be closed on Saturdays.

Went apple picking here via a groupon. Was a bit hard to find but had a great time walking through the orchards picking fruit. Staff was helpful in guiding us to the best areas to pick.

Most horrible experience ever!! Purchase a Groupon and while I redeemed it in front of the manager he accused me of already redeeming it and trying to use one that was alread used and was totally rude and out of line! I will never return to this orchard and recommend that others don't completely unprofessional!!!
