Yesterday was my dog's first spa day and we had a great experience! My pup is usually apprehensive about grooming, but I'm confident that those feelings will change after a few more visits to Waggy Tails.Kristen and her team are incredibly professional and hospitable. When I picked my dog up from her spa day, she was blissfully relaxed, and she looked and smelled fantastic.My dog and I are so happy we found Waggy Tails and we look forward to more luxurious spa days in the future!

I am a first time dog mom and I was very nervous about bringing our 6mo old corgi to be groomed for the first time as she can be a bit nippy. Waggy Tails was absolutely wonderful with her and she came out looking and smelling great. We will absolutely be bringing her back.

Kristen and the staff are awesome. All three of our furry kids get groomed here. She takes great pride in doing an awesome job and making sure the dogs are happy and comfortable. She also posts pictures of the happy "kids" after their spa day. A+++

Kristen and her team are FANTASTIC! They truly care about all the dogs they groom. The whole team treats all the dogs as if they were their own. They take the time to make their human clients and their dog clients feel at ease. All the dogs come out smelling and looking amazing! I recommend them to anyone looking for a dog groomer!

Kristen and the WaggyTails girls are the kindest, most compassionate groomers I have ever met. My dogs LOVE their spa days. Every member of the team treat the dogs like they are their own.Kristen and her team are incredibly professional and always point out areas of concern if they are worried about the health of our dogs. She has noticed skin things that I myself have not noticed and always let me know when I should let my vet know so I can make sure my babies are healthy. I’m so appreciative of this.The WaggyTails team works seamlessly together to ensure that my dogs are properly cared for and done at the designated time. I love how much they love my babies. Dogs are their world and they are so loving and amazing. 10/10 highly recommend

The team at Waggy Tails is truly amazing. My 9 year old Puggle Lola has been groomed by Kristen her entire life. I couldn't imagine bringing her somewhere else. They have supported me through Lola's 2 surgeries and her recovery. I am so grateful for their kindness, innovative approach to care and their attention to detail.

I will start this review by saying the owner, Kristen, is an excellent groomer. However, that’s where my positive review stops. You would think that would be enough, but unfortunately she is not a people person, she is rude, and I have come to the conclusion that you can’t have one without the other, especially when working with the public. MY ADVICE IS DO NOT SETTLE! She made me and others feel like horrible dog parents, always telling me everything that was wrong with my dog when I brought her in (i.e. matted paws or tail, ears were dirty, muzzle was crusty, etc.) This is why I brought her to Waggy Tails every four weeks, so that I didn’t have to groom her myself, as my pup did not like me to brush or bathe her. I didn't need to hear what horrible shape she was in when she arrived. Kristen and I had a love-hate relationship for four years, and a month ago she terminated that relationship because I asked her if she was the one still grooming my girl. Why did I ask? Because I started noticing inconsistencies with her grooms. (i.e. missed a spot under her chin, spot missed on her leg, hair cut too short on her nose, etc.) Kristen informed me that she was not the one grooming my dog all the time. I was taken aback because when I started with her four years ago I told her I didn’t want anyone else grooming my dog (compliment to her), and I was never informed that she had delegated the grooming responsibility to others. I was subsequently told that she could no longer guarantee the grooming would be done by her. To me that is like going to your hair salon and being assigned a random stylist even though you have a favorite. Am I picky? Yes. I only have the one dog, a labradoodle, who I absolutely spoil and want her to look her best, and Kristen always did an amazing job. But if you point out one flaw or give ANY type of constructive criticism, Kristen immediately gets defensive, rude, and unprofessional. She takes it as a personal attack, hence why she terminated our relationship. The last time I called her, I couldn’t have been more kind and complementary about her grooming skills, but she replied with, “I don’t think I’m comfortable having Waggy Tails grooming your dog any longer,” and “I have lost so much sleep over you,” all because I told her I noticed inconsistencies and asked for her to be the only groomer to groom my girl. I will be honest, I was worried about finding a new groomer since Waggy Tails has been the only groomer my pup has gone to, but I have now found someone new who did an amazing job; they are kind, not confrontational, and they listened to what I wanted. They are flexible (which Waggy Tails is not), and so much cheaper too. My reason for writing this review is to tell you not to settle. You may think you have to put up with being treated with rudeness because you won’t find another groomer, but don’t settle and don’t let anyone treat you with disrespect; there are definitely others fantastic groomers out there.

First time at Waggy Tails with my 13 year old Lab. I wish I had found this spa sooner! This was the first time my furbaby did not tremble or shake when being dropped off. She looks amazing and her coat has never looked better. Thank you Kristen!

Don’t go here !!!!! Honestly fake people. Pretend to love and care for your pet until you drop them off. My dog hated going and acted strange each time after picking him up. Several days later he would start acting normal again.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE .... If you care for your fur baby !!!!!!!
