This is the only Walgreens I have been to that every visit for the past 2 years, there is a consistent 5 person minimum long line to checkout. Seriously see if there is some sort of streamlining for the check out process.

I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes, so staff can look see if they had a product. No one ever came back to the phone. So I called. I talked with a different person who told me the product was out of stock. I said are you sure on line says it is in stock, He then said we just sold the last one.. I asked him are you sure you know what I am looking for because I didn't talk with you. . He hung up on meback to this store. VERY POOR SERVICE

The most expensive Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Crazy prices. Dry shampoo for $18? I can get 4 bottles for the same price on Amazon. Robbery. Zero stars

I’m not a big fan of Walgreens corporate. When they took the E Broadway store over from Rite Aid they phased out the 20% discount, replacing it with a lot of happy talk and spin about savings which amounted to a small fraction of that. Lots of turnover except for a nice, loyal employee who’s been there through Osco, Brooks, Rite Aid and now Walgreens. One other employee who goes back some, but that’s it. Some of the ones who’ve come and gone and some of the current ones have been/are better than others. It runs the gamut; some awful, some good and many others in between. But lots and lots of turnover. I also hear from reliable sources that corporate treats their pharmacists pretty shabbily.

This Walgreens deserves a zero. USE ANY OTHER PHARMACY. They NEVER pick up the phone - today I was on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes, over several calls. I was hung up on three times, and TWICE was connected with OTHER PATIENTS WAITING ON HOLD. Outrageous & extremely frustrating. Not to mention a violation of patient privacy.It's also, frankly, inexcusable that a *pharmacy* does not answer the phone. This has been a problem for a long time (see other reviews from over the years). I'm sure the owner will comment that my "experience will be shared with leadership" ... but I'm certain nothing will change.Choose ANY other pharmacy for your prescriptions - even if it's less "convenient" in terms of location. You may have to travel a bit further but you'll save hours of waiting on hold or in line.I miss Rite Aid.

The pharmacists are putting effort and trying to do their best. My medicine was out of stock but they made sure I get it asap and offered me few options. After reading all those bad reviews tried to put myself into their shoes.

Based on these other reviews maybe I am out of the loop but as far as the pharmacy staff goes, they have been above and beyond, EXTREMELY helpful. The pharmacist helped me when others had given me an issue filling my script w complicated surrounding circumstances. Much better than the CVS closer to my house. They are quick, nice and have been great!

They are overstaffed in back, and just have one pharmacist handling customers. They move slowly, are disrespectful and make it abundantly clear that they don’t care.As I was writing this, an employee walked by the 13 person line wrapped along the whole wall and said “sheeeesh!”If I had a high school kid, I wouldn’t let them work here because they might absorb bad habits from this cesspool of incompetence.

Fill your prescriptions elsewhere!!!! I waited on hold for a total of 4 hours yesterday and the call was dropped 3 times. Finally just went in to the pharmacy and ended up waiting 2 more hours with no real communication as to whether or not they’d be filling my prescription. Rude pharmacy staff, and I wasn’t the only person there with issues filling my prescription. One girl had been without her meds for two weeks! Go somewhere else.

I showed up tonight at 830 for a Perscription that was sent at 630 and the pharmacist told me he couldn’t fill it because he had other things to do before he closed at 9. So I tried to pick up my other one that’s been filled for weeks and he told me no and to come back tomorrow because he didn’t have the time (even tho it’s filled!?!!?). If the pharmacy closes at 9 then it closes at 9, not when you feel like you want to stop working!! Extremely rude and unprofessional!! Can’t wait to go back tomorrow and wait in a 45 minute line again

I ordered for pick up and my order wasn’t ready, I went in a hurry and ask if it was possible to cancel the order so I can just buy the products and leave, usually Walgreens employees are rude but Tamara was the nicest, helpful and respectful person that I have ever met in my history with Walgreens.

System approves a refill request with a specified time. Not once has my Rx been filled by said time. Pharmacy Staff is rude and frazzled. Overheard the pharmacist tell the Tech "tell them I'm not here" referring to an upset customer. Would not refill my Rx even though the system processed it. I'm giving two stars because the manager at the store side was very helpful and understanding of my frustration. Store is great, pharmacy not so much.

Agree with others. On hold over an hour to make sure scrip ready before I head over. Have tried calling three times so far. Was told yesterday it would be ready after 345p today. Now can't reach anyone to verify

Has improved a lot recently. Have interacted with the new head pharmacist here on multiple occasions and he clearly cares a lot about his work. Not perfect but way better than the local CVS.

I'm not sure what is going on with the pharmacy IT system but every time I call I end up on hold and then it gets dropped. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a prescription and when I call to check the status, the robot tells me it will be back in stock "tomorrow," for 2 weeks straight. I finally called the store and had to BEG the person on the phone to bring my name and number to the pharmacy. He instead transferred me and the call finally went through. After shuffling around for a few minutes, it turns out the store DID in fact have the prescription in stock. I would have loved to go in the store in person, but I have been quarantining due to COVID. Like many others, we rely on these systems to be functioning properly. Luckily I can go without my prescription for some time but imagine if I couldn't?

This pharmacy takes incompetence to a new level. They don’t pick up the phone, when they do (expect to wait 45mins+ for even a simple yes or no let alone something remotely complex) they tell you the wrong information, and when you finally show up you can expect to learn that nothing the prior person told you was remotely true. Unbelievable they are in charge of something this crucial.

Usually a good place if you would like to pick up one or two small items, prescriptions can take a while to receive however. Waiting in their small waiting area can get headache-inducing. Most of the staff seem like they don't want to be there, not all the staff are like this, but majority are.

Listen Up HERE Ok, I'm 69 Young year's old and I use a walker to get around and I have Other issues with my health, please no disrespect here but I truly don't Care for the CVS on Broadway Anymore What so Ever😵💫😠😠I had a VERY Bad experience there over 2 years ago which almost brought me to my Knees in Tear's to where I almost Lost IT I truly hate it There they can't get Any One to work full time in the pharmacy at ALL even down front as well, I'm not going to get into what happened 💙 But I know DAMN well a lot of people know exactly what I'm talking about ex I would walk to Walgreens back and forth every day Before I'd ever Go back to CVS again, Thank goodness for this Walgreens because they are so amazing and helpful 💯💯👊❤️

This Walgreens is actually pretty good. it's fairly clean, the staff seem pretty nice, and they have a pretty good selection. I was quickly and easily able to get a passport photo here. However, the margins are crazy on these photos - $14.99 + tax! Nice! Good for them!But be very careful watch out for the tow truck trolls circling like vultures in the parking lot! I saw a guy trolling around and taking pictures of all the cars in the parking lot looking to try to see if he could tow somebody away he was been there too long or not a customer. These guys are the leeches of society. WATCH OUT!

Shopped here, it was fine. I thought I had an hour to park, as posted, but this RiteAid has a contract with a sleazy towing company that takes your car and needs a cash payment to get it back. I was a happy customer but now I'll just go to Stop&Shop.

Worse costumer service ever, they not doing enough how in the worth you can not enter the digits of a card when the card reader is having issues I went to this place they had very degrading treatment and almost got kicked out when I was very respectful to the stuff, I used the same card right before going into this place and right after with ZERO issues.

Went in mid-day to grab some essentials. Only one of the workers was wearing their mask properly. Almost all employees wore their mask under their nose or slung around their chins. Convenient location, but will not be returning.

If you’re reading this review, you’ve probably read the others, and by now, you’re forming your own opinion that this pharmacy is terrible. Prescriptions are never filled on time, you need to escalate issues up to a manager to get anything done. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

Store is abysmal,I thought Rite Aid was bad! Poorly laid out, shelves often half empty, limited selection, never enough clerks up front. Staff poorly trained, I'll walk down to the CVS W. B'Way or stop in the one on Seaport Blvd.

I went on this Walgreens couple weeks ago and I was surprised by the hospitality of this lovely lady named Natasha, I am old and I was having trouble finding a product but she helped me and was really nice. Overall it's a really experienced staff and I would recommend everyone to visit this location.

You'd think you were in a 3rd world nation going to this pharmacy.. IT systems are miserable, call wait times over 30 min everytime I've called in. Long in-store wait lines. I'd drive an hour out of my way to avoid this pharmacy

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. There is always a long line and never enough staff working. The staff who are working are generally slow and unhelpful. Save yourself the frustration and fill your prescriptions elsewhere.
