Been like this for an hr. The car that's been in the drive thru window been there for 30mins. Last week, they bumped out because my med wasn't filled, they told me to go around the building again and it should be ready, because there was a line behind me makes sense but tonite ridiculous.. I understand short staffed but if the meds not ready they gotta move the line like they did to me last week. My sister dropped a prescription off at 4:15pm for my mom and they said can you come back give us 2hrs... I gave 3hrs and they still processing it.. this place is a joke.

If I could give no stars I would! Such an unfortunate event with rite aide closing! The staff at the Walgreens pharmacy were some what decent at first, even with the crazy transfer mess! Now, they are rude, hang up on you, and completely incompetent. They suggest not being on certain medications. They refuse to sign work releases for COVID vaccine. I was on the phone 5 minutes ago after waiting 20 min for an answer and was hung up on mid conversation. I have been waiting for a medication since March 13th. They have no regard of care for the people who live in this small community of Somerset! It’s no wonder the staff is a revolving door!

Terrible pharmacy. Usually only one person working the pharmacy counter, and good luck trying to get their attention. Even if it's a simple pickup, you'd better set aside a good hour or so, and God help you if there's a line. They either need to hire more pharmacy techs, or train the ones there to prioritize helping customers.

The worst pharmacy İ have ever been dealing with, İ brought them 2 paper prescription last week on Friday İ called them this week concerning about it, the pharmacist carelessly responded he lost the prescription, and when İ told him this is unprofessional he didn't even care or bother , he is asking me questions he already have it in the system and instead of resolving the issue he hungged up on me. Sweet I will never deal with this suck place there service are bad and including rasist people. No ethical place, very rude people، move my prescriptions to another pharmacy, any ways they lost a customer

Yesterday I went to Walgreens to pick up a prescription for my sick kid. There was no line, but I still had to wait for the three techs to finish their personal conversation before anyone meandered over. She then determined that despite the pharmacist telling me it would be ready within the hour, that no one had processed it yet—“it had just been faxed over”. The doctor had called it in. I explained I had my sick kid in the car, she did not care. I expressed my frustration at this, then waited the 20 minutes, then another 20 minutes in line at the drive thru. Then, while cleaning up from a COVID test, the workers had a wonderful conversation about how… let’s go with unpleasant… I am, all while the drive thru speaker was on. So I heard all of it. The woman working the drive thru half-heartedly apologized, but the lack of professionalism and laziness I witnessed yesterday was appalling.

Personally, this is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to laziest staff. Nobody wants to do nothing. They tell you they have no propane when they fully have a container, full laziness, laziness laziness, and the management needs to be aware of this.

I can't understand why the pharmacy takes to so long to help people. I waited in the drive thru for over 45 minutes and there was only 1 car ahead of me. Going inside is just as long at times. Has to be the worse pharmacy I ever had to deal with.

Moved to Somerset a couple of years ago from Fall River. For years I used the rite aid on South main Street downtown. Finally I transferred to Walgreens seeing as though it's right down the street & they got a drive-thru. I thought it would be faster & convenient. Boy was I mistaken ! This is got to be the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced by far. Totally unorganized & slow as molasses. Spent 45 minutes in their drive-thru one time, and I was just picking up ! I would have went in , but I had my three-year-old and she's a monster in the stores. This place makes me want to go back & deal with the line of junkies that hang out in front of the rite aid on South main Street. This Walgreens needs corporate to come in & clean house desperately ! Others have had problem with the front of the house, but I honestly can't say that I have. My experience with the front of the house has been great staff has been respectful and very helpful. My gripe is strictly with their pharmacy. They're not even worth the one star that I gave them ,but you got to give him something. So there it is. 👎🏼🤕👎🏼

Get notified of an issue with my insurance and try to call for 2 hours straight without being able to get through. Get there in person and they tell me my insurance needs a note from my doctor which I can’t get since they’re closed now because this pharmacy wouldn’t answer the phone for TWO WHOLE HOURS. Now I have to pay out of pocket because I can’t go the whole weekend without my medication. They don’t even sound the least bit sympathetic that they just cost me a lot of money unnecessarily. What a garbage pharmacy filled lazy, uncaring staff. I’d rate zero stars if I could.

I have been coming here since Rite Aide closed. The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing. I have switched all scripts to CVS Caremark, with the exception of a few which are in process of being changed to another pharmacy. The lack of communication between customers and staff is awful. I can not and will not continue to do business with Walgreens in any manner. Also if you contact corporate they totally ignore us.

Do not use the photo printing department, they will absolutely waste your time. I ordered 2 photos to be picked up, gave them an extra hour of time to get it done, when I arrived they told me they are not able to do it. Those people are completely useless.

This review is about the business in general, not the people working there. Walgreens is a joke. The upper management seem to have no idea what they are doing. Whoever the pharmacy manager is should learn some organization skills, and team management. They have to stop using COVID as an excuse for long lines, staff shortages, delays in acquiring medicines, never answering the phones, etc. Nothing will be remedied over the short term. They need to start treating their employees better, and in turn their customers. The general store side of the business runs well.

Ongoing issue where the pharmacy staff doesn’t know how phones work. Get alerted that you need to call them at the same time they’re on lunch so you can’t call. Then when you call you sit on hold for a half hour, someone finally picks up only to put you on hold, then it times out and hangs up on you. Repeat this process several times until you either finally talk to someone or just go there in person. Now your in person visit takes longer because they wouldn’t just answer the phone.

Horrible. The staff is incompetent the whole system is a joke.I’ve been waiting for a prescription to get filled for three days. Each time they say they have lost or never received the prescription. I had dropped off an actual paper prescription and each time they say will be ready in a couple hours three days later and I’m still without steroids for pneumonia from battling Covid. HORRIBLE will never ever come to this pharmacy ever again.

Just left the store. It was a very hostile environment. The young girl at the front desk was just trying to do her job and was twice rebuked by an elder worker in a very unprofessional and unkind manner. This elder worker also could not find my photo order because there was an error on the name. I offered to give her the order number three times and she refused each time. Her frustration level rose because she could not find my order to the point where she had to ask someone else to assist her Her frustration level rose because she could not find my order to the point where she had to ask someone else to assist her. The error on the name would not have been an issue if she had simply taken my order number and looked it up in that manner. Lastly, her face mask was down to her chin. When I brought it to her attention instead of apologizing and simply putting it back on, she gave me a snarky response. I usually shop at CVS but decided to try Walgreens today. I will not be back. I’ve never had such a horrible experience at CVS

I’ve been going here for years. Everyone is friendly. They remember my name, ask about my children, they are very kind. With Rite Aid closing looks like a lot of new hires, and they are obviously a lot busier. Instead of everyone complaining, I think our town should let the new staff get use to their new roles, especially in the pharmacy. You are doing a great job 👍🏽

SLOW as molasses. The quality of service has been depleting ever since Rite Aide has closed and they have had an abundance of new pharmacy customers. It is obvious that despite all their new hires, they still are lacking efficiency. While rushing around without order, errors are being made more than they would like to admit. Some of the new hires lack helpfulness and come across as condescending, after inquiring with a question I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience. IT’S NOT WHAT YOU SAY BUT HOW YOU SAY IT.

Don’t go here for the vaccine. Took my daughter here for her shots. So unorganized and slow. Waiting half hour both times. Myself and other family members had much more efficient process through other facilities. This feels like chaos. The lack of caring for my time is evident. Go to Gillette....or literally anywhere else.

Covid vaccine searches BEWARE? 1 star because you can't give zero. Worked fir 2 weeks to make an appointment for my wife who has 3 comorbidities to get a covid vaccine. She shiws up, and They turned her away because even though we filled in all her information, I made the appointment for her and she didn't. Even though they now have an opening they REFUSED to give it to her. Shame on you walgreens. If she gets sick expext to hear from our attorney. Go somewhere else for Covid vaccinations.

Absolute terrible pharmacy. It will take you at least an hour to pick up a prescription (inside or outside) every single time…and that’s if they even have it ready. This place is so poorly managed it’s a shame. If there is a Jon Taffer for Pharmacies, Walgreens needs to hire them immediately.

Had to go far a covid shot. Arrived at the time they said . 15 min after appointment time they gave paper work to fill out. Then 10 more minutes after got called in to get the shot .so if you have an hour to kill. Get your vaccine shot here.

Military veterans don't go for the past 2 years I have been giving a discount moron Walgreens products a little less name brand products today when I went not only did I have to go back twice so they could fix there are errors that they blamed me for because they ringing up wrong but I was told that I didn't deserve the discount but she would give me a little bit anyways but everybody for the past two years the 50 or 60 times I've been there what's wrongeven though is substantially less than what they've given me just to be happy with what I get the worst part is Will stop & shop on strike there's not many places to go because I'll never go back
