I recently ordered shower doors from online and the order was back ordered but yet I received the automated email that they were on their way to the store. After waiting several weeks I called the Home Depot store in Somerset and Macayla was so helpful. She called the distributor to see where the doors were and that’s when we discovered they were still at the factory. She felt so bad and hoped I found similar doors in stock. To my surprise she called me to let me know that she found some and at an even better price. I agreed to the new doors so she cancelled my order and reordered these for me over the phone. The new doors arrived at the store in 4 days and she personally called me to let me know they arrived even though the automated email notified me of this. Employees like this don’t come around too often. I appreciate her willingness to resolve the issue and follow up with me when she didn’t really have too. Thank you Macayla U. 😊

Home depot is always the same no matter what city state or country prices vary but not that much so always dependable place for a guy out of town working or a family guy doing home improvement project you will mot likely find whatever you need

I would not frequent this store if were not for it's very convenient location. I've lost count of the number of times orange vested employees were gathered together chatting up their personal lives while I stood by with unanswered questions or needs. I SHOULD NOT need to interrupt them to get help. It's chronic here and my last review with this same observation was never acknowledged. I'll drive to ANY Lowes if I have time. The inmates are running this Asylum. Shame.

Minimal customer service skills. Still waiting for Cindy to come back from her lunch break 45 minutes later. The one person who tried to help me told me they don't take doors off refrigerators to get them in the house. Okay, then I will go spend my money with Lowes or Best Buy who will take doors off to deliver my product.

I have spent over 15,000$ in the last 5 years here. Recently bought a washer and dryer. They arrived missing the leveling legs on pedestools. The installers also damaged alot of our floors. Home Depot has a 48 hour return policy. All the issues were reported in the first 10 minutes. Each time I have called to rectify the issue I am transferred from one person to the next. The fill in manager Mike was nice but never followed thru. Now each time I call I am put thru to voicemail and ignored. Complete disregard. Attached you will see photos of the units without legs attached and damage done to floors etc. avoid Home Depot. The installers did not install properly, nothing was leveled since no legs, nothing was tested to work etc. The fact they wont even discuss over the phone is saddening.

If I could give a zero I would. Every order I did either on line or in store had an issue. They expect you to wait days beyond the expected delivery date and then say “there is nothing we can do”All items ordered for kitchen remodel were damaged when they came in.Special order door came in damaged again “nothing we can do to get it to you faster”. All the Managers are useless that I have dealt with.Will go to Lowe’s for all needs going forward.

Home depot isn't bad... The devil you know... They had what I needed. CONVIENENCE IS A HUGE FACTOR! Staff is friendly not always very helpful but they try.. Best bet is to hit the website, make sure the item you want is in stock... at the store you want , note the aisle and bay the item is in, then run in and outta there as fast as you can.! Haha

At first I was impressed with the outside. Everything was clean and in order . The presentation of the outdoor selection was very tidy.The placement of the machinery was better than what you see at a big name local car lot.I also noticed the beautiful healthy looking plants on the garden/landscape side. Looked to me like a huge variety of choices.Again, very well organized and tidy rows of bloom are satisfying.It was near closing time when I entered. It was still busy with activity. The stocking had begun and a remodel in the paint department was underway. None of which affected my navigation.I've always paid attention to the grandoire of big box stores.It's simply amazing to see such a large spread. Which for some, is an overwhelming amount of stuff to take in at once. I always stop in the entrance and have a look around before darting off to get what I came for. As an American we are use to seeing such and never give it much thought. Some of the finest products in the world are right in front of me. In my opinion , Home Depot is an excellent example of how good we actually have it as Americans.This Home Depot looked cared for and appeared newer looking. All the overhead signage was helpful and the placement was spot on. Every associate I spoke with was knowledgeable about his department and where to find stuff. I had questions and I got the answers. Which was really helpful in making my selection. Literally a sea of products to choose from.Don't hesitate to ask for help.Overall this Home Depot was everything it should be. The big boss would be proud and the stakeholders confident , indeed they strive for excellence at this location.

Over the past year this home Depot has suffered from logistical supply chain issues. I went for to this home Depot for 6 items yesterday. 5 of the six items they were out of and the 6th item I had was told I had to wait 2 hours for them to get down, cause their lift truck operator doesn't come in till 10 am. Seems like the store manager should be able to drive all lifts so that stuff that is up high can always be obtained for purchase, but this was not the case as this particular store manager doesn't have his lift license... Also this store can never find my purchases in their system for returns... The people at the pro desk, plumbing and paint, have worked there a long time and are diligent workers, this particular stores's saving grace.

Worst Home Depot for any handicapped person needing parking, electric carts, then once inside after walking to exit to get electric wheelchairs to enter store by entrance. Once inside having to traverse around pallets piled with items too high for person in chair to see, handle. Then trying to negotiate isles is impossible either VT store closing rows or goods in way. When checking out, always self check out, no offer to accommodate loading into car. 3 or 4 salespeople talking at exit. Other Home Depots little better.

Poor customer service. Workers are disinterested in helping answer questions, and when you finally get one willing to talk to you, they have zero baseline knowledge that you would expect of a hardware store. From what staff say, management is absent, and it shows in employee training and attitudes!

Was quickly in and out for an air conditioner. Staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. Aisles were clean and pricing was very clearly labeled. This is definitely going to be my go-to Home Depot moving forward.

Very poor customer service from the Manager of the return department on this day 8/27/23 at 1:30 on this Sunday I went to return a drill that was not opened . I purchased it on the Saturday the day before . Upon entering this home Depot the return department is not mocked off so I missed the entrance I seen an exit sign upon seeing this sign I realized I must have missed the entrance and turned back. Now mind you I'm doing this all in front of the workers that are standing right there at The door they see me come in But for some reason this manager with a super inflated head loves her position of corporate power decided to take it upon herself to call to see if I took this drill that is in a locked case from in the store another words she was calling me a thief to my face and it's against my religion to steal it's also against my religion to be gay but I believe one of us was guilty of that but back to the receipt I had and the box unopened she was stating she was doing her job and I told her she was going above and beyond to make my day longer she was using her power of manager to call the camera guy cuz my receipt and the box should be all that she needs to complete the return the box has a serial number same ones on the receipt this lgbtq manager needs to have her customer service browser updated she looked miserable and lonely and relished her corporate authority acting like she owns the store I pray to my God which is Jesus's father Yahweh through Jesus she gets replaced she's such a joke. And I could tell people were pressured to interact with her because upon appearance nobody would want to willingly. she was dead inside and wanted to spread her negativity. Not one of my Gods people

Worst customer service ever! Called with an appliance issue and immediately I got an attitude saying "WARANTY" as if she was talking to an automated system. Then told me she had to help the customer she was with. "Put me on hold" but didn't. I could tell you the person's name, order number, billing address, delivery address, oh it gets better their CREDIT CARD NUMBER. She didn't realize I understand Spanish so if I was a corrupt person I could have stolen their identity. Totally not professional nor do I feel safe ever order the remaining appliances and flooring I need to for my house.

Kaitlin from tool rental was awesome! The system messed up my reservation for a truck rental. She went above and beyond to correct the problem and was extremely helpful and courteous. Im a small business owner and customer service means a lot to me. I will always continue to give my business to this particular home depot and will DEFINITELY recommend it to others! Thanks so much. The store usually gives me hives, but overall is okay. Inventory is often unkempt and missing completely. One has to wonder who maintains it(:-/). Employees rarely interact with customers in a proactive way ("Can I help you find something?") like they do at their main competitor. No beef over our satisfaction with most purchases.
