There aren’t enough words to describe how grateful I am for all the staff over at Spinnaker Vet. It all started back in 2020 when my tuukka was sick and no other clinic wanted to accept new patients except this one! Since then, both of my cats have had the best experiences at this office. Dr. Fleming is truly wonderful, and so are the rest of the staff. My cat Fatima had surgery today and I knew she was in the best of hands, and that I had nothing to worry about! Every time I have called, the receptionists are always so pleasant, professional and comforting, I couldn’t recommend a better place to anyone who is looking for a heart warming, caring, educated, friendly, supportive, understanding group of individuals who actually put animals first to care for your pets!

They are the absolute best of the best. I truly could go on and on about how unbelievably wonderful Dr. Fleming and her team are. I have a highly allergic pup whom unfortunately requires a ton of maintenance and is always dealing with something or other and they’ve just been so patient, so kind, so accommodating and so understanding, not only with my pet but also with me. I’ll forever be indebted to and grateful for these hard working, amazing people.

I recently brought my cat Zoe in for a sick visit. As always, Dr. Fleming answered all of my questions and spent extra time explaining things to me. The tech was very helpful and good with Zoe. And whenever I spoke with Courtney on the phone, she was always so pleasant and genuinely concerned. I would highly recommend Spinnaker to anyone looking for a veterinary clinic.

Cannot recommend Spinnaker enough. The care they gave me and my Rudy during such a difficult time was all I could ask for. They also care for my friends pack. I have personally witnessed Dr. Fleming call well after hours to check on my friends dog who was having GI issues leading into a weekend. Tracy and the rest of the support staff are amazing. Incredibly thorough and calming in times of stress. Please, whatever you do, have your animals seen by this team! Spinnaker team, thank you, again ♥️

Always a friendly experience when I go in with my dogs. They're helpful, not looking to overcharge you for things you don't need and they're truly empathetic to your animals needs.Appointments can be made easily and usually quickly.

I have brought pets to Dr. Fleming for six years and they always receive excellent care from her and the vet tech staff. Everything is explained in detail and options are discussed with me. The reception and appointment station have the most efficient and helpful workers. The waiting area and exam rooms are spotless. My latest dog Richard is a handful but the staff are great with him and know him well.

Spinnaker gave me an emergency appointment when my long-term vet could not. They were highly professional and courteous on the phone. They were highly recommended from friends and I was not disappointed. When I found out my cat was terminal, they treated me with compassion. I even received a personal call back from the vet expressing condolences for the loss of my pet. When I adopted a new kitten, they gave me an appointment within a few days. Another plus is that they accept personal check which is something many vets no longer do.

If you are looking for the best care and expertise for your pets, Spinnaker should be your only choice. I've been going to Spinnaker since a very young age, with my first pet to see Dr. Lunig. He gave exceptional care and I'll always be forever grateful to him.That was over 30 years ago! He has retired, and now I see Dr. Fleming. My dogs are like children to me, and I would only trust Dr. Fleming and her staff to keep my fur babies in the best health. Dr. Fleming is brilliant and truly cares for your pets. She goes above and beyond to make sure your pet is her top priority. From the doctor, front desk staff, and the technicians, you will not find a more caring and compassionate group of incredible people.

We’ve brought our cats and dog here for many years, and they have never once failed to be wonderful. The people working here are efficient and compassionate. They offer great service, communication, and care. They have many times pointed us in the right direction when we have questions, and we have never felt like an inconvenience when we’ve called with those questions.I’ve heard complaints from others in town that Spinnaker is pricier than other vets. My response to that is that you often get what you pay for. I prefer Spinnaker for their exceptional level of care and attention, and I enjoy supporting a local business that seems to pay and treat their staff well. They’re incredibly accommodating and have handled the Covid shift in business practices with a high-level attention to detail that I can only appreciate.

I have been going here since rescuing my pup 5 years ago. I never experienced such kindness and love for animal. Dr Fleming is amazing and Dr Lunig was amazing when my new pup had surgery that didn’t go so well. Everyone in that office was and is amazing. I’m so happy to have them for my pup. Best vet office ever.

I have been to spinnaker a handful of times with my pup who has some health issues. They have been nothing but sweet and kind. They listen to all my concerns and take the time to hear me out. I LOVE the staff and the doctors here. I would highly recommend them to anyone.I wanted to come back on here to say if I could give this vet 5 more stars I would. Recently my pets have been getting sick. Back to back. And sadly our oldest cat was diagnosed with cancer.. I have never had to make such a difficult decision. Dr. Fleming and her wonderful staff were the sweetest and kindest most patient staff during this difficult time. They reassured and comforted me and went through the entire process patiently. I left feeling more at peace than guilt because if it.They were always checking in and texting to see updates when others were sick.I love spinnaker and will continue to recommend them ❤️

We also think the world of Tracey who is always so patient helpful and accommodating no matter how much we call (we have a lot of fur babies). I will NEVER bring my kids to anyone else. The entire Spinnaker team is amazing. My (sometimes) reactive and very nervous dog Decker is always shown so much love. I'm so grateful that he's in such good hands especially during times when he has to go in alone! He's given all the good love and cuddles and I know he's safe! Staff/doctors are so nice! Switched to this vet from another one, only complaint is they are pricey but it's worth it to pay more and get the better service for my fur babies & know they're in good hands. They send helpful reminders when your pets due, they send great deals frequently for their website to purchase needs. Such as 30% off bulk packs of heartgaurd which is awesome cause that's expensive in itself so i was able to stock up through them cheaper than chewy which is what I'd normally use but this vet runs better deals for chewy products here and there.

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr.Flemming! She is so knowledgeable and compassionate. They are incredibly responsive to problems and questions, and spend a lot of time with each patient unlike other practices we have experienced where the vet tries to get in and out in 5 minutes. My family has been a client of Spinnaker Veterinary Clinic for approximately 30 years. They have always taken great care of my cats, both during healthy visits and emergency visits. Today's visit was a little different due to Covid-19 restrictions in place, but the care of my cat was the same. The health and safety of the staff and clients is extremely important so curbside drop-off/pickup worked very well.

Update: June 21, 2021-Another year has passed, and I am still just as pleased with Spinnaker as ever! I brought my now 2 year old dog in for her annual exam last Friday-excellent service from your staff and Dr. Fleming. Thank you so very much for taking such good care of my best fur-friend❣️KMI am so pleased with the quality of care and professionalism of this clinic. I have brought my 15 yr old vizsla and 14 yr old Weimaraner here for evaluation and treatment recently. I and my dogs have been treated with dignity and respect, and I feel I have been given the best possible information to make decisions regarding their health. Thank you Spinnaker for your continued treatment, support and guidance during this very trying time!!I now have an 8 month old puppy I am bringing to Spinnaker for her check ups and vaccinations. All through this trying time of COVID restrictions I have received nothing but excellent care and treatment! Everyone I have contact with is kind, professional and knowledgeable.
