I visit this store mutiple times in a month. I'm a handy person and so this Home Depot close to my home is may frequent shopping place to make updates inside my home. I find everything that I need here and with competitive pricing. I find all the employees are pleasant and go above and beyond to help the customers. I made friends with many of them as I visit often. Overall, a great place to shop for home improvements.

Home Depot is always good. Whichever city we go, it looks and feels same . Loved this one . Wasn’t as crowded and we got quick help. Garden center was good . We got sand , bricks etc and there was a sales personnel there who could help us . Quick billing and good customer service overall. Lots of parking available outside .. Thumbs up. 👍

Went for an hardwood floor estimate and had a bad experience. Other experiences are good overall with helpful staff. Neatly maintained store. Awesome collection. All questions are usually answered. Would definitely go back for more shopping of plants and general household supplies.

I just went here last week, and these guys have turned the corner on customer service. I've been there in the past; and customer service was no where near the great level it is now. In fact the experience I had was the best I’ve ever got at any Home Depot. I’ve renovated houses for over 40 years, so I’ve been to many Home Depots in my days, so I have the experience and the wounds to prove it. LOLWhen I called to get some faux wood blinds I was transferred (by cheerful person) to the curtain department. Natalie in curtains and shades answered the phone. Natalie was also very happy to help me. I told her what I needed, and she let me know that she had them in stock and she would cut the width for me. I asked her if they would cut the length, she explained that they don't, but she reassured me it’s very ez and she’d me video on how to remove the extra slats. The vidoes was very straight forward and ez to follow.I drove down there from Marlborough and met Natalie while she was helping another customer. She explained to the other customer and myself that she has a way to help us both at the same time. We both agreed that would be fine. She was amazing . She had no problem cutting the blinds in 5 minutes, and then she had me watch the video while she helped the other customer. We were both very happy. The checkout was a pleasure too. When I got home; I installed the blinds and it was a perfect fit. Please don’t lose Natalie; she’s a gem for you guys; and kudos to all of you for improving the customer service.

This one compared to the one in Worcester is like night and day. This one is always clean and well organized. Things are where the web site say they are. The people that work here are alot more helpful. The on in worcester always says they have an item in store, you get there and the shelf is empty, when you ask someone for help they say "yeah that's been out for a while now. Not sure when we will get more."The wood at this location is actually decent. There are warped pieces like every other but I feel like they have more straight pieces then any other. I drive the extra 20 minutes to this one when I need something, rather then waste time at the worcester one.

We purchased an LG stove and there was a gas leak within 2 weeks. We paid for the Plummer and now that we exchanged it for new one we had th pay the Plummer 400$ twice so 800$ total. Home Depot and LG refused to compensate the costs even though it’s clearly not our fault and it’s theirs. I’m so upset and never will purchase with Home Depot again

To save time I went online to rent a van and the website said there were 2 vans available to rent but no matter what day or time I chose the response was unavailable so I drove down to Home Depot in Shrewsbury and met Deb in the rental department and she couldn’t have been nicer. She made sure I knew where the gas tank was to refill after use and went thru all the ins and outs of renting and the time frame. She made it seem less and with a smile. Great customer service . Went to buy a washer and dryer today and got the BEST SERVICE.. Zia was truly great. He made me feel as he was purchasing for his kids and wouldn't let anyone take advantage.

Horrible customer service at the Shrewsbury Home Depot. Custom ordering is a nightmare. My custom door order has been pending since March which is almost 8 months with several issues - wrong door, incorrect measurements, etc. Michelle, the Custom Order Specialist is the worst!

It was 5 minutes before 0600 ET and Snow was already on the ground and the parking lot already needed a pass through from a snowplow - and as perfectly timed as it could have been a plow had done a lap or two at around quarter of 6. The snow was coming down heavy and fierce but the plowing from 10 minutes before really helped the last few employees safely park and enter the building and then allowed for the few of us customers to wait patiently in a safely lit clear sidewalk. That’s what I want to focus this review on. Because honestly, Home Depot will always have folks working, and customers shopping and people will fine the good and the bad in those situations. So I wanted to highlight the variable of the snowstorm and give Home Depot 5 stars. Thanks for being open and keeping it safe !

Your carts, your lot, your liability. It used to be one of the better stores, but over the years the quality and CS have eroded.Might amend if their position changes, but so far not up to a good start. Clearly, not looking to provide a solution but rather to downplay the problem: After a few minutes in the store, we get back to the car and see a shopping cart was rammed into our door, leaving three dents and orange paint scratches all over. We ask to speak to the manager. Without clarifying that he is the manager, Roy, inertly says that all he "can do is to take an incident report but those usually don't go anywhere because its an act of G-d as the carts just roll everywhere". As we ask to see the manager, Roy concedes that he is the manager but doesn't have a business card, etc.The lot is filled with shopping carts that noone services. There are cameras that they refused to check (without even asking where our car was located). Etc. Basically, the feeling we got was that they are just trying to downplay the problem and get out of it instead of addressing the problem. How could a problem get solved with this attitude? As the carts "just roll all over the place" and piled all over the lot, they are cleraly also not sanitized but that's a different story.

Adam and Roy had poor customer service .rude with every customer in line. I actually canceled my order due the aditude and went to lowes. Would not recommend going to this store.

Typical Home Depot. Although this one doesn't have the front pro parking spaces under a roof like most all Lowes & HD's have. Besides that customer service is friendly & building material prices are thru the roof like everywhere else!

One star to my latest experience.When I checked up for curbside pick-up, no one showed up. When I came in the store, the customer service guy asked me to drive to the side of the store and someone was going to help me load the car (someone could have called me to tell me to do that).When I found the products I had purchased, there was another employee sitting on them on the phone. I suppose he should be there to help clients. He just stood up and walked away, laughing on the phone. No one else to help. Simply the wort service I had with Home Depot. Awful service

It's Memorial Day Weekend, a weekend to remember the military, those that have passed and present, how they are all Heros that protect us each day. I created an image will be posting on Facebook - meant to do it yesterday and got caught up with other things you do on Saturdays - it's part of life. My daughter and family had given me a Home Depot card for Mothers Day. I made a list, but also like to browse and look at sale items too. That's what I had been doingI've been fortunate to have some "Heros" in my life and today was the day I met Dave Bottom, my Home Depot Hero. I lost my purse/bag that had something besides money very important in it. The money, my keys to the car and our house would have been a pain to replace, then to get a ride home, but that's all beside the point, I would have figured it out.My review is that the Home Depot people are so nice. Dave took immediate control of the situation and calmed me down completely. He said we'll go to the courtesy desk, mentioned a name that she would help. But it was him - he listed to me and knew it was important. He reassured me that no one would leave the store with my bag and that we'd find it. He made an announcement to everyone in the store and described me and my bag, detailed the bag and to bring to the courtesy desk (I think those were the words). He was very firm. Dave stayed at the front and waited to see if anyone brought to the front desk and watched people leaving the store as did other Home Depot people. I backtracked where I had been and sure enough it was on the floor next to the runner rugs I had been looking at. I'm was happy to find and so grateful to "My Home Depot Hero" for keeping me so calm that I could remember everywhere I'd been. I'm almost 65, in remission from Cancer, and have "chemo brain" sometimes - like I did in the first place leaving the bag on the floor. I was way over looking at the wood section looking at beams to put in the backyard - make a little balance beam for my granddaughter.When I took this photo of my Hero, I asked Dave his name, where he was from, which is Boylston, and has three daughters. I think he said he was a retired school teacher or my son-in-law told me that. I had emailed his photo to my daughter and told her what happened. She showed it to Mike and he knew who Dave was. A matter of fact everyone in the store knew who Dave was. I should have asked how long he'd been there. I plan to go over tomorrow with a thank you, maybe stop at Heberts first and get him something small as a token of my appreciation.Thank you Dave and Home Depot for a well run store over nice people and nice customers too - all very helpful.

We use to deal with the Danvers store where we had an amazing 8 years relationship, and when we moved to worcester we also decided to change the store as well .Poor customer service , delivery doesn’t meet schedule , rude staff , we just got tired of it and moved our business to Lowe’s Westborough .It’s just like our over $1/4M year business was nothing to them

The store itself is okay but I had an employee(older woman with grey hair and glasses) walk up to me while I was sitting in my car and accuse me of leaving my dogs alone in a hot car. It was 90⁰ that day and my dogs were never left alone in the car nor was the AC ever not on. I told her she was mistaken and she continued attempting to argue with me thro my window until I rolled them up on her. Went into the store to attempt to identity her to managment and she was conviently nowhere to be found. I'd rather pay steeper prices elsewhere to not be hassled by an offleash Karen.

Very sad that i have to leave this review. We work hand in hand with home depot and always a delight to be there. Unfortunately Livt who works at the pro desk is very unprofessional and quick to anger. Would not recommend having an issue in front of his as he might brag about his 20 year work experience then not know what trim is.

Worst policy regarding scheduling measurement appointment for flooring. They were not able to give specific time of a day. Wasted 1 week finalizing flooring with home depot and now we got to know that on week day I dont know when to be home from my office for the mesurements.

Always our go-to place for any garden, home improvement projects, and particularly this one in Shrewsbury even it’s a bit further. Staff are always helpful except when we came in today. I was asking for some gardening tool to staff member Donna, who reacted with a frowned, disguised look and “I don’t understand what you are talking about.” My husband helped by repeating the term again. Donna skipped me (despite the fact that I was standing right there) and started assisting him and even went for the extra miles to look up similar products and to check with him on if those are what he’s looking for, leaving me completely on the side. I’m not sure when and what factors (the fact that I’m Asian, female?) made me invisible to her, but it was clear that I was not counted towards the type of “preferred” customer that she is willing to assist. Very disappointed and be warned.

Our recent experience at The Homedepot wasn't a pleasant one for my wife and I. We were stopping by to pick-up some things from the gardening section and my wife tried to ask one of the employees if they had something in stock to which the employee( Donna) rudely responded "What?" My wife repeated what she said the the employee responded "I can't understand what you are saying" . I then spoke up restating what my wife said. From that point on the employee intentionally ignored my wife completely and would only talk to me.

I had the best costumer service experience today at the Shrewsbury store! Russ in the paint department went above and beyond to help me get just the right paint color for my daughter's room. Not only did he help with the color, he is very knowledgeable in the different types and quality of paints they carry. He also helped me find other products I needed in the paint department to complete the project. He was happy to help us and made us feel like we were getting excellent service!

Communication from this store is terrible. Order ship to store and part of the order went missing (shower door glass) the store sat on the partial order for 2 weeks with no follow up with myself or the supplier. The online support desk have been doing the best to help but this is with the store. The store manager Tony finally spoke to me directly and said he'd reorder and follow up with me. I heard nothing back.... they NEVER pick up and never call back. Poor poor customer service.

I own several commercial properties including a shopping center and residential buildings. Of course, my team need to buy a lot of materials from Homedepot and Lowes. This is the first time we have had a problem with a tool group in this Shrewbury store. Over 6+ months with no resolution, no call back and no follow up. We ended up having to call Home Depot customer service. Chris was one of the customer service guys and resolved right away.The service in this store is unacceptable and very poor.

Today me and my mother wanted something for my room in particular for a carpet or so. Gotta say man named. Steve around 11 or 12pm helped us out came out of his way todo so. But a big guy should have gotten his name didnt even try to come didnt even wanna try anything nor tell us why there isnt help. To steve thank you for trying. Well today I dealt with the male manager who had a Vice President Award on his vest. I’m certain after dealing with him, the award was not for his customer service abilities. He was condescending and very rude. I’m sure he has to deal with rude people but I am not an unreasonable or rude guy. His demeanor was anything but nice. Everyone has a bad day but from years of experience, this is his everyday demeanor. I will not go back to this store because of him. I apologize for not getting a name because rarely if ever do I take time to write something like this and was too focused on his poor behavior.

Home Depot refusing to match your OWN WEBSITE PRICE?I was looking for a power tool, checked Home Depot website with my zip code to make sure the price was $99. Then I Went to this store, grabbed the tool and was told by the cashier that it was $139 instead. Okay, I showed the $99 price for this store with my cell phone.Guess what? The manager came by and said the $99 was a online special price, and they would not match this price because of whatever agreement. So this became the first time I had ever heard that a local chain store would refuse to honor their online price. I attached the photo so you can see there was nowhere mentioning the 'online' only stuff! It only said a 'special buy' price.I know price match is a marketing gimmick, but what's the point of refusing to match your own website price? If this is really your policy, how can you convince a potential customer that you would match other store prices as you advertised?The only reasonable argument I could guess was that they might be too busy to care about my business. For this manager, it seemed to be easier to tell a customer to go away than to correct the price for him.

Rude person at "Pickup" desk.The man behind the counter says "You have to have your order number"I said, "I don't have it, can you look it up?"He said, "No, I need the order number."I said, "There must be a way"He said, "NO YOU NEED THE ORDER NUMBER"So I started to go to another cashier, he says "What's you phone" - I told him and he looked up my order and I got my stuff.If I hadn't been persistent, I wouldn't have gotten my stuff. Home Depot should look up who was working at that desk on Friday, 5/13/22, middle aged grumpy man with a chip on his shoulder. And fire him. I'll never go there again.
