I don't know what's up with this store used to be great !! Bottle room always a disaster machines not working or full very inconvenient that I have to go elsewhere or bring my cans or back home. No registers ever open today took the cake 9 am not 1 open line of people had to go thru self checkout. I wanted to purchase a gift card and was then told self doesn't ring up here I needed to go to a regular registers well I would have if there were any open !! So I had to wait at the service desk again a big inconvenience. The deli case is always empty been times I've gone there at 8 am lights off no one there. What is happening with this store ? The pharmacy team is absolutely amazing !! And the meat department manager Jeff does a great job keeping the meat cases full and clean. Just such a shame such a great store at one time is slowly dying .

Conveniently placed. The prices aren’t bad & they have a points program that isn’t bad either you can either go with gas ⛽️ option or cash value option which means you get to buy your grocery’s with points. Also it is very convenient that they have grocery, pharmacy, Starbucks and LQ all in one. The only thing is that I wish it went back to the 24 hours as it was before covid.

This was a great market 5+ years ago. It gets two stars now because I don’t think in the last 1.5 years I have seen more than two check out lanes open, causing long lines and diverting people to the self check-out machines (let’s be honest, not everyone is qualified for the self check-out, either in skill or the awareness to know that if you have 25+ items you should not be in the self check out taking 10 mins to scan and bag). This often results in the self check-out line stretching 5 - 10 people down the aisle that’s facing the machines. It seems that having two registers open also means that all hands are on deck because it’s rare I’ll see another team member in the store to support customers. The deli counter usually has someone there, except when they don’t (I like the old “Be back in 15” notes left on the counter). The staff is kind and this is not a reflection on them or the items in the store. Except the hand baskets, do you guys hide them starting at 5 pm? There never is any at the door. It’s a thrill having to hunt them down though, that’s become a fun routine when I arrive.

For a fairly new Supermarket, this was a really nice place & store to shop at ! We're recently went in the pasted 1 month to this Price- Choppers, it doesn't have meat of anything at all, in addition, while entering the store the titles are cracked , alot of them are ! Must be under new management or something.

They have just about everything you need and are open 24 hours except holidays. Staff friendly and helpful. Would be 5 stars if the music wasn't so loud.

OMG, I love this place! Conveniently located for me. The Starbucks is a great way to start shopping, the staff is great! I am a regular there, the prices are very good and the entire staff is friendly and can pinpoint for me where an item is! I can't say enough good things about this store.

My experience was awful, due to a horrible cashier. With that said, their selection is pretty solid, vegetables good, not beat up and bruised and fresh. The price is the real issue. I almost spent 105$ for a brown paper bag full of groceries. I suggest a different store. However, being Shrewsbury it is to be expected. Worcester has better stores with cheaper groceries. I went here because it was the only 1 open, when my normal store was closed because I left the gym late. Good store for a pinch, but holy smokes their pricing is God awful.

So frustrating when a store advertises they are open at a certain hour BUT don't mention its limited services with limited staff. An inherent problem with this chain. I attempted to return bottles and the door was locked to get to the machines. I asked the cashier what time it opens, and he responded now. No, the doors are locked. His response "oh". That's it. No effort made to have the doors opened. Makes the trip to competitors so worth it, full service when they are open. Lesson learned.

I love this store. I’ve been shopping at Price Chopper for decades, starting in upstate NY in the 80’s.But if they continue to follow this recent habit, following the Walmart model, of forcing people into the self-checkout line by understaffing cashiers, then they’ll be losing my $300/week.It’s not like they aren’t bringing in money hand over fist.If having an extra $15/hr cashier means a district manager can’t afford his Audi, then I think we are all collectively fine with that.

Always super friendly, helpful staff, especially Steve in the pharmacy. Have always been able to rely on customer service desk for any issue. They have plenty of people working. Bakery products are delicious. Store brand pizza (sausage my fav) is so good, sushi decent, great prices on booze.

My all time favorite Supermarket out of NY and MA, and they have beer. Cold, cheap beer in twelves packs, and pale ale too! Iv'e been the 3 fancy beer stores and they didn't have pale ale.Big open space with lots of premade food for a cheap meal, big isles that are easy to navigate and very aesthetic; it just looks awesome in here.Keep up the good work guys.

First time shopping here. Customer service Center had the tall young man ( who worked @Nov.27th afternoon shift) was the best! He is professional and polite, good at what's he's doing. Store was clean and well stocked. On sale price very noticeable...only thing need improved is cash-register checking out : most on sale items not show up right price. For what I interacts with people there, i still gave you a 5 🌟

It’s a Horrible store . I did all my shopping and at the checkout after ringing everything up they told me they couldn’t accept debit. I wasted my time shopping. I only had my debit card on me. Why was no one at the door telling people. Good luck calling them. They don’t like to answer the phone. It was the worst customer service I have ever had. I wish I could give it 0 stars. Go to Market Basket instead

This Price Chopper has almost everything in stock consistently, sells alcohol, and also has good prices. We are in and out every time we go, which we like! Sometimes it can be difficult to find vegetarian fake meat options, but we are getting more familiar with the store layout more and more as we go.

On the plus side, best grocery store butcher around, same for fresh fish. Produce is usually very good too. Store brands (Pics) are very good quality and value.On the negative side, watch the scanners like a hawk. I've had the wrong produce codes entered, coupons forgotten and other errors that decent training of staff could fix. This morning was especially frustrating, the teenager working couldn't get my PC Card to scan and didn't bother to tell me that until after I checked out. Since I was bagging my groceries, I wasn't watching everything scan individually, a mistake I won't make again.That sent me to the Service desk to see how I could get the discounted prices. The young woman there didn't know, got the manager and the two solutions presented were to wait while they checked every item on my receipt to see what they owed me, or return everything and check me out again. I took my receipt and left, they can keep my $20 - $25 this week and take the win.

This is definitely my go to super market. They have every household needs. Biggest plus is that they are open all night. Having a super market nearby which is open all night is definitely an advantage.

Made a quick stop to get some cheese, milk and ice cream. The place was well organized. In and out in a few. Will go again as the ice cream is found there only. Single serving vanilla ice cream. Kids love it.

My shopping experience was good until I got in line and an employee loudly and falsely accused me of cutting the line and made me look like a bad person in front of the busy store, I caught her name tag and I think it said Chelsea. Never coming back again.

Everything I need in one manageable space, without the crowds and the staff stocking shelves to maneuver around. Easy, straightforward floor plan withought bottlenecks and dead ends. Friendly helpful staff. Produce is always fresh and lasts all week. Store and refrigerator units are clean.

Well… will not be back ever. Arrived at 11:41pm after being sent from CVS up the street to get otc ear infection medicine and tooth ache medicine for my 8 month pregnant wife and I. Then I walked up to a locked door. Noticed the cigarette tray smoking really bad outside like it was on fire. Went to the other door and went inside to tell the cashier that it was on fire being nice. Went to find the products which was difficult to find and got up to register 8 with the light on at 12:02am and nobody was there. NEVER heard any announcements about closing and just stood there while a kid in the dairy section staring at me. At 12:08 after nobody saying anything the first person walked and and rudely said that there was nobody in the store to ring me out and was followed by another gentleman that said stores closed I had to leave. THEY NEVER EVEN DID A CUSTOMER CHECK TO SEE IF ANYONE WAS IN THE STORE! So I left the items on the belt and walked out to which I was follow outside of the building by 2 people and they both took pictures of my car as I left the parking lot. I am offended so much. Will definitely be calling corporate about this. Came to get meds and get treated like a thief. Unbelievable, absolutely unbelievable.

Every time I go here after 10 pm. There is the same rude old lady who have the worse attitude and the worse customer service. She always gives me a different name when I ask her for her name. I usually have respect for older people. But with her bad attitude and unprofessional behavior . I can't be kind to people like that. She is blond white and wears glasses. She usually works after 10 pm I believe.The problem is after 10 pm they only have one register open and self check out is close. I have been going here for 10 years now, but after dealing with her attitude and bad customer service. I rather go to different place from now on. Don't waste your money with this place. Go somewhere where you will be treated with respect and excellent customer service.

I've only been into this Price Chopper two times this was my second time today. I usually go to the Price Chopper over by CVS down by Grafton Street in Worcester. And that Price Chopper does not compare to this Price Chopper, I am so glad to see they have sushi there at a reasonable price fresh with people making it behind the counter as where the other Price Chopper I went to they had a package I asked the lady, when was this package she said three days ago so I didn't buy it. So thumbs up for this Price Chopper I enjoyed my shop

Good option when you need a supermarket late night since they are open 24 hours. They don't have a large variety though. A lot of the items I noticed you must buy a required amount to get the discount. For example, if an item is 3 for $10... you must buy 3 to get the deal...most markets are not like that. Their prices were not that great either.

Paper bags are now FREE.GREAT pharmacy staff. Great bakery, deli, and excellent butcher shop. The produce isn't the best in the area and the prices are a bit higher than some other local grocers but not by much. Staff is friendly and they have U-scan.
