I've been bringing my cats here for years. Dr. G is really friendly and makes you feel understood! Very thorough and great at what he does. There is no shaming! We recently had an emergency cat situation pop up and they took good care of us. Staff are helpful and friendly too.

This is my vet for my two dachshunds. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. My dogs don't like going to the vet but they don't mind going here. Staff is very attentive and the care is top notch. Would recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Galusha and the whole team at Trailside. We drive 40 minutes to get here Dr. Galusha doesn’t just treat a problem ie; ear infections he helps resolve the issue. Our labs ears have never been better!

Extremely knowledgeable Veterinarian, it shows he loves taking care of the animals and the humans. The staff is great they too are knowledgeable everyone is kind curious it's a very pleasant visit. Dr. Howell we miss her very much but I do not think she could have chosen a more perfect replacement. Dr. G IS GREAT!

They are fantastic!! All of my animals (2 dogs, 1 cat) love Dr. Tim and all the staff. One of my dogs would never take treats from either my old vet or the staff at Petco, but she quickly took treats here. Dr. Tim came into the exam room on his knees so that my dogs would not be intimidated. What a fabulous vet. All the staff was very warm and extremely helpful and friendly. Can't say enough goods things about Trailside!

Started out a few months ago when I had a very sick kitty. They did everything they could to help me out. After she passed they looked over my other car to be sure she was OK. Now they have seen my kittens! ❤️❤️❤️ They are amazing and so caring and compassionate even through covid!

Everyone here is so kind, caring and understanding. This is by far the best veterinary clinic I have EVER been to. Unlike many other places, the Dr and the staff actually listen to you and truly hear out ALL of your concerns. When our 6 lbs chihuahua refused food for 18 hours, Dr. Galusha squeezed him on a busy Friday afternoon to evaluate him , and again on a busy Saturday morning for a full diagnosis. X-rays, blood work and urinalysis done on the spot revealed hepatitis. He gave him sub-cutaneous fluids and sent me home with medication that worked within 18 hours. He called the next day to follow up on his condition. I could not ask for better, more thorough care at a very fair price. Love his office and so grateful to have him serving our canine community.

Great local vet.Note to dog owners with dogs that don’t like cats: there are three cats that occupy the lobby, so if you have a dog that dislikes cats, you may want to wait to bring the dog in until they are ready to see you.Fair prices, good service.

The veterinarian there is very knowledgeable and is not about offering the most expensive treatment. It is very apparent that he loves what he does and loves animals. 10/10 customer service from the staff. Only downside of this vet is the parking is sometimes quite tricky to navigate but overall 10/10 experience!

Dr. Galusha was our vet for over ten years for our dog. We followed him to his new office after he left Mill Vet. We always received the best care possible and he is a kind and gentle practitioner. I never felt like he was uncharging or trying to get me to spend money on unnecessary treatments for our aging dog. In fact, one of the reasons I stayed with him was because I thought he was super conservative in his approach and never recommended costly treatments that would be hard for an older dog to tolerate. When it was time to finally say goodbye to her, Dr. Galusha and his staff extended the most lovingkindness I have ever experienced in any medical setting. They followed up with a beautiful card and made a painful time more bearable. We wish him the best at Trailside!

My family dog has been attending this vet since 2005 (then the vet was Victoria). We brought him in the summer for a check up, and without our permission (we explicitly said we did not want him vaccinated) gave our 17 year old senior dog a rabies shot. He was not well that day, couldn’t walk the next days, and has gone steeply down hill ever since. When we called the vet to ask about the possible effects of rabies vaccines on senior dogs, we were called “anti vaxxers” (we are not). When we mentioned our abundant research that clearly showed rabies vaccines in senior dogs, let alone a 17 year old dog, can have adverse effects, we were told we were wrong (other vets we consulted confirmed our research). We were told it’s the law (true, but with some more research we learned it was possible to get exemptions for older dogs, and our dog had just received his vaccines to travel in the recent year). Flustered, the vet just referred us to an acupuncturist. Our dog was healthy and running, despite his age as his breed has a longer lifespan, and after the unsolicited vaccine has gone steeply downhill since. He stopped walking and now can’t even stand to pee. We are to this day still horrified and traumatised by what was done to our dog at this veterinary clinic and by the reaction we received when simply asking a question and confronting the facts.
