It's problematic for some obvious reasons however it's an old highway stop that you just don't find anymore. It's definitely a piece of unique to America that you won't see in the future. And that's ok but if you want a novelty stop, stop while you can. I hope future generations make fun road stops too that maybe won't be as difficult of a topic. They have a little of everything in the store so if you're driving past and want some strange souvenirs or photos stop and stretch your legs.

If your traveling the mowhawk trail this is a must stop at either before or after. Just a cool trinkets shop that smells amazing. Pick up a magnet or a coffee cup for the sake of it.

Support small businesses, this little stop was great. Was the first quiet store I've stopped in and the woman there was very kind yet quiet. They have a lot of Native American and other cultures knickknacks & clothing. If you pass by you should stop in and purchase something, we should keep our heratige alive & this store around.

Used to visit a few times a year and really enjoyed it. Not much point since the Big Indian's been removed... Great, classic Americana lost to the PC executioner.

Unfortunately this shop makes the most of Native mascotting and these are not statues as in artwork but the most blatant form of racism existing, akin to blackface but blown up to twenty feet high advertising misrepresentation of Native people. Hasn’t there been enough harm caused?addendum that this shop has made great efforts against a lot of forces and removed the mascot. They have maple syrup and we should all buy from them! Not everyone has so much integrity.

Great souvenir shop. Native American owned and operated. Please Disregard the reviews from the obvious liberal Socialists who claim that these proud Native Americans are"selling out their culture" or appropriating culture. Calling for the removal of the iconic landmark big chief statue out front. It has been a rt2 staple for as long as I can remember .Give these people your business. Buy your souvenirs hereNot only do they sell Native American itemsBut items from India, Mexico, Asia.A good mix of novelty items and crafted items.Beautiful jewelry selection!Hand crafted antler and stone knives, dream catchers.... so much to see!

Still a wonderful place to just roam around and you are bound to find something. Jewelry, slippers,, Tibetan singing bowls, the cotton clothing you love and thought you would never find again, wooden toys, dolls,..... this place is jammed with wonder! So glad to see that some things don’t change. This is a must stop store. It’s like a giant hug. And heaven knows we could all use a little nostalgic comfort now!

This was one of my favorite shops to visit. But now it's a junk peddling shop!

Eh, nothing special. Overpriced. The exterior is cool, but that's about it.

Love this place!!!! I have visited regularly since a kid. It's got a great selection of Native and Himalayan items, souvenirs and jewelry and toys, and the best local honey!!!!They even have some discounted items at the entrance. The girl that works there is very helpful and polite! I can always find something to purchase. Their inventory has grown and they have all nice items!!!!!

I have fond memories of this place. First in my childhood, then years later with my children. It has become a shell of what it once was unfortunately. Still some interesting finds and might be worth a look.

This gift shop made me sad. There were some kitschy native American items...and a whole lot of everything else. It was off season (April), so I was even surprised they were open. There were crystals and hippie items too. There was just no brand and lots of randomness. If this could be tailored with some nice quality items, I could see this being a place I'd stop every time I'm in the area.

This place is a super cool road side shop with a giant Indian statue outside!Inside has your regular fare at a roadside place like this including a great selection of moccasins, leather hats at good prices, native inspired jewelry and the more kitschy stuff as well.In addition to the Native American fare is a large selection of Himalayan and Buddhist materials, bells and pre-invasion artifacts.Great pics outside but go in and keep this place going too.

I like the vases and other indian things plus the ride along the Mohegan Trail is beautiful. I did notice more and more things are not made by (American) Indians but are mass produced in India. There is a little bit of everything in the store from clothing to arrow heads. Great place to stop for a souvenir for yourself or a gift for a friend or loved one.
